Attention: DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION TO SERVICE A CAR YOU CARE ABOUT!!!Had winter tires installed at this location. The installation work was shoddy, as the tire seal broke in a week or so while car was sitting on driveway.Return to store to have the tire seal repaired. They reseal tire but almost forgot to rebalance. Mechanic struggled during rebalance process and dropped the wheel and his tool fell on the wheel. Ultimately, my Porsche 911 wheel paint was damaged. Mechanic said to call manager on Monday when he returns.Receive call on Monday from Manager to come by and show wheel. Went by, and manager dismissed the possibility the damage occurred at the shop. I show him before pictures of the wheel, and he barely looked at the photo, and continued to dismiss the facts. Then says to file claim on corporate website, he cannot do anything at the store. Not sure why he called me to come to the store. Humiliating experience to be dismissed, despite evidence.I
Made an appointment online for 9am didn’t have my car checked out till 1pm just to be told that there isn’t an issue with the car. Get back in my car and the issue is worse than when I brought it in. All I can say is they need a more experienced staff Get rid of the guy in the front desk. I believe he is the manager he just tells you anything he thinks of to get you out the door.
Been here quite a few times and I have had a great experience every time. Prices have always been WAY better than the dealership. Quality work and honesty that has saved me a lot over the years.
Be Extremely Careful! Wouldn’t even give one star but hey honesty is the best policy, except they don’t believe in this and Mr. Emilio I believe he said his name was, the “manager” who apparently has no control of his store cannot come to terms with the fact that he or one of his men here destroyed my engine. The one time I don’t get my oil change done by myself or Honda and do it with Firestone is the one time my engine shoots a rod out the engine block. Honda and I have both tried coming to some agreement but Emilio much rather call us silly names and not take responsibility. Quoting that Honda does not know what they’re talking about… a Honda Civic…… at Honda….. how does Firestone allow such a poor excuse of a manager run that place? No wonder ratings are so low
Scheduled an appointment and got a confirmation online. My assumption was that by them confirming the reservation, it meant that the tires were already in stock, and that the tire replacement would take place at the scheduled time. Instead, the person at the counter told me that it is being shipped and will not get there for another 4 hours, and 2 hours on top of that to replace my tires.Then the guy tried to sell me different set of tires that are in stock (reviews for one of them said it’s unsafe) and padded the estimated cost with extra services that I did not ask for in my original estimate. What’s the point of making a reservation? Why confirm the reservation when the tire requested is not in stock? Would not recommend
I highly recommend that you schedule an appointment. Gabriel, the new manager is very knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. Ill continue to bring my cars there for basic repairs, tires, and maintenance. Prices are reasonable, definitely cheaper than the dealer, and very comparable to other mechanics in the area.

Unprofessional and reckless service by Emilio. Had 4 tires changed and took lifetime firestone wheel alignment to get the wheels aligned but the technician Adrian didnt even balance them properly. Worst service.

One of the worst service centers I have ever visited in the US. The manager was very rude and arrogant in responding to basic questions. I would never ever recommend this center for anyone.
They were very helpful, Emilio and Gabriel really care about their customers. My car had an engine issue that could only be resolved by dealer, but Gabriel provided me very useful information regarding what the possible issues could be and what dealer could do to fix these issues, he was very patient and he explained everything in my engine diagnostics report.

Making an appointment online is useless.Showed up to my appointment, had to wait 1 hour only to be told they were not comfortable installing low profile tires because is too difficult for them.....
Had an appointment for a tire change, got a confirmation email for a tire change, got my tires delivered, and was just told I shouldnt have been able to make that appointment and that I will not be seen today, despite being on the calendar.If you have too many clients to handle, Im happy to oblige you and leave.

