Wish I could give -10. Worker’s has no idea of the check in process. Been here hours, two drives checked in both was able to get a doors. I guess my skin is my sin. Sad! Never coming back

I was here for delivery of totts of paint in & out 30 minutes. Before going there for delivery I started reading reviews which I read says 6 to 8 hours guys spend there then I thought F..k is a wrong place to go . But when I delivered with 30 minutes I fell.like giving them 5 stars 🌟

It wasnt so bad as others claim to be but hey every shift may be different. Checking in was simple just follow directions. I checked in at for an 1800 appointment on a Sunday. Loading began between 1845 &1900. I was out by 1930.

Arrived at 0230 for my 0300 appt. checking in was different. There is a two way walkie talkie on the wall. You use it to talk to the loader. Since I was the only one there I wal loaded and gone by 0330.

Yep portable bathroom (portapotty) but it does have a wash station . When u go to end of bldg thru door have all ur info ready that walkie talkies take forever n once u park plan on a 10hr break ... you’re going to be here but once you’re in you’re gone all loads under 10k lbs so u walking out of California !

Quick loading, light loads. check in process can be better. but it works.

In regard to their shipping and receiving dept. I heard certain shifts are slow and inefficient while on other days with different staff they ruun and operate efficiently. So they have off days sometimes

Very long process I was there about 8hrs. Other drivers was there longer 12&20hrs. With on time arrival.

Shipping dept.... on the left.. look 4 sign...they are slow and kinda rough around the edges to drivers. You get a portapotty and a walkie to check in on... why no cb -.-? So much easier on drivers in the summer heat to use cb then walk to box to use a radio. Be prepared for a stay... about 12spots to park, i assume overnight.

The actual worst place I have been to. 18 hours of waiting before I got a door. Staff is the worst I have ever seen at any warehouse. The guy in the office(Bobby) refused to write down my check-in and check-out time on my bills claiming he didnt know that I was there waiting overnight. No bathrooms either. Disgusting old portable that hasnt been cleaned in months.

Very Unorganized place. I came 1 hour before my appointment time (4:30pm). I didnt get a door until 4am. I finally got load at 6am. I hope management reads these comments. They really need to improve their facilities.

12 hours to loaded,, its ok if you want take your 10 hours here. If you dont need your 10 hours break, anyway you have to wait😂

It has been 3 hours ! I was on time for a pick up and still here. Not just me 4 more drivers said the same ! God Knows how long they are going to take ! Avoid them if you can !

I showed up a day before my pickup and I asked if I could get loaded early. I got a door and less than two hours later I was loaded. Very light load. I saw spots where I could have stayed overnight if I needed to.
