Yeah I had a to get surgery and I work two jobs and fulltime college student, and had to get a loan and had barely got back to work. So I thought I had time to get my 1 ct. Diamond ring back in 2 payments but apparently thats not what they do there they want all the loan paid in full I think since this is my neighborhood business that I would keep my business in town but now I see I might had made a rash decision and may not be getting my wedding ring back but I am recoverd from my surgery I guess local businesses dont always think about who they might be serving. Very rude employees one sent my daughter home crying no joke. DONT WASTE UR TIME. Paid 2,000 on a speaker I wanted to pawn the only gave me 200. All bc he did not know what the worth. NOT WORTH IT !!!!!

The associates have rude customer service and are not in sync with there upgrade policy which can be very frustrating the best stores I’ve been to has be Yucaipa and San Bernardino Location this one I would avoid at all cost. 😟

I pawn 3 tools..... milwaukee m18 rear handle cercular saw... Milwaukee m18 nail gun 30deg 16g nail.... Milwaukee m18 bandsaw the largest...all are battery cordless...3 batteries 2 12.0. 1 5.0 and fast charger. The person behind counter refuse to state in detail of tools on the paper work handed to me. So I took pictures as an insurance then screen shot them. Im going to send them. Very unprofessional and rude. I have top of the line and take pride in my tools. It felt like I was being set up.

I went in a few months ago to get my ring fixed. I explained that the band broke and I just needed it to be put back together. They only charged me $9.I thought I got a good deal... until it broke not even a week later. I got the ring back with a thinner band than when I gave it to them.Then I went in about a month ago to sell my gently used Epiphone DR-100 EB, a soft shell RoadRunner guitar case, a used capo, and a new package of DAddario Phosphor Bronze EJ26 .011-.052 Acoustic Strings. I asked for $160 for everything (which was a steal for them because I know full and well you can buy this model of Epiphone off eBay for $160 alone).The man had the audacity to say hed take the guitar for $60.I asked if he was just taking my guitar or if he was offering $60 for everything. He said he was taking everything: the capo, the unopened case of strings, the guitar, and the case. He wanted to pay me $60 for my guitar and wanted me to include everything mentioned.My husband and I stood there, baffled. I asked why he valued everything at such a low price. He explained as follows:Well, these (guitars) sell used for $160, so I need to buy it off of you for $60, so... as for the case, it isnt worth alot and I dont need strings, I have enough here. And the capo... its used, so nobody wants it...Youre telling me you want my guitar for less than 50% of what its valued at, that nobody wants the rest of my stuff, but you still want to take it from me? Yeah, no.We promptly left and went to Guitar Center. They told me I was totally being scammed. Im furious.

We have been coming here for years. Always a good deal, always friendly. I have bought 3 laptops and sll with windows 10 installed for free. They do layaway, so I always know i can get what i need without huge cost. The jewler has sized several rings for us, and does reshaping if your rings are bent, for less than $20. I will continues to come here. I think theyre great!

Bad experience

They have been provided with a police report, pictures, and serial number when this store posted my stolen bicycle on Offer-up and yet they refuse to discuss the return of my bike. They arent even helpful with the police involved. While I regret that theyll lose whatever they paid for the bike, they know its stolen (they even asked us if we were there to buy our bike back) with all the evidence, they will be selling known stolen goods if they sell it. Regardless, common courtesy would seem appropriate since we are not the ones who sold them stolen goods. We simply want to work with them and the police to get the bike back.

I went to this place and got a loan for my switch but when I picked up my switch it was missing the charge cord. This place stole from me dont bother.

Best employees ever! I love to go in and browse sometimes and they are still very courteous and I always end up getting a good deal on my purchases. They always have the latest gadgets and the best jewelry(good clarity diamonds) around. Not to mention they have a jeweler on hand. Management is great, keep it up you guys!

I have been a customer for more than 5 years. They have great customer service. Ive been there quite a few times. I love their days and hours. Im in and out quickly. Their always friendly and the best thing about them is they take good care of my property. Just remember that you sign that paper with the due date for a reason. Took something worth 400 dollars to borrow money as collateral and the max amount I could borrow was 30 dollars...Also my wife previously took her grandmothers Gold earrings Worth 800 dollars and the clerk who took it came back and she confronted him and he denied He took anything,. We dont wear jewelry this was an experience when we were around 16 She had a necessity with her mom and they stole their only hope In financial Struggle.

Get more knowledgeable, and respectful staff. Took an amplifier into the shop to try and get a loan, as I explained what it was I was being told different. Felt like my knowledge was being insulted. If I brought the item in, and know what the item is, stop trying to tell me what it is by reading the backplate. I chose the amplifier, I bought it, and I own it.

If youre in the business of Pawning not selling, then this place is great and does it fair. Ive pawned belongings time and time again to make it through the week, and then I get them out on a pretty paycheck. About 2 years Ive pawned here, and nothing has gone wrong with transactions.

Very unhappy waking up on a Sunday morning getting to the shop at 9:27 a.m. they open up the shop let us in... we were ready to spend $4000 in jewelry and we picked up a ring which were charged $35 for, very unhappy with the customer service there we asked to see some jewelry the young skinny guy said to wait he was put in jewelry away we felt that he could have said hold on let me put this away and I will help you in one minute, we waited over 20 minutes walking around the 3 employees there were there look like they just woke up very bitter we were Very unhappy that nothing was set up, they were moving as slow as a turtle, wait a minute turtles are faster theyre moving slow as a slug they look like 3 slugs seriously,, very unhappy going to go spend my $4000 elsewhere.. they treat and talk to us like were crackheads who need a hit in reality we just needed money for a week,, not crack heads,, maybe potheads(legal) SAY NO TO DRUGS... AND TOO THIS AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE PAWN SHOP... NO BUENO...

They offered me 60 dollars for a Jupiter Alto Saxophone because thats how much it is on Ebay. I feel like they need to educate themselves on musical instruments. What a complete joke

Horrible service, horrible prices, surprised this place hasnt closed already. This place would have gotten no stars from me but I cant post without giving at least one. Heavy set bald dude inside was rude and inexperienced salesperson and lacks knowledge regarding merchandise. I urge anyone who reads this to follow the progressive movement towards apps like, craigslist, offer up or any other new ones that may have sprouted out there. Your better off selling your goods to the people around you. Save gas, save time and still get money for your unwanted items. I definitely will never be going here again. Been in fontana for 25+ years and this place I cannot vouch for as a resident and active member of the community. I hope this was helpful to anyone thinking about coming here.

I got my ring sized here when I was going to give my ring to my mom I noticed one diamond was gone.so the next day I come back and the guy had attitude about it was there told him he just told me it take weeks for me to get a diamond cause he didnt have it. Well I willing leave it I get a call close to closing and my worst fear happened! My .90CT diamond white Gold ring was ready same day but my damn diamond that was replaced was FAKE and smashed all over the top!! I will never trust that damn jeweler! And u know its fake because I went to a jewelry store and they tested it! Please if you leave your items here have it tested right there or somewhere near by to make sure you are getting your actual quality of your jewelry! Now I have to take time out of my day to go argue with someone who has no sense of communication!