Made the mistake of going back to this location after, twice, they neglected to reattach the heatshield under the car following an oil change.Took the car in for alignment (if they werent bad at what they do the lifetime alignment deal is a great deal) and proceeded to head out on vacation.About 45 minutes from my destination in the middle of no-cell-signal Vermont I start hearing a flapping noise. I wrongly assumed theyd just sloppily attached the heatshield.Nope.Out of five lugnuts that are generally considered necessary to hold the front wheel on, only two (2) were present.My wife, my infant son, me, in the car in the middle of nowhere. No signal, no other cars.WILLNEVERGOBACK
Had an appointment at 8am and Waited 3+. Got my tires rotated and they didn’t put all my nuts back. Never going back to this Firestone again. Save your time and go somewhere else!

Emilio also went through an annoying process getting our warranty to cover the replacement and he was incredibly nice about it. Ill go back here every time.
Terrible service. Didn’t even replace the service sticker to remind me when next service is due. Went in for an oil change and didn’t even bother to check any fluids which were extremely low. I know multiple people whose had this same poor service from this same location.
The first few years I started bringing my cars here for service the service was excellent. But in the last 10 years it’s been one terrible experience after the other. The mechanics are incompetent. They really don’t know what they are doing. They don’t check if the problem is solved after the service . You find out your problem isn’t solved until after waiting in line for 30-40 minutes to get your car and after paying . On two occasions they wanted to charge me for the service even when the problem wasn’t fixed. Some of the front desk people are extremely unprofessional. I have finally given up on this place. Other than tires I would not bring your car here for any complex service.
Came in for a wheel alignment warranty for a year, I needed one within the month again andtl they said they wont do it because I might have change some parts on the car and that put the car out of alignment like how would they know that, whats the alignment warranty for a year for?Prices are high and service is terrible
Wow, I never expected to receive service so wonderful from a local mechanic. It took some time being that I had to wait but they explained that from the beginning and kept me up to date on my progress. Small parking lot but they work pretty fast for being so busy. And the manager was exceptional. 5 stars in my book

I bought & installed new tires on my SUV. I waited for them to get installed, all went well.One caveat, they try to add extra charges that I didnt want. I just said no, and saved the extra money.

If you want the worst customer service from a business youve come to the right place. Expect them to be sarcastic, rude, dishonest, you name it. On top of that when you try to call them out on their bs they get mad at you. Got an alignment here, was told everything was up to spec. Ive had issues with them in the past....brought it to the dealership to make sure. The entire alignment had not been touched at all and was way off. I guess this is what you get with their lifetime alignment package. Steer clear off these crooks.

I’m very upset with Firestone for being so unprofessional and waisting my time and money in fixing my car. 2 years and a half ago I took my car to get my tires replaced for new ones, To get a new battery and starter. The starter was refurbished, not New. The employee told me that there wouldn’t be a problem that it would last 5years. 4 months later I see a symbol showing up that the Alternator had a problem which I took i bought a new one at Autozone since the mechanic told me that it was for that reason the symbol was on. So then I went to Firestone the battery was having issues which told me it had warranty but yet I had to pay $60 for a new one. So then they told me that it might have a short circuit or or a loose cable that might have cause this problem.so then 7 months later I took it back and told me it was the alternator that was causing the symbol to be on. So I called Firestone but they told me to ask my dealer to fix my issue. So then at one point the battery die on me so my neighbor advice me to take it to Pepboys and that’s where they found out that the refurbished starter from Firestone was where the problem was coming from. All this time I waisted my money on 3 alternators, 2 new batteries, and the issue couldn’t be solved by Firestone. Finally I had to pay Pepboys $1620.00 to solve my problem. I don’t recommend anyone to go to Firestone because all they do is steal your time and money, and can even put your life at risk since your car can turn off at any moment.
We decided not to take our car here again.We inquired about getting new brakes. We told them the exact make, model, and year and asked for a price.They guy said they dont cut/resurface the rotors on foreign cars, so the price depends on the cost of new rotors.The guy claimed the rotors are composite even though we told them that they are STEEL not COMPOSITE.We asked if that is the policy for foreign cars, and he said not exactly policy.The rotors are obviously steel and THEY said several times that these are usually composite -- which is BS. We told the guy they are STEEL.The price for brakes would have been $185 front or rear -- for their Standard Brake Service which is just putting on new brake pads.The brakes that they were including for that price are from Advance Auto Parts. They wanted to charge more for Wagner, etc.I would not take my car here again, because we no longer trust them. Absolutely not.Corporate commented on our Yelp posting, but they dont seem to have a grip on what their customers are being told at these locations, and we have no interest in discussing this with them.
Had a positive experience here. Made an appointment online to bring my fathers car whose tires had been replaced here. One of the tires was losing air and they fixed the problem quickly and no charge since they were under warranty. They also realigned the car for free.

