Service department and parts department here are horrible.They treat you like your an inconvenience. We will never return again! And that is after my husband and myself purchased 2 very expensive vehicles. I guess they dont believe service builds sales. Extremely disappointed.

I paid them over 2k for premium oil change and transmission oil change which is included air dryer filter replacement never been changed! and paid 299$ for general check and they didnt even told me air dryer unit has purge valve problem! honestly this untrusted business now i have worried about if they changed oil or not! CHEATERS !! SCAMMERS!!!

Absolutely horrible keep my truck for three weeks I ended up paying $9800 for absolutely no reasonNot even two years ago was put a brand new transmission in my truck they came up changing the last part of transmission which didn’t change anything to my truck to this day the truck shifts the same they haven’t fixed anythingThey find stuff there is absolutely no need for change in one of their employees call me said the truck wouldn’t start so you need new batteries a new starter I say how about you try and recharging the batteries because the truck has been in the shop for three weeks.I do not wish you to find out yourselves what I’m talking aboutI recently went to the place to get some parts to replace it myself the guy who help me out found all the parts and then when time came to pay he said I’m sorry we cannot sell the parts I asked him why he said the manager told me not to sell you the parts so I asked for a manager he said he’s not here he left so I say if he left then who told not to sell me parts so I went to the shop where they fix trucks and I asked for the managers name he gave me the name I went back and I asked for the guy he came out he said we cannot sell your parts because of the review you placed on the Internet so I say to him instead of trying to ask and fix the problem you confirming the review I posted for you it’s 100% trueI don’t know what legal rights I have but I will check that in a later time when I have more time

Service was great, the salesperson who helped me worked with me to finance the car at a great price, and beyond that, he drove the vehicle to my home (I work 12 hour days and get out late) after work to drop it off for me to have. Couldnt believe it myself, so very awesome!

Awesome experience, Had a issue with one of our fleet trucks, we called them up, and they asked us for our Vin number, and they ordered the parts to fix it without having us waste out time to come down, they scheduled us for repair a few days later, And belive it or not the truck wasnt in the shop for more then 20 min and problem was fixed, Will definitely recommend this shop to others

The most expensive parts. And make sure you buy the correct part. They charge 20% to return unused unopened part and I was returning it only 15 min after I bought it.I definitely dont recommend this dealer to anyone buying parts, Ive never been charged for returning unused unopened part.

Compared to most medium duty Isuzu truck shops around the country they do a great job. I always try and wait to see them when in the North Jersey / NYC area.

I purchased my 2018 GMC Terrain about 2 weeks ago now. Honestly, this was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I called and made an appointment and met with Greg Macdonald, who was my salesperson and finance person. After making my decision to buy it got even easier. With a busy work schedule and not a lot of free time, Greg went out of his was to personally deliver the vehicle to my home, complete all paperwork, go over the vehicle ins and outs, and took my turn in with him. If GMC/ Beyer reads this I hope that you will recognize Greg MacDonald for his hard work and dedication to customers.

Never deal with such an awful service, they dont take credit cards for service over 5k and wants a cashiers check from a company. Gave me such a hard time to returned the truck because they want confirmation from the company bank that the check was cleared, so ridiculous. Never take our trucks there again

Worst parts department. I called multiple times to get a simple part, I was put on hold for 20-30 minutes each time until I lost patience and finally hung up.

The worst, dont take your truck there ffg or repairs...your better off junking it or light it up!!! Save your $$$
