Today Parker and Randolph installed 2 bathroom vanity countertops, together with new sinks. They were both exceptionally helpful when our original sinks were a little bit too big! They offered us an installation later in the day if we could acquire two suitably sized sinks. True to their word, once they heard we had obtained the correct sized sinks they came back to complete the vanity top installation and did a fantastic job. Our sincerest thanks for a job well done! Countertops and backsplash

I LOVE the outcome. I would recommend this company and product, in fact i already have. The installers were very good, informative. The job ran longer than even they anticipated and there was a large mess to clean up. That was the down side. But the BEAUTIFUL result did assuage the mess. I would recommend this product and company to friends without reservation.

I was pleasantly happy with the work which was done the first time. However, when came out for the second work, it was a complete disaster. Workmanship was very very poor. They had to rip apart the whole thing and replace them for which I had to wait a long time to get done. I had to give them concessions in order to get the work done. They damaged my laundry room walls and kept arguing on not paying to fix the damage.I am satisfied with the work done the first time but very dissatisfied with what they did the second time and their argument to not fix the damages. I will give them a 2 start rating otherwise it would have been 4.There is a big CON to this design. If in future you need to change your sink, you have to rip apart and replace the whole counter top and not just he sink! This is a huge disadvantage compare to regular granite top!

This was by far, the worst experience we have had with a company. We ordered just under $17,000 in counters and 7 custom doors. When we met with their consultant, Stephanie, we told her that we wanted frosted glass doors that we could backlight which the contract clearly stated. When they arrived, they were white, opaque glass doors (below). Two personal items were broke during installation of which only 1 was reported and at no time did any offer reimbursement. They argued that it was the manufacturers version of frosted glass. In addition, Margot, who was never part of our discussion regarding the sale, tried to tell us that we never said that we wanted to backlight them.After months of disagreement, we engaged the manufacturer and settled for a different frame with frosted glass. When the new doors arrived they had been ordered wrong, as well, without the holes for the handles, which could not be drilled in the glass at that point so WE compromised again. After nearly 1 year to the date of purchase, the doors were installed.Instead of choosing to turn this into a positive experience with an opportunity for future business, they chose to blame the consumer for their internal problems.

The first time I went in the showroom I was almost sold. Kelly let me take home sample chips without even getting my name or phone number! Shes very friendly and helpful. I wanted to wait a couple of months before reviewing, and its been 4. Our counters, backsplash and sink are beautiful. I had taken those samples and dunked one in beet juice. After a week it just rinsed off. I tried to scratch them and they dulled my (not best) knife. Our installer Jason was friendly and knowledgeable. After 2 months, we called because one seam was a little more visible than the others and they came out and refilled it. We had priced Corian for just the countertops (no sink, no backsplash) and this whole job was 42% cheaper. Very happy

The main reason I went with this company was to avoid tear out mess and dust. I have COPD and asthma, and the vanity top I was replacing was in my bedroom. The installer came out today and after he left I discovered I could not open the top drawer because the apron on the countertop was too low. When he came back out he had to sand the apron down. I had to cover all the furniture and my bed to try and keep the dust down.When I put in a complaint with the company, I was told they would not adjust my bill to compensate for the unexpected sanding and dust. After being told the counter needed to be sanded I cancelled the final credit card payment until I could get some resolution. I was told by the company that I needed to make my payment immediately or the owner would put a lien on my house.Oh and by the way, this companys countertops are very expensive. I could have gotten a piece of granite for much less. Save yourself some money and hassle and go elsewhere.

Great service as normal

We purchase our granite from this company 12 years ago. It still looks great. We have had no problems with the countertops. It has withstood everything that we have thrown at it. I chop vegetables directly on it and no problem at all. The best part is that we do not have to do anything to it. Every so often we we use a cleaner to shine it up but that is it. I am glad that we used this company. There was no mess from removing our previous countertops as they put this right over your existing countertops.

My brother moved into a nice OLD fashioned condo for seniors and it was SENIOR. Now I am a senior, but this place was right up there with the Flintstones. Well, they have the right name- TRANSFORMATIONS!!! Because his condo is beautiful now and I want his Kitchen and bathrooms. They have truly been transformed and updated into the 21st century. Now it does not look like “Leave it to “Beaver” but like “Architecteral Digest” and if you know anything about design, need I say anymore👏👏👏👏. I forgot the plumber- he was 5star. I am more than pleased with the change in his condo.

Many small pieces of pearl like material have chipped out of our countertop. When I stopped in to ask about this problem, I was told oh yes that can happen with the pearl, sorry that isnt warranteed!If they know it can happen, why use it!

I had kitchen counter tops and back splash install they look beautiful. However all the residue from the installment of the back splash was left on the back splash they are supposed to come out and clean it. Why didnt they clean it before they left. Now I have to take off work againAlso the counter is supposed to be stain resistant. It seems like the slightest thing is causing a stain. This is not what I call stain resistant!!!!

The entire experience was positive. The showroom staff was very knowledgeable, the designer had lots of great ideas without driving any specific agenda, and the installers did a great job. I love my new counters.

I am very happy with the new granite. We have existing functional, but ugly, stained and uneven granite surrounding the tub and sink. It looks great! You cant tell that the whole slab isnt the new color and its about a 1/4 thick veneer. Everyone who has seen it loves it and another family member has even scheduled an in house quote after seeing it.

