Nice diner with expansive menu. We tried the Reuben with pastrami and corned beef, sauerkraut, and melted Swiss cheese with thousand island dressing, nachos loaded, baby back ribs with veggies and mashed potatoes, and a very good Jambalaya with shrimp, chorizo, chicken over yellow rice and grilled vegetables with just the right Cajun spices, and for dessert we had the banana 🍌 walnut pancakes accompanied by a peanut butter brownie milkshake. So yummy! Great place and convenient to the GWB.
We have ordered delivery from that restaurant on a Christmas Eve for the first time . To my surprise, food was not just good, it was amazing 👌🏽 salmon portion was huge and delicious with plenty of roasted brussel sprouts on the side . Bacon cheeseburger was huge and really tasty as well, burger came with fresh fries and I’ve also ordered Oreo milkshake - whole order came out delicious and price is super reasonable for that quality. Highly recommend
We love Chillers for what it is- a good diner that has everything you could want. It is one of the better diners out there. Good service, friendly/relaxed atmosphere, and tasty food. I have eaten many of their dishes- two of my favorites are their salmon/cream cheese omelet and their fish and chips meal. We have even ordered in their Thanksgiving platters to celebrate the holiday and they are very good. They usually have a similar turkey platter meal on their every day menu too!

Came here following a recommendation. You won’t be disappointed. If you’re in or near upper Manhattan/Bronx it’s a quick hop over the bridge. Visually it’s a mix of fancy restaurant with local diner. The food selection is extensive and they serve breakfast all day! The wait staff is attentive, although one in particular needs to have his phone surgically removed from his hand so he can focus on diners. The dessert selection is sinful…get all the cheesecakes! Kid-friendly, date-friendly, family outings, etc. Enjoy!

Do not order delivery from here... Their food is delicious! But their delivery is terrible. This is my second time ordering from them, I ordered my food at 151pm & it is 320pm... I still have not received my food... I called at 251 and asked about status of my food, they said it was on the way. The restaurant is only 15 minutes away.. still no food.

Solid diner, fun staff and almost everything Ive had (trust me for over a year i used it as my conference/meeting center 🙃) was really tasty and plentiful. They deliver to me wherever I may be and packed well. Love the Flatbread with goat ch, caramelized onions fresh spinach. Bring your own San Daniele prosciutto and youve got a grand slam HR. Make the trip.
HORRIBLE SERVICE! The staff are extremely rude and dismissive. I stood around for 10+ minutes before I was acknowledged after making eye contact with multiple servers and the manager. The food is average at best. Spend your money elsewhere!!
Beyond disappointed with how their staff treated me. Hung up the phone and spoke over me. I have ordered almost 20+ times here and I simply asked, when redeeming loyalty points only - why is the food either late or not correct? I got spoken over and the manger was completely beyond rude and apparently you are recorded when you speak to them. On top of it, I asked the managers name multiple times and she HUNG UP on me. I will be giving Derek a call in the morning for sure. Btw - over 20 minutes late of the latest time frame for and still no delivery.
The food was delicious. I was very disappointed that the staff didnt tell one of the patron that was sitting in one of the booth to either leave or shut him mouth he was cursing to someone on the phone and he had the other party on speaker for 45 minutes.Its a shame that we are all afraid to say anything!Everyone is so afraid that they will get shot!

Stopped by for lunch and was greeted to an expansive and honestly quite overwhelming menu. It was freaking huge, and thats a bad sign because who can actually make all of the dishes on the menu well?Got a pesto chicken wrap, which was not wonderful. The chicken was bland and dry and the cheese wasnt melted. Like why isnt the cheese in a pesto wrap cold and not melted? Lack of flavor and mediocre.Another party member got a grilled chicken sandwich which was bland and dry as well.

Salsa sauce is not suppose to taste like marinara. I had ordered Mexican stuffed Omelet and it had marinara sauce all over & in it. It felt like I was missing spaghetti in my omelet. Also, the veggies in the omelet (especially peppers) were not properly done. I can’t comment on the rest of the menu. But I was dissatisfied with my breakfast.
There is a rude person picking up the phone. I tried to place an order for delivery today and I was spoken to in a condescending manner.

I ordered over two hours ago and called to check in after waiting an hour and fifteen minutes at which point I was rudely told its going out now. I asked, dont you want to check on my specific order and they said everything is going out now. Forty five more minutes pass and I get a call from the restaurant, we have your order, its about to be cooked, do you still want it?. No explanation for why they told me it went out. I understand its a busy time but over two hours with no info/wrong info is just unprofessional and awful. They definitely ruined my first mothers day.
I went to eat breakfast here and dined in. There was no wait. The food came out fast. It was good. Great place, nice people, and great atmosphere. I would have gave them 5 stars but I just could not get over the staff and cooks in the kitchen with no mask. Other than that, it was a good place.
Great place for all American foods. A huge variety and decent prices. Usually pretty busy but now they also offer delivery. They also have bar.

