If you are in need of maintenance on your car. Please come here This place the owner treats you like family first and he is trying to look out whats best for you and your pockets. I had a situation with my wifes vehicle and That in reality was a manufacturer defective part after the dealership service department didnt want to fix the situation they wanted to charge me. I had to come here for a second opinion and verified that it was a malfunction part.. He Rey did not want to do the job at first. Because he said that its a manufacturers malfunction the Car maker should cover the parts and labor that shows you the kind of integrity that Rey has! He Got on the phone with me conference call with corporate and he fought for me even though he ended up doing the work and me paying for it. that just shows you that he wants right for his CLIENTS. I believe theres no other mechanic shop out there that would that for a Client.. I will be taking my wifes vehicle here for service now for the rest of the duration of her lease. Which Reminds me I must schedule her oil change soon Thank you Reyco!!

Brought my car in for a noise it was making. Ultimately, it needed a major repair, a subframe replacement. Rey and his team pin pointed the issue, communicated the issue with me, and were very patient. Rey and the team do the work right the first time and make every effort to satisfy their customers. From beginning of the service request online, to when I drove away with the car, Rey worked with me every step of the way and took time to explain exactly what was needed. I was recommended to Reyco by a friend, and I am very happy for that recommendation. I will be taking my cars to Reyco from now on. You should do the same.

Rey and his team provide good customer service and are knowledgable. They listen to your concerns, diagnose, and make suggestions. They break it down so you understand, keep you updated on when your vehicle will be ready. I also feel at ease when they work on mine. 6 stars for zero - runaround. No suggesting services you dont need for a price bump, like some other shops. Theyre honest and thorough.

I have been going to Reyco for almost a decade now and I’m always beyond satisfied with the work performed on my vehicles! Wether it’s a simple oil change or a sophisticated job of lowering and changing my suspension springs on my new Lexus LC 500. Reyco does the work on a timely manner, never taking short cuts to complete the job! They are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and the owner is Super Awesome, he explains to you in detail about the repairs and goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable when picking up your ride. He checks up on you to see if youre good and that goes miles beyond the repairs, and his prices are reasonable. I just found my New Mechanic. Thank you Rey!!!

Rey & his team are professional, timely, and highly knowledgeable auto specialists. Appointment times are stuck to, and they are quick to call/email to discuss diagnostics and what to expect as well as updates as to progress of vehicle repair. Lastly, Covid precautions are in place in the facility during drop off/pick up and during repairs.

I am still learning my area and finding mechanics can always be scary for a woman. This place was great. Didnt do more than was asked and even got a car wash. They contribute to the community and are all around nice. Clean place and following Covid guidelines. I do plan on going back.

Hello Googlers, I brought my 2003 BMW Z4 in to Rayco for two issues. The first problem was it was not starting consistently and the second was my gas gauge was only showing half a tank after a complete fill up. I dropped my car off and within a couple of hours they called me and found the issues and said they had to order some parts. This particular year car is unique because some parts are hard to get, but Rayco was able to source them with no issues. When the repairs were done, I picked up my car and noticed that not only was it fixed but it was fully washed and detailed. The bill was also very reasonable for all the work that they did. The one thing that impressed me the most was that they picked up the phone, called me and kept the line of communication open letting me know where they were in the repair process. Two thumbs up!

This shop has one the best and friendliest staff. Joe is a great guy and makes sure you know whats going on with your car. They are very attentive and make sure your car is perfect working order. The prices are very reasonable. They where able to fix an issue with my exhaust which was stalling the car, and had me back on the road in no time.

My first experience with this shop was yesterday, as I needed a major tuneup. The staff was very knowledgeable and kept me updated by phone consistently regarding their findings and how it may impact the cost. There was nothing done without my approval and that was greatly appreciated. The staff also took the time to explain the ins and outs of the work being done. Most importantly, no lecturing or bad attitude as new problems were encountered, just the assurance that I would be taken care of. Just two minor things:1. To the gentleman that kept me updated throughout, i missed/forgot your name!2. Please confirm my email. Still waiting on those estimates and I’d like to continue giving you my business :)

I brought my 2014 Nissan Armada platinum for an oil change, then they said my battery fail the battery test. I said ok charge the battery. They put in a AC Delco 600 CCA 24RPS. I went on the AC Delco website and the size battery they put was the wrong battery. I call Ray (manager). He said don’t worry it has warrantyOn 7/25/20 I took vehicle to the dealer for a recall item and they tested my battery it failed after only 6 months. I called Reyco and spoke with Ray I told him that AC Delco stated that the correct battery for vehicle is a 27 RPG 750 CCA. Ray didn’t want to test my battery and he wasn’t going to listen what dealer say but he didn’t want to test it. So is the mechanic or mechanic shop you want to deal with. Do the look up on my vehicle and battery see what you come up with. Now I have take him to small claims court for $225. And if you even get OM parts from him make sure you getting them. Rayco used to busy but not lately now I know why.

