Should not have a drive through for pick ups if you are not going the service customers!!!Waited 10 minutes, wasn’t acknowledged by the staff!!I and finally parked and went in to the store.There was know one person in line no wait!!I understand when you’re busy, but you have to at least acknowledge the customer!And with not one customer in line… you weren’t busy!Do better!!!
Excellent customer service! I have been coming to Meijer Pharmacy for 5 years. Have my ongoing prescriptions here and have never had anything but great service. I get my vaccinations here also and the Pharmacists and Technicians have always been very nice and helpful. They are extremely busy all the time but I have always had great service. Thank You!
I will never patron this pharmacy again, which is sad, because they used to be so efficient and polite. Now their business model must be to shame patients for their illnesses and give them the run around about what time their prescriptions will be filled. I was told to come back 10 minutes later, so I did. When I came I was told to come back 30-40 minutes later. What a shame professionals are treating sick people like this.

Ive definitely filled my last prescription at this place. These people are incredibly rude. I believe the womans name is Rachel but I could be mistaken about that. Whats not mistaken is the rudeness of the woman who filled my prescription. My prescription was filled quickly and accurately which these days seems like an accomplishment (in general not just pharmacies) but thats not enough to warrant 2 stars considering how rude this place is.
Consistently the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Every time I try it again they prove why I stopped going to this Pharmacy.
I spoke with Rachel...She was BEYOND RUDE...I called due to the covid online registration not working...Her tone suggested that she didn’t want to be there and like I personally forced her to be at work 😐. Garbage customer service!
Very poor customer service. Waited 45 minutes to get a Rx, the guy at the Register ask me 3 times what the birthday was and 3 times what my last name was. He was going to charge $49 for a Rx which was overpriced to begin with. I told him I gave them my Good Rx Gold card and it should be $5.99. They said they couldnt run the card because the vet didnt have an NPI #, I told them to use the DEA#. After waiting another 20 minutes while someone was on the phone trying to get the card to work. I ask what the problem was and she starts talking with food in her mouth wide open which was very unprofessional. I took the Rx and went to Kroger and and it for $5.50.
Its really hit or miss. Sometimes I get there and the refills are not ready. Theyve asked to refill years old prescriptions many times. The text alerts really mean nothing at all, Ive gotten there and told that my refills are on order and would be in in a day or two. Call everytime or you could be shopping for 15 minutes. There are the rare times that they are all ready.
Bad customer service. Technicians are rude and seems overworked. They do favoritism if you belong to some other race. Pharmacists are nice though.
The service at this pharmacy is absolutely terrible. They’re constantly either screwing up my prescriptions or losing them from their system. The wait time is always ridiculously long and none of the staff seems to know what they’re doing. I’ve been going to this pharmacy for a while and I’ve finally had it. Switching as soon as possible.
They forgot to fill one of my meds and I just noticed today when I went to open up my refills that I picked up the other day. Called them to get it refilled and they say theyre out of stock! I NEED MY MEDS! Plus refills always take longer than estimated. Horrible pharmacy, I will be transferring my prescriptions ASAP!
Ive been coming here for over a year, and have received poor service each and every time I come to pick up my prescription. From short staffed to drive thru closed to scripts not ready to clunky drive thru device to having to answer too many questions....its been one bad experience after another. I will gladly pay more to Walgreens.
Worst phone service ever, they dont answer their phone and when they do they ask you to stay on hold till you give up and hang up. I think that they dont have enough staff to operate. Im pushing my wife to change it as a primary pharmacy. They are affecting the store traffic by this behaviour.
They take forever to fill prescriptions. The line is always slow, very slow.
Horrible pharmacy. Lazy people. I couldnt get a antibiotic prescription (20 tablets) within 45 minutes before they closed.
Horrible service. Always a long inside and have waited 35 or 40 minutes most times when going through the drive-thru and once a car gets behind you you are stuck.

Calling in a prescription for a patient.The first time I called the pharmacist answered and asked if I could hold. I said yes, I didnt know Id be on hold for 12 minutes. I ended up hanging up and calling back, the pharmacist answered again and asked if I could hold, and I couldnt even get a word out when he immediately placed me on hold.
Always kind but they take forever!!!!!!!! Especially in the drive thru.

Total joke. Terrible service, terrible technicians. Sucks I have to do my shopping at Meijer and make a special trip yo Kroger for RX but its worth it to avoid dealing with these people!