George (manager) is a great liar. Over the phone I SPECIFICALLY asked how much a new set of tires, balance AND alignment would cost. I DID NOT ASK FOR AN ALIGNMENT CHECK. He gave me a price of roughly $520. I was content with the price and left my car at the shop.I call back at 5:05 p.m. that same day (Saturday) and asked if my car would be ready to be picked up at 5:30 p.m. Liz (assistant front desk representative) says that they would be done at 5:30 p.m. but my alignment is off - and I asked what they have been working on. They took two hours to balance and set new tires, but NOT align the wheels? Liz then says that we can align the car for me for $99. I thought this was clearly stated as being apart of the $520 estimate. Turns out what they said was included was a free alignment check. Dude - if Im in my house and theres water dripping down on my head - I dont need to hire a handyman to tell me I have a leaky ceiling. I can deduce that. What I would like for the handyman to do is to FIX the damn problem that I KNOW I have.George - hes cut out for the job. Hes a great deceiver and I wouldnt even bother coming for the wheel rotations that are included in the alignment package. Zero transparency. I had to pay $678 for something that I couldve gotten done at my mechanics shop. Next time - just use those companies that sell tires online and ship them to your trusted mechanic. Bad feeling all around. If youre a driver - you should know whether your wheels arent aligned. Liz had the audacity to say Oh yeah hur hur, we get that all the time.P.S. - this should already be implied if you havent caught on. When getting a new set of tires - you should align your wheels ANYWAY. No need to check if its okay. My mechanic thats very close to our family said that was a pure scam and manipulation. The only thing Im looking forward to is these new tires - customer service was garbage the moment you walk into the office.

Perhaps great service center for tires but not for mechanical diagnostics or full service. Had a mass air flow sensor issue causing car to stall a bit when hitting gas. Was told there was nothing wrong with car. Thankfully, real mechanic took car for a spin and detected issue. Overall, great discounts but service could have been more comprehensive. An honest, we dont know what is wrong vs a we didnt find anything wrong with the car could have signed me up as a recurring customer. I will not be returning.

They are a bit pricey, but the guys do everything they can to help you. They have some good deals but one thing I wish they had was an electrician. But regardless, worth stopping by .

Very positive experience. I had an appointment, but called and asked if I could come in early. They were very accommodating, and threw in some extras with my service. Staff made sure I knew everything that was going on, and helped me get better tires for less money than I had originally ordered (and let me price out all the scenarios). Couldnt be happier with the way I was treated; they had me in and out quickly, and gave me periodic updates when they could see I was getting a little restless (because truthfully, nobody likes to sit and wait for tires on Saturday AM). Lifetime alignment and free tire rotations dont hurt either. Looking forward to bringing back my business.

