Unbelievable transformation of my Honda CRV The original cloth seats looked terrible, even though I kept covers on them for the first two years I had the vehicle. Soft Trim made my car look luxurious. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend them.

I cant say anything about the place in general because the dealer took care of the actual transaction but I can say all of my correspondence with James was pleasant and he is very prompt. As far as the work & craftsmanship: the job was done in a very short amount of time and the craftsmanship is outstanding! I am so pleased with how it looks and feels. Time will tell how it wears and being as anal as I am I will do my best to make it last a very long time. Great work Classic Soft Trim!

I was very disappointed to learn the Classic Soft Trims leather product will last less than 6 years under normal (non-abusive, non-excessive) wear, and that damaged leather is not covered under the Lifetime Warranty. I am the original owner of a 2012 Honda Odyssey, and after sending photos of the damaged leather on the driver’s seat to both your Fort Myers Dealer and Corporate Office, I have been told that normal wear and tear are not covered. So I can only conclude that this means that this poor quality leather has a useful life of less than 6 years. This vehicle is garaged at all times its not in use and I have not used any silicone products as outlined in the warranty. My wife uses this vehicle to drive to her part-time work and for shopping. I plan to complain to the Germain Honda Dealer that sold us this car about the quality of this leather, and want to let everyone know that the product is inferior. They may be the nation’s largest, but certainly not the best, and they do not stand behind their “Lifetime” Warranty!John Asher, Naples
