Great assortment of Asian foods and kitchen wares. Prices are a little higher, but it’s understandable because you can’t find it elsewhere. Staff are friendly and there’s lots of free parking.

Loved the place even if its small it has a lot of choices and CLEAN. But the people that work here have no manners at all. 2 of the ladies were talking loudly while working. Didnt care if there are people shopping. 1 guy kept passing infront of me while i was trying to decide. Not behind me but in front (which i was closer to). Didnt bother to excuse himself. Did it prolly 4x, at least he was wearing mask. But still so rude. The cashier was the only person that was nice.

A great selection of Asian food ingredients in a place where its hard to find Asian food ingredients. Not only do they have food, but they also have a pretty good selection of pots, pans, household items, and plates. The staff is super helpful, too.

Clean, convenient, close to the highway and the Edison Mall, well-stocked and very organized. The workers are attentive and helpful. Know why Leaf Asian market is rated so highly? Quite simply, they are the largest, best priced, and best stocked Asian market in SWFL! My wife and I have shopped here for years and every trip is a new experience in discovering new and interesting Asian cuisine. Their fresh produce selection is excellent, the refrigerated and frozen food selections are top notch, and the rice, sauces, and pantry selections are unbeatable. Youll pay half of what you will in a supermarket. My wife loves the TAS brand coconut water. It is pure coconut water and isnt sweetened with a bunch of sugar. She drinks several cans a week to prevent the leg cramps she used to get that woke her up at night. This is a family run store and I have found their staff to be friendly and helpful. They are located right across from Edison mall on US 41 (Cleveland Ave), take the time to visit, youll be glad you did!

I love this store and so many associates are very helpful and kind but there was one tall heavier set man who was not very polite. Not to be blunt but he smelled and he was the only bad thing about my experiences here. I hope he sees his other coworkers as an example because he needs to do better.

As someone who lived in Korea for years I was very disappointed with this place. I LOVE asian food and finding products that I can use to make it at home. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the selection and the cleanliness of the store (the prices were also very high!). Its a shame because I had high hopes. Hoping I can find another market in the area that has more reasonable prices, better quality products, and they focus more on cleanliness. The search continues.

This is an excellent Asian market in an area relatively deprived of exotic foodstuffs. Im passionate about cooking Asian food, especially making things from scratch with fresh ingredients and Leaf Asian Market has everything I need, and plenty of things I didnt know I needed but are now in my pantry, to facilitate that. Its clean, well-organized, and the staff is very helpful.

First of all, my rating is primarily based on price compared to other places around the gulf coast region. I would give the organization, cleanliness, and staff 4-stars. But for me, the variety of the grocery, quality and price are more important when I visit an Asian store. I live in Sarasota, about an hour each way between Fort Myers and Tampa. I usually go to MD Oriental in St Pete or Brandon for Asian groceries. Since both are temporarily closed, I visited Leaf to see whats available. I found that there is generally a 30-50% markup compared to MD Oriental, some as high as 60%. One of my favorite is the Old Town hazelnut flavored instant coffee. MD sells for $6.99, and Leaf $10.99. Thats almost 60%. I know prices always reflect demand and competition, but still somewhat shocked. Another thing is the lack of fresh meat - chicken, pork and beef, and all of the fancy varieties like liver, belly, feet, etc. were nowhere to be found. There is also no bakery that you typically find in Asian stores. Unless absolutely necessary, I probably wont be coming here again.

As far as I know, this is the only Asian market in this immediate area that sells what I need to make traditional Vietnamese dishes. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the selection is very decent. I lived in Orlando for two decades and of course the Asian markets up there are large and plentiful but Ive noticed this just isnt the case throughout the rest of Florida. I was happy to find this place. Just wish it wasnt so far from my home. When I go I tend to stock up on dry good items and freeze whatever I feasibly can.

Clean, stocked with a great variety!

Came down here from Englewood because our friend said this is the best asian market around. I had never been so this was a new experience for me. I liked the variety of things they have. I bought some noodles, many sauces and several of the candies and sodas they had. All were very good. Will definitely be back.

A great store and addition to a Chiefs inventory. They have many cool cooking and groceries items that aren’t sold in mainstream stores. The staff has always been nice and professional, they are always happy to help. The inventory offered is great and spectacular. They have vegetables I can’t get elsewhere, say taro root. If you like ramen they literally have a whole isle dedicated to it. Only downside is it’s a bit pricy, however totally worth it.

This store is full of very interesting stuff. I like the pears but my grandchildren love the candy. A whole row of really fun candy that you cant get in America. I highly recommend for something new and different.

Everyone there is so nice the store is very clean and the vegan ramen is the best there fresh veggies are a little more expensive then walmart or publix but the Quality beats both competitors. I love going there and also trying new things.

I was in your store recently and I was amazed at how clean and friendly the store seemed. That is until I met Danielle, she was rude with my wife and I when we asked for boxes to put our groceries in. I felt this was a simple request to help make my overall experience more enjoyable but instead left feeling like I was asking for too much.

Great selection of food. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of the items I had questions about. The specialty drinks they make are also amazing I never had it before but now Im hooked. I am recommending this place to whom ever has a need for culturally rich and diverse food selection as well as if you want to try a new sweet drink.

If you want good Asian products, this is the place to go. There is a wide variety of Asian produce, dry grocery and every variety of beef, pork and fish products you can imagine. Most of the meat products are frozen, but you can find almost anything. Great selection of prepared products from steam buns (frozen) to kim chee, and every type of sauce or seasoning you might want for your Asian recipes. There is a nice selection of kitchenware. I got some very nice soup bowls and spoons that we use all the time. Also, the place is clean and well organized. Make sure to take your time and browse! Enjoy!