2 years ago I had new glass counter tops installed in my kitchen along with a sink and plumbing work. They did an excellent job and I am very happy with the installation and the quality of the product. About one year later I noticed a crack in the counter top near the kitchen faucet. When I bought the counter tops they stated there was a lifetime warranty on the product so I called the company. They sent out a technician and he could not repair it, so they replaced the entire slab at no charge to me. The entire fix was done in a timely manner with no haggling as to fault. In reference to the crack, it was an installation issue and not a faulty product. The counter tops look great are very durable and clean up easy. I will be using this company again with my future bathroom remodels.

The designer was very knowledgeable and helpful. The technicians fast and efficient. The kitchen looks completely renovated with very little money or time invested. The best part, no demolition! We are very happy with the results.

If you’re considering shower or bath restoration, I recommend a different contractor to install shower or bath doors. Granite overlay is great. Door was of poor quality

Love the product. I ordered new kitchen tops 2 weeks before Thanksgiving. Even though the completion date was guaranteed the day before Thanksgiving I was afraid the date would be missed.Not only was everything completed on due date but the workmanship and professionalism was superb!!The plumber, Mark; who connected the new sink and faucet did an excellent job. He even educated me on the best brands for future maintenance.I am very pleased with this company, Jim Narens and his office staff. My next project is remodeling my bathrooms. Granite Transformation will be my first choice.

Recently had new glass counter tops installed in two downstairs bathrooms. This was the fourth project that I have used Granite Transformations (Kitchen, Fireplace and Bar areas). In every instance they have provided a quality job and all their employees work very hard to meet every request. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade the appearance of their counter tops and/or cabinets.

Jason and Logan did a great job on our installation. They showed up at the designated time. They both explained what they were going to do and asked if we had any questions or concerns. Jason did a fabulous job on our special request (our half bath needed to have part of the counter top accessible/removable if needed). Both workers were very tidy and cleaned up after themselves. We would definitely recommend them for a job. So far we are very happy with the work.

I had three bathroom vanities transformed into granite and the job was professionally and well done. The job met my expectation and the budget also. I tried to book this company for a free estimate. I waited a half hour. I called to confirm if the person was going to show up and was told they would call the person and get back to me. About an hour passed and I called the same number back and was told flat out the person for the free estimate drove out took one look at the neighborhood and decided she didnt feel safe. I attempted to reschedule and was told that the main office was supposed to have called me. I will never use or reccomend this company again.

Company was very easy to deal with and followed the schedule for my small job in a timely manner

So very disappointed! The sales person, the installer, and the end product were all great. Counters looked wonderful. However, all the talk about durability flew out the window with one dinner using a George Foreman grill. Despite the grill being elevated and off the counter top, it left an outline after use. This was after I saw demonstrations with the sales person taking a knife to the counter with no residual scratches, and saying that to test the product in her home, she purposely left a lit cigarette burning on the sample she had to see if that resulted in a burn mark. No burn mark. The installer told me that his wife makes cookies and takes them out of the oven and places them directly on the counter on the cookie sheet because they cool faster. Seriously? But 4 minutes of cooking hamburgers on an elevated Foreman Grill and I have a burn -- which the company refuses to service. My options? They will provide me with a free trivet for future use. If I want them to come attempt to repair it, I can do that -- for another $650 -- with no guarantees. And this is after I spent thousands of dollars less than 3 months ago. Do not buy this product! The warranty they claim you receive really doesnt exist. I had Formica counters before having this product installed, and had no problems of any kind when using these types of counter top appliances. I am not someone who would ever use a knife without a cutting board, and I would never take anything directly out of the oven and place it on my counter-despite their claims that it was fine to do that. Instead, I am now going to live with a burn mark on my island -- of all places -- in the middle of my kitchen, from using an appliance that does not require a trivet. That -- and thousands of dollars -- have made me write this review today. Be very careful before you sign on the dotted line. I will never recommend this product.

Im so happy I did, it looks so good on very tight budget. This was a treat to myself which I never treat myself to much, so Im really happy about the drastic improvement and the very classy, modern and rich look to the counter top.Kelly, Margo, Jason and his helper, and the installer that came out to measure made me feel great. I am all about shopping local and supporting family businesses, and through the whole process (which was very smooth by the way) had a local/family feel to the experience, and not one of dealing with a big corporate store or business. For anyone looking for a great product with a beautiful sleek look, I highly recommend Granite Transformations. The installation went really smooth and the two installers were friendly, knowledgable and REALLY efficient. I could NOT believe the transformation (literally) in just a few hours. Stephanie came in and explained the process and showed me some samples. My master bath was the most complicated portion of the job. Any questions I had were answered quickly. We ran into a small issue in one of my bathrooms, an appointment is set up to address it in a couple of weeks. Another installer was scheduled to come in due to the unique needs of my job. My only issue was price. Thats because only the top skin of the product contains the granite. It looks great, but costly for the composite of the material.

I am giving this company a one star. Their employees removed my faucet to put granite around my built-in tub and broke the piping underneath. I found this out when they sent their subcontractor to hook up the faucet and found it broke. My faucet never had a leaking problem before they came and when I called to talk to owner/manager, the receptionist would not put me through. I paid round $350 for the plumber and he never hooked it up because of their negligence. I thought they should either fix it at no cost to me or give my money back, but they wouldnt even address it. The one star is for them accommodating my schedule before I left town for the season.

I’m down grading this review because while I’m satisfied with the color choices we were given, we’re not happy at all with the seam on our counter top. We were told there would be a seam but not noticeable. It is noticeable.

I’m so happy with my new countertop. I like the shine and easy care for a workable space compared to actual granite with special care and much more expensive. The countertop fits right over existing top so the backsplash isn’t disturbed. Thomas and Steve installers were punctual, friendly and very professional. I highly recommend Granite Transformation due to quality, price and workmanship.
