I came there looking for an area rug for my kitchen. I found the perfect rug. The selection is great, the layout of the rugs are awesome,you can see the whole rug. I hate having to dig. The staff especially Humberto provided me with top notch service. Ill be back there for sure.

Today 1/5/19 was my first visit to this store. The selection for flooring is huge. The prices are reasonable. You may find cheaper prices, but I am not sure you will find more choices to choose from. The staff is knowledgeable. They do offer a price match if you find a lower price within 60 days of your purchase. They are also offer free measures and financing.

After going to three different carpet stores, I finally found Worldwide. They have a massive store with tons of options to choose from. They have high ceilings, good lighting, and even an area for kids. The employees are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. The installation crew was very professional, worked hard and diligently, and completed the demo of the exiting ceramic tile and carpeting and installation of new vinyl plank flooring in our living room, dining room, kitchen and hallway in 2 days as promised. Final product looks great!My one reservation - you are required to pay the full amount 72 hours before installation. I think paying for materials in full and 50% of labor upfront is a more reasonable policy.

Wont find a better carpet buying/ installation experience ANYWHERE!! I am extremely difficult to please and these guys knocked it out of the park. They showed up EXACTLY when they said they would, were EXTREMELY professional and did an AMAZING job!!! They were very helpful in moving some stuff around for us which they didnt have to do and cleaned up afterwards IMMACULATELY!!! They were here for over SIX HOURS and wouldnt leave until everything was PERFECT!! I hate to sound negative relative to the glowing reviews but both my wife and I have been in the store several times to look at product. Three of the times we were in there for over 1/2 an hour and we were never once approached by a salesperson.I was in there just yesterday for about 20 minutes and even when I left the salespeople just went about their way and never even said goodbye. The selection is great but the failure to note my presence makes me wonder what the customer service would be like if I placed an order. I could understand this happening once but it happened at least five times over the past year. I basically go in there to look at the showroom and make a purchase elsewhere.

The rest of the stores staff were equally helpful, especially Trina and Bernie, who provided excellent customer service at the front desk. Now that our new carpet has been ordered, we can’t wait to receive it in a few weeks and expect nothing but the same great service throughout the installation process. So far, we have had nothing but good experiences with Worldwide Wholesale. We had first discovered Worldwide ten years ago when building our home, so when a cracked pipe lead to a partial renovation we turned back to them.Nowadays there are an overwhelming choice of places selling home building products at competitive prices; how do you choose who to buy from? It comes down to quality, price and service.I would rather work with a family business where I can actually find someone to help me make an informed decision rather than wander through the isles in a huge box store to potentially save a few dollars.Ive also learned that the products in places like Home Depot, Lowes, etc. are specifically manufactured at lesser quality to be able to be sold at cheaper pricing. I dont want lesser quality in my home.Finally, what are you going to do if some problem arises? Again, hands down the choice is to work with a family owned company who actually cares about their customers.In our case, our new hardwood floors look amazing and the carpet in the basement feels like youre walking on clouds. There was more selection of top brands to choose from and delivery and installation was seamless. Of equal importance, I got sharp, competitive pricing on the items I purchased.Thank you Worldwide.

Terrible, just horrible service if anything doesnt go well the first time. Worldwide is fine for middle of the road prices, and wholesale-like service. But if you actually need them to perform as they sell and promise, you will be very disappointed. They are the biggest flooring place in the Northeast now, and with that comes an arrogance in their willingness to provide good customer service. And, for an operation their size, the administration/back-office functions are embarrassingly small, inefficient and prone to mistakes. For example, youll often get two voicemail messages from them in a row, them thinking youre different customers.There are many better options in NJ, costs are really not dramatically different among retailers, especially for known brands, so my advice is find a store where youll get the customer service you pay for, and avoid worldwide at all costs.

My husband and I had a great experience with Worldwide! We had a nightmare floor experience with a previous company and had to have the entire house re-done. Alex was super helpful in guiding us towards the right wood material and making us feel great about our purchase. For the install, all of our flooring had to be ripped up (with our furniture still in the house) and we had several areas that needed to be leveled out and the subflooring fixed. Marcio, the lead installer, and his team were amazing! They did the entire job in 3 days and when finished cleaned and put all the furniture back exactly in place. He was very professional, friendly and made sure we were happy with the work. Would definitely recommend!

Salesperson made me feel like I was not telling the truth. They advertise price matching. I mentioned this and the sales person said they dont honor online website prices from other manufacturers!

Thank god for Alex and the staff at Worldwide. He spent 3 hours with my wife and I educating us and helping us pick out tile and flooring for our whole house renovation. I came up short on tile 3 times throughout the process (due to my bad measurements) and they jumped all over it to keep my job moving along!