Loved it! Im visiting from Mississippi. My oriental stores back home didnt have this selection. Leaf Asian has so much more! I thought the prices were very fair. My favorite seaweed chips were only 10 cents more than back home, and came in three flavors I couldnt find in Mississippi.

Great fresh produce, including seasonal bitter melon and chestnuts. Some prices are high - most are reasonable. If you can get it anywhere, those are the highly priced items. The Asian items are priced well. This is a clean store with a great variety of items.

It is an over price store because they are the only one in Fort Myers. The price is triple.

I used to love this store, the prices and selection were great. On a recent visit I noticed expansion of the produce area, and also in their prices, some items doubling in price, which was quite disappointing as I could always stretch my dollar here, I love Asian foods. I would still recommend this store, but Im on a tight budget so just personally I preferred the way it was.

You can spend hours shopping here, especially if you are a foodie. Your imagination of flavors, a pallet of combinations is endless. All their fresh veggies were perfectly cooled and stood their ground in crisp in uniform. I could not find a dead FISO on their shelfs. Customer service was intelligent and personal. They offer a fresh smoothly bar out of sight but the taste comes right back in to the exspectations of this place! Very clean and a swift full aroma of an orient express. One Of my favorites locally.

This is one of the better Asian markets Ive found. The staff is friendly, the market is clean, the fresh vegetables are fresh and the prices are comparable with other markets. I drive 50 miles just to get some kimchi and garlic chili sauce as well as a few other items not in my local grocery store.

The boba tea is so yummy. You order at the register and it is super convenient.Try the mocha ice cream too. My wife and I like to get it when we travel and the mango mochi I’ve cream is the best we’ve found.

I have taken a few trips to this market over the past year, and each time it is better and better. They are stocking more products, the store is very clean. The fresh produce section looks well kept and produce looks fresh. The seafood department had many types of fish (mostly frozen...but eyes were clear). What a pleasant surprise to find live crabs. Bottom line, if you need things to make your favorite asian dishes, or want ready made products or fresh veggies/spices GO HERE!

PAIGE MADDION HUNTER is the worst employee ever. She did not want to go out on a Wednesday day night with her 2 best and only friends because She had to wake up early for work She messed up my boba tea order and she stacked the merchandise wrong. It was not in alphabetical order. She doeant know where anything is and makes too many excuses. Someone should knock some sense into that girl!!

Went there just yesterday. The selection is better than any other Asian market in the area and their prices are fair. There are cheaper Asian markets, but not by enough of a margin to justify going out of the way when the selection and service here is so great. Also, the in house bubble tea is fantastic! If you plan to shop or visit, be sure to order a bubble tea from the counter and try it, my favorite by far is the lychee!

Im a regular here for the boba since there are no other places in fort myers to get it. the boba isnt the BEST, compared to actual boba places like Chewy boba company but its understandable! i still get it every day.i have a few recommendations though, id love to see 1. takoyaki chips, which i think are from a korean brand. 2. japanese corn cho. 3. tennenkoubo breads, i think you had them once before but stopped selling them. 4. matcha jelly flavor. 5. pocky coconut flavor, and 6. pocky strawberry flavor with real strawberry bits. thats all for now! 💕

Hadnt been here in years, went just recently and a few things have changed that I wasnt happy about.I didnt see any Xia Ku Cao tea, which was unexpected, but mostly its that they used to have fresh Yomogi Daifuku and I didnt see any on my last visit either and the cashier wasnt sure if theyd have it again. But it might just be a seasonal thing, so Ill update if I see it there again.One thing that hasnt changed is they always have great produce and I always find something interesting in their sale section.

This place is a hidden treasure, I like some asian food, Rammen, Sushi, miso soup among others, but find ingredients to do that is not a easy task, but this place has everything you need. the first time, I went there; I was like in a museum. They have a great variety of food, meats, sauces, vegetables, and Asian stuff. Amazing place. Probably when you see this place from the outside, it looks scary, but the true is that this place is one of the most organized and clean supermarket in Fort Myers. Try it.

Having moved here from Calif.we were used to eating all types of Asian foods.I learned to cook a lot of them from our travel as scubadivers.We were SO worried that we would have to mail-order all our Asian food products.NOT SO! We found the Leaf Asian Market to be well stocked with most of the products that we use.We now include Leaf Asian Market in all our shopping trips to Ft.Meyers.If you love Asian food drop by and see for yourself what great products they have!

Seems to have more things we need, plus lower prices on certian things than other markets on the same road. Im guessing if u cant find what ur looking for go else where. The store is clean and well organized. Easy to find things and workers arent part of the family so you feel like they either adopted college kids, or stole someones passport just so they can keep the business running smoothly. Shhhh... Theres no immigrates in the basement making cheap knock offs... Shhhhh

We were specifically looking for bubble tea and found this market last weekend. We didnt know where to order it freshly made in the store until after we checked out with our canned bubble tea and to our delight canned tai tea. I had never tried either, and can now say im an addict lol. We returned this weekend to get their freshly made bubble tea which is fantastic!! With the help of one of the staff we also found everything we needed to make tai tea at home, she was helpful not only in finding what we needed but gave me some tips on different ways to make it. The store is very clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly, we will be coming here frequently to get our tai tea fix lol
