The linguisa cheese rolls are to die for. The home fries are great. We love this place. The waitstaff is awesome.

First time visiting Scrambles.......last time visiting Scramblers. Waited over an hour and 15 minutes and never received our food. Was told by waitress twice that our food would be out in 5 minutes. Other patrons were seated and ordered after my party of four and then served and finished there breakfast before being told a third time our food would be out in just a few minutes. Then we were told the delay was caused by a big to go order that apparently took priority over present seated patrons. Very disappointing but returned to my usual breakfast spot 2 hours later for a great breakfast!
We come here for the bagels and homemade cream cheese when we’re in town. We’ve been here 3x in less than a week. The bagels are worth it.Service is a little slow, they’re busy and short staffed, so just come with a lot of patience.
Scramblers has great take out. We did not eat in at Scramblers, but the dining area was full. The food is great and the service is as well. The only thing I would change is the wait time however this may improve soon as it looks like they are hiring for more staff.For convivence reasons we went to Dunkin the next morning and the wait at Dunkin was longer. Scramblers has better service, faster wait times, and better food than Dunkin and their coffee is great too.

Should have tried them sooner. Food is always consistently good regardless of the day I go in. The dinning room is small but I always get my food to go and am always pleased Ive lived in fairhaven for the majority of my life and have drove by scramblers since theyve opened and never gave them a chance till they started on got chew and havent stopped yet and dont plan on it.

No other way to say it, but two thumbs down! I havent been here in quite a while. Decided to order take out with my wife. She had the Pancakes and I ordered a linguica and cheese omelet. The toast was soggy but expected in styrofoam. My wifes pancakes were all doughy. You could make a plato type ball with them. You would think a breakfast place would make homemade pancakes. Not instant pancakes from the supermarket. They were unedible. My omelet was just ok. Not enough cheese and half of the linguica was rendered very welldone. The coffee is good as well as the bagels. I will not be going back there. Margarets in Fairhaven is the only true gem in the area.
Talk about a Townie spot. They have a traditional contemporary diner menu. Service is quick and coffee refills abound. Getting anything with linguica is always a good choice.

Came here to have breakfast was a little busy but not to bad. We ordered our food and then waited for around a hour to get the food. We saw regulars come in and out getting there food and leaving. We had 5 people with us but it shouldnt of taken 1 hour to get our food. There was a sign that read wait for a table to be wiped down before sitting down. All the waitresses just sat there not doing anything.. Our food finally came and when we went to get our food the owner wasnt wearing a mask and the cook had his mask around his neck the whole time. Wont be back.
Friday, July 10, 2020 had noon breakfast. The food was great but I will never return. Nether counter person / waitress wore their mask, even after I mentioned it to her. Those masks not there to protect you from me, they are there to protect me, the customer, from you. I will not support a business that does not respect its customers.
The only thing worse than their food is their service.

There is absolutely nothing good to be said about this restaurant! Going to this place is a major waste of your time and money! I would recommend any other reataurant over this one! Definitely should avoid it!!
The servers were terrible and so slow I wanted my money back. It took over 25 minutes to get a breakfast sandwich and there was no one in front of me. If you plan to stop off for a quick meal on the road do not stop off at this place. Also no one wears masks so beware of COVID infection from this place.

First time there and won’t go back or recommend this place. There is no communication between the staff and customers coming in. My boyfriend and I didn’t know we had to wait until a table was cleared to sit down so we stood there for a good seven minutes looking foolish until a staff member told us to sit wherever. When we finally sat down and looked around the room, we saw ONE paper that said to wait for the table to be cleared and then sit. It was also on a window side and not on the door or in view of customers coming in. The waitress we had made us feel like we were inconveniencing her by sitting down. No one smiled. No one made us feel welcomed. They all talked to their regulars and avoided eye contact with the rest of the customers. Food took forever to get to us when both orders were what seemed to me was a simple order. By the time it got to us, it was on the verge of warm to cold. So I know my food had been done for a while. The waitress never came over to the table to check on us or to see if we needed anything else. But was eager to give us our check. When we left we noticed that there was a second sign about seating but it was covered with jackets because it was on the coat rack filled with coats. Terrible service and not friendly at all.

Bagels are some of best around. Flavored cream cheeses are homemade. Bagels are moderately priced but most other meals are expensive. Owner isnt the most attentive or easiest to get along with. Because of that always seems to be revolving door of employees except for couple of waitresses.

Best microwaved breakfast sandwiches around! Save your time and go to dunkin because they will make your sandwich in the microwave right in front of you. The homfries are good though...

I really enjoyed Scramblers Breakfast &Bagels. The 2 young waitreeses were very nice to me. I had The Titanic Omellet that was very good bacon sausage ham onions peppers tomatoes mushrooms and asieago cheese. Very tastey and filling. I had English muffin a.d geometries too. With coffee and water.

Food is great! I’ve been a regular for a long time and until now have never been treated with such disrespect from a waitress. New girl started a few weeks ago and she is so rude, nasty and moody. She was swearing about other customers and we could hear everything. I am honestly disgusted that the owner would even have such an unfriendly waitress treating customers so bad! Very upset
Had a great western omelet. It was perfectly cooked and made with both red and green peppers. The fresh hot malasadas made the breakfast. Like many breakfast stops they to had a wall of specials like sweet bread French Toast. Prices were at or below your average breakfast restaurant. They take both cash and credit. They also had a lunch menu. It began to get busy around 8:45am.
This place has it all! Good food, TVs, Home made coffee bar, Fresh thiccc breads. and extremely friendly waitstaff. Restaurant is unique with their added twist of Portuguese foods.

I felt bad because it was clear they needed more good help. Our order got taken & food delivered, but that was it! My poached eggs were undercooked (runny whites) and she never came back to check. We never got offered more coffee. Ate what was edible & had to go up to the counter to pay our bill after waiting way to long for somebody to take our $. Probably will hesitate to go back.

Have not had a bad breakfast yet. Always friendly staff, fast service and great food. Sometimes there is a wait for parties larger than three but they do deliver so if youd to be lazy and stay in your pjs you can do that as well.
We have been quite a few times before and the breakfast was ok. We went here the other day for breakfast and first time my daughter ordered a western omelet. There was a hair in the melted cheese. So second time she ordered eggs benedict. A hair in between the hollandaise sauce and the egg. We wont be going back. Disappointed as it was pretty good before.

Portions of our food was undercooked (at least to our liking) when we asked the server if the portions of our food that was undercook could be replaced, she went and got what I assume was a manager who than began to tell us that we were not going to receive any compensation, saying that over half our food was eaten. It was not eaten, it was taken by the server to be sent back.We paid full price for half our meal (which we didnt even eat because we where so infuriated) and left immediately.For some context, the reason we even went to this place is for my girlfriends mothers birthday, and she had chosen scramblers specifically. Happy Birthday indeed.

Great food and coffee, even though their coffee creamer hurts my stomach for some reason so I avoid it. Their food is my favorite part! Service is also great, the waitresses smile and are always happy.

Breakfast meal was a combo...eggs, sausage, ham, homefries and a bagel.The sausage was the only thing not overcooked to a dry state. The bagels were fantastic!!! Took a dozen+bonus home!!!!Waitress was very attentive and knew the menu and answered all our questions.Some staff were extreamly loud others wereLooking miserable. Floors had trash on them. I doubt I will go back there.
