Linda was amazing. After multiple calls letting me know when my new phone would arrive, I walked in and out within 15 minutes! I left with my new gold iphone12 plus. She set everything up for me and the phone will continue to update using the cloud! Great service!!! Will definitely be going back to do my husband’s early upgrade!
Everything from start to finish was great. Came in to replace my phone and the woman who helped me was very kind, courteous, and helpful. Very quick and I recommend any one to come by.

This store 100x better than Factory Verizon. Store helped me with my phone. Still Verizon S*cks Cheapest plans are $71- a month, Mint Mobile $15 a month 4 GB Cheap as can be.

This place is so shady and biggest fraud i would never go there again. Be careful look at your receipts and what kind of bs they upcharge and how none of it adds up with taxes

Horrible customer service, female rep. had barely any clue about products or services. Rude and incredibly slow in working with customers. This is a poor representation of Verizon. Go to any other store than the one in Fairview.
Female worker tried selling me a sim card when I didnt need to buy a sim card for my phone. Went to the Fort Lee location for them to tell me that she was purposely trying to upsell me something I didnt need. She seems to always be there by herself at this location. Always has an attitude, need a worker who cares and not ripping people off since they are bored since no one goes to this location.
Ill make it short, This store is a FRAUD!1. They do not tell you they are going to charge a customer with set up and go plus charge $20 per phone, ( who charges a customer to activate new/upgrade line when Verizon charges $35 per phone) so now you are paying $55 per phone to activate in Victra.2. Beware! they will trick you to buying a new phone.Sale rep told me Note 8 has a promotion going on $300 off per phone & no trade in required, so I purchased 3 note 8.Sale rep note8 x 3 = $900, $150 credit will be apply to your account for next 6 months.Jan 2019, no credit apply. I contacted REAL Verizon Wireless customer service, they told me NO SUCH PROMOTION FOR NOTE 8.Contacted Victra (fairview) with REAL Verizon wireless rep, and it was applied right away.Feb 2019 same thing happened, did not see credit contact them again and it was credited.Mar 2019 no credit, contact them again, and now they are telling mecontacted account manager but no replyfollowing day account manager is on vacationwaited a week account manager is on vacationwaited a week account manger are being replacedApr 2019 - contact them againaccount manger are being replace BUT WE DO NOT KNOW WHENI still have not receive a text/call/email from Victra about credit.I am leaving this review because Victra SHOULD NOT DO BUSINESS LIKE THIS !Also to help people with this issues, contact NJ Attorney Generals office to report FRAUD in New Jersey.
This store is horrible. I’ve been there two days in a row, first day There’s been very lazy girl and the second day there was a very rude worker, she didn’t even want to help me out and was talking to me like I am a dog.Don’t go there. Very bad place!

I also was charged $20 for set up and go fee (for 2 phones already paid + 1 brand new Gizmo phone) for a total of $60. I went to this store for switch from Tmobil to Verizon and I was first told to back up my personal data before switching. When I came back, there was another sales person and she just “sold” me new sim cards (not been previously informed about that) It was faster but I wasn’t informed before about the options. Then, in total I spent extra $80 (60 for the set up and go + 10$ each sim card). When I tried to pay part in cash and the rest in debit card, the sales person just told me that they “prefer” to be paid using only one method. I also asked her about that set up and go fee means and she wasn’t able to give a reasonable answer. About the Gizmo watch I ordered some days in advance (i bought the warranty service which means $10 monthly) and I was called to go to the store and get it. When I picked it up, I asked the sales person to remove that warranty and just keep the phone and the service, and she told me to call customer service. My advice is go to a Verizon Store (not a third party company). I called them and they gave me $80 credit which I will use it for the first bill.

We bought 2 iphones and seller named Ahmad adked if we wanted insurance. I was clear in saying no, we dont want anything except phones. However later i found out that he included insurances service fee and bunch of stuff costing me 300+ usd per month. It took me 2 days 100 dollars to cancel everything.
Go to a real Verizon store. This licensed store is not very good. Screen protectors aren’t covered as they say. I feel ripped off. Nice people, but I still feel wronged.
We bought 2 NEW IPHONE XS MAX with two new activation lines. They charge you additional so called Victra Company Policy Setup and Go fee which other authorized retailers dont charge. They charge $20 extra for each line on top of what Corporate Verizon charge which is $30 for new line activation. RiDICULOUS. $100 activation fee paid for two lines.Sales person who helped us was Ahmad Sarameh. He never told us about these extra fees *AFTER* he cut open the iPhone boxes for us and asked us to start setting up the iPhones. He told us right before we paid and were about to leave the store. He also did NOT tell us that it would be $20 fee per line, so we thought it would be $20 in total (not $40 total).Very tricky play because how are we going to say no at that point after we already spent over an hour to open two lines and also completed the offboarding from a different carrier and onboarding to Verizon? We couldnt easily turn back.Lastly, we were charged $1260 for each phone, when it is priced at $1249.99 at Verizon corporate stores as well as at Apple. We did not notice this difference until we zoomed into the receipt.GO TO OTHER AUTHORIZED RETAILERS OR THE VERIZON CORPORATE STORES. DO *NOT* GO TO ANY VICTRA VERIZON Authorized Retailers.
Heres why I gave this store a 1 star.The store manager Linda.Never In my life i experience a nasty, non caring person.By all the reviews Im seeing on Yelp and on Google Im surprised Linda is still the store manager after all the terrible reviews.
Feel like this place ripped me off. Thought i was paying out right for my moms phone. Turned out there was a monthly payment. Had issues with my phone and they tell me I have to go to Samsung. Go to a real Verizon store!

This place charge you extra for everything I wanted 2 phones but they wanted to charge me extra to transfer my stuff from 1 phone to other I left that store and went to the one in the mall and they helped me
