Thank you for getting me my part so fast

If I could give them no stars I would we called asking if they had a certain part they said yes it’s in the store we get there they said no we have to order it so we order the part they said it would be there the next day at three we call the next day at three they said call back later if the part isn’t here yet we call back later they put us on hold for an hour then tell us the parts not even ordered and I need this for my vehicle all I know is they need to hire some people that actually know what they’re doing they need to get it together!!

The staff was very nice, the store was clean. I didnt need help but it was offered. In and out.

If you dont mind Covid non-compliant... Customers and some personnel(although they are friendly). Prices are fair and special sales are good.

Horrible Customer Service. Needed a Distributor Cap and Rotary Button for my 94 Jeep 4.0 They sold it as a set. The Cap worked fine, the button did not fit. I attempted to exchange the button for the correct one, but the manger refused, unless I returned the cap as well. I explained that I would have to pull all the wires off, and then make sure I had the firing order correct again thus creating more work for me, as well as fuel and time. He would not help, even though they gave me the wrong button to begin with. I told him that he had lost a customer for life over a cheap rotor button. He said he had to follow the rules. I will never shop Auto Zone again. If I could not give any stars I would. Drove directly down the street and bought a correct button from O’Rileys. Fairview Auto Zone, I hope the money you took from me on that rotor button did you a lot of good, because you have lost all my future business. All you had to do is the right thing, and swap the one you sold me for the correct one. Everyone would have won in that situation, but no....

They got me the spark plug I needed but the DM could be a bit encouraging to the employees instead of the employees venting there lack of appreciation by upper management being broadcasted.

I’ve been going to this store since I was 15 years old and the employees here are the best. The customer service is just unbeatable. Would highly recommend this store to anyone needing anything from windshield wipers to new transmissions.

Greatly appreciated for helping find parts I needed to get wives car back on the road at a reasonable price.

Almost always have what you need, though the price will likely be higher than online, especially on items like accessories and toys. Thats to be expected I guess. Good service, the employees are friendly and their return policy is generous.

Nashville didnt have the radiator I needed, however Fairview did, they had it pulled by the time I got there, the sales people were friendly, and courteous and the store was clean!