I needed to have a tire replaced because of a flat. They encouraged me to get 2 of them done since it was getting close. The front two were the most worn. They(because I didn’t mention it) replaced the back two and left the most bald of my tires on the front. My car is front wheel drive. This jerk didn’t rotate my rear tires to the front. Now they’re even more worn and need to be replaced sooner. It’s all about them in the end. They just want more money
These guys were awesome! On our way to vacation car started making noise and we stopped at firestone. They immediately took car for test drive, addressed problem, and had us back on road in less than 30 minutes. Thank you North Bergen Firestone for not letting our vacation turn into a disaster!
Worst people and gambling people, they are taking situation as advantage and trying to loot the money from the people.My scenario: I had an issue with battery been there on Memorial Day and asked them to check what exactly happened. They have charged 27$ for checking the issue and came up with issues1. Alternator is not working.2. Car batter is completely dead.(As the alternator is not working, if I change only the battery that will again kill my batter and later that will kill my car as well and they gave me a quote around 480$ for alternator, 180$ for replacement charges and battery I need to buy again).(I thought of going for the replacement of both battery and alternator but they don’t have alternator part available and they couldn’t able to get it as that is the Memorial Day).(I have been asking the people, I have an urgent work and I can’t wait for 1 more day to get this fixed)(They scared me in such way that I can’t drive my car for 2miles also with out charging the alternator and battery and they are trying to threaten me saying you will end up in some traffic and you need to spend money for towing your vehicle).(I know something is going wrong as I am driving ( 2 years old) new car and i keep calling other body shops to figure out if they can get this solved immediately).(One auto body shop guy responded and he told, you come here I will get it fixed in 1 hour with confidence in his voice, I have decided to go there and get it verified)(He tested for 1 min and said my alternator is completely fine and he asked me to get new battery from the nearest auto shop and he changed it and took 20$ from me)(And I have been telling him that firestone guys told that I can’t drive my car until I change my alternator and I need to drive long distance. Should I confidently start my drive?)(He gave me the confidence and make me start my journey)(Even though he is having the small body shop he is much better than firestone guys and he saved me around 700$ and 1 day of time from).(And I travelled for 650 miles by just changing the batter and I am completely fine)FINAL WORD: DONT TRUST THESE GUYS. Firestone in Fairview NJ where I repaired my van late April is a good auto repair center. Firestone changed engine oil and one front tire. Above all, I feel my cars engine more smooth not first 2-3 days but until now than before.One problem is Firestone didnt give me an advice that my van needed to change coolant. The color is not light green but red. And it might be red when changing engine oil.2 months after changing engine oil, totally Firestone is good car repair center.

Had a really bad experience today at this place. I called early in day to book for a simple oil change appointment. They asked me to come for 3:00 PM and itll take a total of 45 mins max. I reached at 3:00 they said we are backed up and itll take a little longer but should be done by 4:30. I waited there only and at 4:30 they said you are next. Throughout this time I see my car standing outside in parking, they havent even taken it inside garage. Around 5:00 I asked again and they said itll take at least 45 more mins as they are backed up. I asked them for my keys and left with my car. I wasted 2+ hours of my day sitting there and now I have to plan for appointment in another place. I dont understand why these guys dont act honest and avoid a horrible experience for everyone. Never going back here.
Be aware when you leave your car to those people. Check your car for scratches before leaving. Maybe they are good mechanics but they dont know how to drive and park a car.

Came here on January 2018, to get a flat fixed and wheel alignment. I asked how much was the flat fix and he said “$32”.. $32 for a plug. I said I’m already here.Then the front desk person called me after dropping my car off and said he could not fix the flat because it was plug before. He said “it’s our policy” and added that my tires is worn out from a corner and I “needed to change it”. So didn’t do any alignment because I’m not paying for a new tires when it was good. Wasted 1hr of my life and got nothing doneTook my car to Hudson Honda Dealer. They said the tire can be plug again because the location of the new plug is far apart from the other. They plug the tired free of charge since I’m usually getting my car service here. (Avoid this place, they are dishonest and out for your money only.) I would give zero star is possible.

