I agree with a previous reviewer. I was recommended this individual through the management company. The first time we used him, it was to replace a roller ball at the bottom of our sliding glass terrace door. He broke a pane of glass in the door and then insisted that I pay for half of it. It took a lot of arguing and finally, I had to call his insurance company so I wouldnt be held reliable for the cost. Against my better judgement, we used him to replace a window in one of our bedrooms. He never answers his phone or texts and while this whole process took over 5 months, I tried texting him politely a couple of times to arrange a time for installation so I could take off from work. When he finally answered my call, he told me I was insane for calling him or texting him. I told him it was really unprofessional not to respond, given that he had already taken my deposit a few months ago and still did not respond. He was extremely defensive. I would say his work is average and for the amount of rudeness and unprofessionalism, its better to ask for someone else.

I would have not tapped any stars but that was not an option. Totally unreliable. Never. completed necessary insurance form. Said he would do it in the morning. Never showed up or called.