I use to bring my cars there. Key word is use. I installed headlights on my jeep and just needed the wiring to be completed for the running lights. My son told them what needed to be done. Why would there be a $100 diagnostic charge?? Nothing was wrong with the vehicle! And on top of that, they wanted another 150 to hook up the wire for the running lights. Before i took it there i got a price of 150 to install the lights completely at another shop. I figured because I took my cars to Reyco whenever i needed work, they would be fairer. not the case. Very disappointed. If i went there i told them i had a light out, would they run a diagnostic to tell me the bulb was bad?? what a ripoff.

I had major work done on my car recently. The price was good and the work very professional. Best of all, they explained exactly what was the problem and the procedure for fixing the problem. They didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need and were patient in answering all my questions. Its difficult to find someone to trust. I trust this team.

I wonder if many of these reviews were written by friends/family of this establishment.Ive gone there twice, with two different vehicles. Simple jobs, so I cant comment on their diagnostic prowess. The work was performed well, and responsiveness is very good. The shop area is very clean, and that is always a good sign. Easy to schedule an appt. but no Saturday hours.Pricing is on the high side, and they always recommend extra work, which is a turn-off to those of us who know our cars. When asked technical questions, the staff tends to get arrogant.FOLLOW-UP to Reycos response: I gave you 3 stars, which is a passing grade, and I made some positive comments, in case you hadnt noticed. Of course Im not going to use my real name, as your reply demonstrated how well you handle (sic) constructive criticism...

My father brought his Mercedes here. They replaced the alternator with a bad one, the same day he drove it out of the shop it started over charging the battery. Which would have been easy enough to check with a multimeter. Not to mention that the adjustment mechanism on the alternator was not put back on.The battery was ruined along with half of the electrical system.I am a diesel mechanical, and the car would never of left our shop in this condition.This is completely unacceptable.Google wouldnt let me give it zero stars, I would have if I could.

Great customer service, very friendly, and reasonable price to change the spark plugs and coils for my car but should i expect form a bmw parts in conclusion after the service in my car it felt like new and i felt a difference in horsepower and the car felt more smooth. btw they also washed my car lol thanks guy great work

I have been to several mechanic shops over the past few years, also been to different dealers ship, I have never seen a mechanic shop so profesional, honest, affordable and performs great work and stand behind their work and guarntee it like Reyco Auto. I have a 2009 Honda Accord I bought it new and from my first service I took it Reyco Auto. More than 3 years later the car runs like new with no problem what so ever. The service I get at Reyco Auto makes me feel like I am part of the family, they know me by name and always give me their A+ service. All the customers I see there love the place and always tell me they will never go anywhere else for there service.If you are looking for a place to fix your car and fix it right from the first time with an affordable price and wihout trying to sell you things you dont need Reyco Auto is the place. You deal with real mechanics that know what they are doing not with just some sales person trying to push things youi dont need on you. Save youselfs the headache and money and trust me when I tell Reyco Auto is the best place you can service your car.

They perform a check up for my car and they told me that was a transmission problem. They charge 95 usd to perform this check up, there were 2 problems detected but they recommend to replace the transmission. I never have problems with it before, they gave me the result of the codes, one of them were output sensor for the transmission and one of they told me that transmission must be taken down ! and the service charge for that was like 500 dollars. I decided to leave the place and I went to somebody else, this other place performed other diagnostics and they same codes came out I was not charge for it. In fact they gave me the number to call the dealer to request the sensor to replace cost 164.00 i bought it and they replace it for 40 bucks and my problem was resolved. So this is my story ! I would not recommend this place ! it seems that they dont know much. But they gave me a cap and they put some silver plates frames with their number and logo! for 95 dollars

Charged my mother $40 to replace 2 rear lightboulbs. She went here for free AAA check up. He also told her she needs to replace another lightboulb and when she asked him to show it to her, hde turned the light on and it worked. he proceeded to say "oh wow now it works but it didnt work before". Scamers! Scaming older lady for a few dollars. Should be ashamed.