I was royally ripped off and was trying to be persuaded to buy into work I did not need when I only went in for back brakes and oil change. I was charged $425 for just back brakes and oil change because they said my rotors were bad, but I had taken my car here a month previously and was told I still had a ways to go on my back brakes, I should have just insisted then for my brakes to be done, I guess they figured I would drive it till the rotors got damaged so they could charge me more money. After arguing with the guy who kept insisting I needed over a THOUSAND DOLLARS worth of work, I told them just to do the back brakes and an oil change, I took my car in at 11am and was not even looked at until 3 hours later, the car was finally ready at 6:45! Now I have to take my car back because it shakes on the highway, I fear they will try to rip me off again. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO BACK TO THIS PLACE! and I will spread the word to my friends and family.
Horrendous. I call a day in advance to schedule service. Arrive ten minutes before my appointment, was told 45 minute wait. When I returned an hour and 15 minutes later my car hadnt even been acknowledged. Why the hell give appointments, why the hell tell people a time frame when peoples time isnt going to be respected. The best part is when I arrived, saw my car exactly how I parked it, and was told let me check on status. I said theres no status this is exactly how I parked my car!!! Im supposed to be heading to work using THIS car! Just dont waste your time with these people. Needless to say I will NEVER RETURN!

Took it to a different firestone and was told the issue had NOTHING TO DO with the engine part that was replaced and was scammed out of my money. The only trustworthy guy there is Frank, everyone else is just out to rip you off. Still waiting to hear back from them about a refund or compensation for the money that was stolen from me. Spoke with a Gabriel who informed me that Firestone is unable to install used tires on new wheels, despite the fact that theyre Firestone tires and are being swapped due to one of my rims cracking. I dont see the difference between this and changing tires for summer/winter which Ive done about 10 times before. As a result, my business will be taken elsewhere. Theres an absolute moron in charge here and hes causing lost business. Should be addressed promptly.

Went there asking about some tires. They quoted me 240 per tire. I got the tires on tire-rack an hour later for 140 each. Saved myself 400 bucks on the tires alone. Then went and tried to get them mounted and balanced. 3 hours before close they said they didnt have time today, however, the chaps werent doing anything but standing around in the garage.Poor service. Poor prices.
My family has brought every car weve owned over the past 10+ years to FireStone for its service. Our experience there has always been positive with quick and efficient service from a routine battery or oil change to more laborious mechanical work. We dropped in without an appt. on Monday morning for a battery change which they didnt have in stock. Our Service Advisor Emilio called for the battery to be shipped overnight and set me up with an appt. the following day. I was in and out of there within 10 minutes on Tuesday with my car running again you cant ask for more than that!

I went for inspection. Emilio gave me an estimate. The brakes are ok. Oil change, fuel injector service. cabin air filter. But dont garrante.it needs that service. I am going to consult another another shop.

