Called the guy up, said he (or maybe one of his employees) could meet me at about 5 at my place. Asked me to call him once I got home. I left work early to be there right at 5. I called several times as I was driving home. He answered the phone once, said something about other line, call back and that was it. Called several more times and finally got in touch with him. He said he could be out in about an hour, but maybe he could get an employee to come out sooner. Never heard back from him until way later. He said an employee was on his way from another location and pulled over for the rain to clear up, then he would be out in just a few minutes. That was the last I heard from anyone. I ended up researching my issue online and fixing the problem myself. I thought this would be a good company to use after reading the first 3 reviews on here. Apparently, I was wrong. This must be another company that writes their own reviews.
