Extremely unprofessional. Starting off the visit, the nurse accidentally bumped into my friend who came with me, and proceeded to make inappropriate jokes to him and myself. Fast forward to being in the room, I have tonsil stones, and I came in to get them checked out and see if I could get my tonsils removed (mainly for convenience from bad breath, uncomfortable stones, etc). I told this to my nurse (before the doctor came in), and she quite frankly told me to lie to the doctor. She said that he wouldn’t let me get my tonsils removed without certain circumstances, so she told me to tell the doctor that I frequently have gotten Strep throat in the last 6 months (3+ times). The doctor came in the room and she stayed in the room, and I was very uncomfortable so I proceeded to tell him what the nurse told me to say. Essentially a wasted visit and a waste of money. Now I need to go to another specialist to do the same thing, just from being pressured by their own nurse to lie to the doctor.

Extremely unprofessional and rude front desk. Will go elsewhere as a new patient.

I love Dr Brandes. He listens to me. The office staff are personable and fast. Im in and out when getting my allergy shot.
