I contracted this company to make and install my hurricane shutters they said it would take 8 to 10 weeks to have a finished product they required a substantial deposit, after waiting 8 weeks and not hearing from them I called to inquire and was told they didnt receive an approval from my association which was a lie because I had copies of the approval sent to me at the same time and if that was the case they could have called me to check, I requested my money back and hopefully I will get it soon so I can start with a more responsible vendor.No real apology from them except for they are human and people make mistakes.Will NEVER recommend this company

Buyer Beware! Whee to I begin? Five years ago we built a waterfront home in Fort Myers Beach and let me tell you, every fall when we come down, we have problems with our screens. They never work right. Trouble for 5 years, takes them 6 weeks to come service them. They cant get them to work and then when they finally do, the next day, they are getting stuck on the tracks again and even come off the track. Do not use them. I dont know how they stay in business. Just awful. We have exterior porch screens up in Indiana that work all 4 seasons without a hitch. We have had them for 6 years. This business is an inept disaster. There are 5 screens on this Florida home of ours and have trouble with all 5. Most winters we just end up not even using them. I checked with neighbors to see who has had a good install and product and we are going to have Rolling Shields product removed and reinstall a product by a reliable company.

Appointments scheduled and kept; on time. Dave the salesman was great! Very personable and knowledgeable, knew his product. Not pushy; answered all questions; provided examples and samples. What I liked the most was that he communicated and was on time with his appointments. A great price too!!!!

We purchased windows in October of 2018. The sun contracted installers were horrible. They sent someone out twice to fix the first two issues . Now we went to open our dining room about 2 weeks ago my husband heard a loud pop plastic tubing shattered and cut him. Thus window is rarely opened maybe 6 or 7 time since we got them and they will not help us. They know the installation job was sub par just absolutely unacceptable

Was originally told several weeks for fabrication and installation but was pleasantly surprised when my front door electric aluminum shutter was installed a couple of weeks before anticipated. Installers were thorough and today it passed inspection. The price and quality were great. Cant wait to install my kevlar screens on my rear lanai . That has to wait to next year until I replenish funds. David the salesman and Sandy were a pleasure to work with.

So glad to have my Hurricane Shutters up and ready for what comes. They were accommodating to how I wanted them placed and installed them within 2 days. Cleaned up everything and Now I am ready. Thank you Patrick Eagan for taking care of us.

Too long of a waiting time betwen sale to us and actual receipt of product. Screens are a bit darker than I had imgined, but the mechanism works well.

Back in October 2014 my association bought 4 sets of roll down shades at around $8,000 which we use 2 to 3 times a year, one piece of plastic broke a $2 item and they want us to pay $96 for the whole piece which we do not need. I tried calling the production company in Miami and they said I needed to deal with Ft Meyers. All I need is the little plastic piece so I can turn down the shade. I guess a warrany is only good after 10 min. after the install.Lauren was a great help and vey nice to talk with on the phone.

I am very satisfied with both my Rolling Shield shutters (10) and awning (16ft.). I found that the installers were very professional and efficient, and the office staff is extremely courteous and friendly. The manufacturer and installation of my order was done in a timely fashion and I especially appreciated the second measure of my windows to ensure that the fit would be perfect. The shutter color matched my home perfectly. I found that I am using my power shutters frequently during heavy thunderstorms. I am so glad that I chose Rolling Shield and would highly recommend them.

After installing a lanai awning behind my home I started to have problems with opening and closing it. I called Rolling Shield who sent out a man named Russ. In approximately 1 1/2 hours Russ and his helper installed a brand new motor. It appeared the old motor had some type of defect. I was very please to see a company stand behind their products like Rolling Shield did with me. I would recommend them to any one.