Bad experience, went there because of a noise on breaks, they change my pads because they told the pads must be semi-metallic and oil, 200 something USD and the same noise, went back same day and told me to come back a week later the guy Rodriguez told me if were not the pads maybe are the bearing which does not make any sense, I decide to not go back there. Plus they gave me an estimate of some parts they think I should replace on my car, I google the parts and they were charging me 60% more over the real part price, excluding Labor which was also very high. Avoid this place if you dont want to be ripoff...
I ordered tires online stopped by this shop, got a good price and so far the installation seems fine.
Horrible service, quotes they go back on and unnecessary services. Stay away from this Firestone. Dealt with an Emilio who lied about service needs, lied about vital services tried to charge me $2000+ for services that only amounted to $68.00, crooked man, crooked facility. Stay away! Disputed the services via my credit card.
This is the worst service i ever got. The guy who is bilingual has no idea about how to deal with people. Is very disrespectful and arrogant. I dont recomend this place at all!!!
Terrible experience. Ill explain in order...1. Brought in tires for summer to winter swap2. Guy calls me and says whoever did this last didnt know what they were doing, so I have to break two studs. They were the ones who did it last....3. Finally get my car back (after two visits), get on the highway and my car rattled like crazy. My first thought was they didnt balance the wheels at all (which was kind of true, normally when you balance wheels you take off all existing weights and do it over, but in this instance I had weights all over the place inside the wheel). It was only on my return trip in the pouring rain that I realized what they did. I nearly lost control under heavy braking on one side of my car. These idiots put the tires on my right side backwards; against the direction of rotation.4. Had to go back again and the technician tried to play it off as a minor thing, but that is a major liability. They did not offer me any discount.Doing a lazy job is one thing, but endangering my life is another.Never going back.
. These guys are scams. I went in to get a diagnosis for my tires/ brakes . I basically told them it was most likely the brakes .I called in for an appointment at 3 pm on Saturday. I know for sure my appointment was at 3 pm . When I call, on Saturday to just make sure that my appointment was at 3, one of the workers says “ oh your appointment was at 2 pm”. There is no way my appointment was at 2 since I knew I had work till 2 pm . I get to firestone at 3:07 pm. The man says it will take one hour for them to get to the car then another 1 hour to half to diagnosis . I was hoping they would call me before closing so I can take my car home since I was not planning on having any work done their . The man calls at 6:03 pm and says what is wrong with car. He says we will call to get the parts for you and the prices . I told him I need the car because I have important things in it related to my work . The man keeps insisting to have the car kept over night . He basically was trying to pressure me to have all my work done there which is not fair and you should never ever pressure a customer to do with work for you. I left the car there over night and made sure it was ready for me in the morning . Emilio the mechanic working on my car diagnosis the car with bad rotors, bad rear brakes, and a bad rear driver side caliper. I knew there was no way there was that much issues with the brakes . I ask for the car back and the cashier gets so offended. When did I ever tell those people I needed to do my work there . He kept insisting I keep the car there . When a customer says no that means no. If you warn a customer to not a drive, you did your job. When I finally took my car, the cashier said he will have the price for the caliper on Monday . Mind you when I spoke to the cashier he said oh the caliper should not cost you more than 200-300 and the repair would be around 40-50 dollars more with the brake pads . when I call on Monday, Emilio tells me that he called Autozone in Fairview, to ask for he caliper . He says autozone does not have it so he had to get a price from his “vendor”. The price he gave me was $855 DOLLARS for a caliper!! Then he says the brakes will cost $438 with all the repairs it will come to close to $2000!! I call my dealer which is the Audi of englewood, Audi tells me that the part coming all the way from Germany and it would cost $660 with tax . I go to autozone in Fairview, the ssales associate told me that they do in fact sell the caliper and it cost $96.81 and he also said that there is not way a caliper is that much . So I call up firestone and tell them the dealer price and that autzone in fact has the piece . The man goes and says oh yea “ we charge 15% on top the dealer price. First of all 15% on 660 is not $855 it’s $759. He then tries to explain himself by saying “ that was my vendor says”. I told him how upset I was about this and the man was so rude and inconsiderate . He did not even apologize once . What kind of customer service is that? Now for the ice breaker, my father take the car to one of the best mechanic shops in englewood. The mechanic says the only issue with the breaks is the rear brake pads which he replaced in one day. Also he charged half the price of what firestone wanted to charge for brake pads. He said there is absolutely no issue with the caliper and when my dad told him the$855 price of a caliper he giggled. So not only did these mechanics misdiagnose my vehicle, they tried to rip me off . Just because I am a woman does not make me any less intelligent than those mechanics . It is not fair how mechanics treat women . They automicatly assume that we don’t know anything. Little did Emilio and his team know that I in fact did my research and made sure I was not going to be played with . Moral of my 6 page review, if you are a woman or anyone else who feels pressured, speak up . Do your research and do not let anyone dull your intelligence . I hope firestone and other mechanics start to see their customers as more than just piggy banks .
WORST SERVICE!Quoted me $500 for repairs, called and told me they made a mistake and repairs would be $870, when I picked up car they charged me $1100. Told me if I didnt pay they would keep the car.

They dont even deserve one star. It took me 4 hours to get tire rotation. I dropped my suv off at 12:00pm and they told me that it will be done by 2:00pm. I came back at 2:30pm. Guess what they didnt even touch my car yet. Lazy stuff.
