We have been taking our snowblower to Fairbanks for tune ups & repairs for several years. They do a great job, in a timely manner. They will also pick up your snowblower, lawnmower etc, & deliver it when fixed.

REMARKABLE. For almost a year I had been researching different mowers before finally deciding on the one that I wanted to purchase and could afford. Making this type of purchase is a huge investment so finding a place that will sell and service your machine is paramount. I was recommended to Phil and his crew over at Fairbanks by a friend. Right off the bat I felt extremely confident in the manner in which they catered to their customers. Phil and his crew were nothing short of spectacular. I was given a tour and I noted this store to be extremely neat and organized especially in the parts and service section. This was important to me because it shows that they place care and order when it comes to the after sale servicing of your equipment. The purchasing experience was outstanding. I knew what I wanted, sat down with Phil, he answered all of my questions, ordered my new Gravely, and I had it the following morning in my driveway at 9am delivered by Dave who took the time to chat with me and explained everything that I needed to know. Note I live about 45 minutes to an hour away. My new mower is simply amazing and I’m proud to have worked with Fairbanks in my purchase. Almost made the huge mistake of ordering from Home Depot online. I’m very glad that I didn’t do so because I wouldn’t ever have had the one on one care and after-sale-services offered by Fairbanks. I recently contacted Fairbanks to inquire about purchasing an Ariens snowblower. I had a specific model in mind but I have difficulty getting out to shop in person because I am caring for my wife who is battling cancer. The folks at Fairbanks were so helpful and worked to accommodate my needs showing compassion and care. They made it very easy for me to make the purchase and delivered the snowblower the very same day. I highly recommend this company based on their service, compassion and kindness. These attributes can be hard to find these days and I think it speaks volumes as to the quality of the organization. Thank you so very much for everything.

Great selection of Ariens snowblowers, good service, they back up their products. Prices are the same as models sold in a big home improvement store, but Fairbanks assembles them right (e.g. saw a skid shoe missing from a blower at the big store). They stock professional models that have more torque and power if you need to move wet, heavy snow faster. My Platinum 30 from 2014 is running well, but Ariens initially shipped them without a fuel strainer and level indicator. Theyve since made a fuel strainer-indicator kit, and Fairbanks gave it to me for free. Family business; good guys.