Came with my wife to eat and ordered corned beef hash . The waiter said it was delicious and my order came out in literally 2 minutes and the hash was uncooked . cold. And totally not what i expected. The potatoes were fresh off the farm and didnt compliment tge meal at all. Pancakes were good and that was about it. Would never come back again. My advice will be to put more time and effort into your orders and food meet peoples needs better.
This is our famous breakfast restaurant. They provide us with a cooked turkey each year for Thanksgiving and will cater a party for us at the end of July.
Good price and great proportions of food
Food was OK but service was terrible. We stood in at the receiving area for like 15mins before anyone bothered to acknowledge us, when someone finally realized that there was a ton of people waiting at the front and no hostess we were told to seat ourselves. We found a table big enough but had stand by while we hunted down a someone to clear it for us (all they did was clear it.. no waiter yet, no menus and no utensils..) half of the food took a hour to get to the table and the other half took a hour and a half, then we had to wait 5more mins to get utensils. The food was really ok which is why its so sad that the place is severely understaffed and badly managed. This place felt like i was eating at a zoo. Good luck

Stopped by for breakfast on way into New York City. As we entered, we were told we could just go sit down. Had to grab our own menu and silverware. Only one waitress and one table helper on hand. Brought coffee right away, but I usually drink with half & half. (I was given milk instead, but told it was half & half, big difference for those who care.) Coffee was complimentary with my breakfast special though, a good plus. The western omelet was good, came with hash browns. Toast comes unbuttered, perfect for those who do not like soaking toast. French toast was okay, much more soggy than I am used to. Staff was friendly.

Stopped by for dinner. My husband said he wanted to order to go but the waitress led us to a table instead? It was raining so we decided to stay. My husband ordered the chicken kebab which was supposed to come with a glass of complimentary house wine and soup or salad. I ordered the meat lovers breakfast meal. The waitress brought us our food and left. The next time we saw her was when she brought us the check. My husband waited and waited and never got his soup or wine. My potatoes were mostly dry and burnt. My husband said his food tasted like butter and was too greasy. I noticed a pool of oil sitting in the onion when it arrived so I believe him. I tried a piece of chicken and it was dry and flavorless. Avoid eating here!
This place is amazing!!!! Besides me being able to order off the menu the staff really goes out of their way to make my order perfect every time. If you ever visit please take the time to meet Rashmi she is the sweetest. She really takes the time to make sure your order is to perfection. Thank you Rashmi.

Absolutely terrible delivery service! I placed my order at 10pm. It’s now 11:20pm and I still don’t have my food. When I called the restaurant the lady said “It’s out. The weather is really bad”.......ummm it’s clear skies and 62* outside. Will NEVER order from here again.12am and finally got out food. My soup, ice cold. Nachos, cold and chips are stale from the moisture in the container. My milkshake is now just chocolate milk. The “cranberry sauce” on my pulled pork is straight from a can and last but not least the bottom of the bun to my sandwich is mush.So upsetting when you’ve worked all day, hungry and then wait 2 hours for your food.

This is the best food Ive really got to eat at any restaurant period. Their delivery and indoor services are great. They use the best ingredients and cook the food to perfection each time. Highly recommend eating there any day. Usually from Thursday to the weekend. God bless this restaurant.
Second time at Chillers was as good as the first. The place is clean and seating is very comfortably separated. The skirt steak with chimichurri is excellent and my mojito was pretty perfect. Not exactly what you expect from what looks like a diner. A very very happy surprise! The decor is interesting with old photos of the area and overlooking NYC. Staff is attentive but not overly so. I’m more than willing to pay the GWB toll for this place!

My experience here was very good and yep you said it, they had free refills thank goodness! There are so many options here that it took a long time to decide which is a good issue to have. The waiter was actually very honest in his recommendations when I was considering ordering something that was not the best. The portion size is good as it was nice to actually get full from a meal. Only down side was the nachos: instead of melting cheese, they used a cheese sauce the type you see at baseball games. It was messy and I personally prefer actual cheese melted opposed to the pre made sauce. Otherwise, I would love to come back.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. 2 hours for a 10 minute delivery trip. The manager gave me a fake excuse that there was traffic all night (which I was monitoring with google maps) and then at the 2 hour mark my food was still “in the area”…… when I said I won’t pay for cold 2 hour old food the manager said then cancel it, but you can’t have the food for free. Are you kidding me? Terrible customer service and for a place I had frequented prior, I will NEVER give them my business again.
Breakfast is good but other dishes are average.
Food was not bad and reasonable prices but everything was ice cold. Delivery was quick and I live a few minutes from them so must have just filled the containers with cold calamari and cold chili.
It was randomly selected and my family & I enjoyed everything from the service to the food as well as the drinks.

I ordered French toast and what they gave me was just seared bread and it tasted like a croissant. I ordered a breakfast special and it only came with a tiny piece of bacon.... order was almost 40 dollars.... never again.
Ive lived in Fort Lee for 37 years. I used to work at this diner when it was The Red Oak Diner. It was never my Go To place because the food was just ok. I even gave it a shot when they turned into Chillers Grill a few years ago and I still didnt like it. It was so disappointing. So I would never go again until recently when my daughter said to give it another try. And so we did. And we loved it!! The food choices on the menu are great! The food was delicious and the service was excellent! We have had breakfast and lunch there several times now and always leave there happy and satisfied. So those of you who are skeptical as I was, go ahead and give them a try! The new Chillers is great! You wont be disappointed!
If I could give 0 STARS i would. Waited almost 4 hours and the food NEVER arrived- called a couple times they said food would arrive soon then tracking said by 12:30. NEVER ARRIVED. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Then the phones were never answered and I got no courtesy call about my order. My friend was left hungry and angry. I WILL NEVER ORDER OR EAT HERE EVER AGAIN!

I love this place. I have eaten there many times. Each time I have, I have enjoyed it very much. You should go to enjoy it. Its wrap is very very good. This is what I have each time I go! Give it a try and you can tell I was right!
Wonderful food great service. Had food delivered came early. All food was hot everything great. Cant go wrong with this restaurant.
