Walked in the beautiful game room store. Gabriel greeted us very warmly. He allowed my son who is autistic to spend time playing the gorgeous pinball machines. I highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking to buy pool tables, pinball machines etc... excellent customer service! 5 ⭐️

I absolutely walked into the right business. I was treated like a champ and purchase exactly what I wanted. The store was not only right for me but will be right for anybody looking for gaming centers or pool tables. They have quite the selection and their pricing was better than other companies I visited. I would certainly recommend this store.

Walked in there and the worker at the front desk immediately started asking us why we were still wearing masks. Spreading false/harmful information that the masks are “proven not to work” and that “they’re actually bad for you”. It’s a lack of respect for public safety and a huge health concern.

The guy behind the desk is completely bonkers. He will berate you with conspiracy theories until you get uncomfortable and leave.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Bought a pool table and was told it would be delivered on Wednesday or Thursday. Received a call from Brad, our salesman on Wednesday stating the table was not in stock and that we would have to buy another more expensive table to meet the delivery schedule, (bait and switch?) they originally gave us. They made no attempt to correct their error. We would either have to buy a different table or wait another week and a half past our delivery date.

Great company!! Great service. Have bought multiple items from from pinball machine and ping pong topper. I could not be happier. I also have had them repair my arcade units when I had two other companies attempt to fix with no help. They were able to determine exact problem and fix with no issues. Prices were great with the repairs. If you need an arcade fixed these are the people to work with! If you need an arcade or pinball machine I would also talk to them!

Cool store with some really neat arcade games, pinballs, pool tables and signage/accessories. They even have cocktail arcade games - like the pizza hut had when you were a kid! Dont feel like making an arcade/emulator cabinet yourself? These guys have them ready to go in all sorts of graphics and platforms. Like 600 or 1200 games in one. Good prices for the quality - and helps that they offer service too. Worth checking out!

Very unprofessional. We tried to order a golden tee 2020 and their sales manager told us repeatedly that oh they have them in store and you can rent, lease, or buy them. Yeah right, we walked in and they dont even have them on hand. They try to tell is they can order it for us essentially for double the price! Lol $7000 without the monitor or stand. What a slimey business. I have all emails and photo proof for whoever tries to deny this... biggest waste of time.TLDR: just order from the manufacturer... waste of time and they try to scam you. Would vote 0 stars if I could.
