Bad service, bagels arent fresh, they are hard as a rock, everything is microwable, staff are not wearing mask, unsanitary. I just wasted $13.

Disappointed. I got a bagel with cream cheese and lox, it was almost $11 and definitely not worth that much. Lox is my go to order at any bagel place and this is the most Ive ever paid...for the least lox on a bagel ever. One thin slice of each half. I wont go back.

Not only are the bagels, cream cheese & sandwiches fresh and delicious but I love how completely awesome the owner is. He is always friendly and gracious. Today when my daughter and I stopped in he gave us a french toast bagel to try and while Im not a fan of French toast I am now officially of fan of their French toast bagels. Its a busy little place but you should definitely give this small business your business.

Brought my own hummus to try these out. I like that they season both sides of the bagel. Not as fluffy as NY or some places in Tampa/St. Pete but still a decent bagel. Better than most in the area. Check it out. Also lots of different flavors. Never seen a jalapeno everything before. I wish more places had it!

Food quality was very good. The bagels selection was good after 12 noon. Service was fast and prompt. Was very busy at tome of visit and it moved at a good pace at being served.

Best bagel I ever had. My wife got the everything Asiago bagel with salmon cream cheese and I got crazy and tried the French toast bagel with plain cream cheese. The gentleman behind the counter told me it’s great with bacon on it. I didn’t do it this time but will definitely do it next time.

Everything here is at a good price and very fresh. They are very helpful and the bagels are a dollar each.

The bagels are good, but something needs to be done about the service. I had a terrible experience ordering over the phone and then going in. I waited in line for over 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me. There doesnt seem to be any organization to how orders are taken and made. They are likely understaffed, but after I finally got to the register I saw a man come from the back. Whatever he was doing back there was less important than getting customers taken care of. On top of that, theres no menu up on the wall, only laminated menus that can be passed around (obviously not the best system during an ongoing pandemic). I wont be going back for awhile until staffing and organization is figured out.

Got sausage egg and cheese sandwiches on everything bagel. Bagel was dry. Egg and sausage MICROWAVED in plastic reused containers. :-( The ‘cheese’ looked like kraft. Somewhat edible (I was hungry..) but definitely won’t go back.

We found this small bagel and sandwich shop by coincidence, food was very good and affordable, but the negative and sour attitude by a Cuban lady ersed all the positives about the sandwich she made, it was exactly 2pm when I asked for a another Cuban sandwich to go because the ones that shed made were so good, and she git very upset because it was 2pm and she closes at 2pm!!!!If theyre in business to take orders and collect money for it, why was she refusing my order?? The manager came out and tried to make things better by giving us some bagels and that was nice of him but doesnt erase the nustiness of the sour helper

HORRIBLE customer serviceStopped in for bagels, stood on line awaiting my turn. When it came a customer walked in and he was asked if he had already ordered, he said yes and she waited on him. I did not say anything, figured one person, Ill wait. Then another customer came in, Ronnie, and the attendant said to her your order is ready and started to wait on them. I then said could you wait on me please. She said they already called in and Jesus Christ Im only one person. I walked out, not going to spend my money to be treated in that manner. How many people should I have waited to be taken before me.

The bagels and bagel sandwiches are wonderful which boosts the review. I stopped in and was disappointed to see 10-12 occupants without masks. It’s a small store with tight quarters and after I entered and saw no one with masks, I walked out. I wish there was another alternative since I wanted a bagel that day and theirs are so good.

I really wish I could have recommended this place cause it’s a small business but I can’t. The bagels they gave me literally had on more cream cheese then the picture shows this is after I took of literally a mountain of cream cheese the other bagel sandwich I got wasn’t terrible but, not amazing either. Hope they improve in the near future.

We considered this as one of the memorable place for us personally way back 2018. But aside from that we love this place and highly recommended. We love the bagels we usually order but the sandwiches is very heavenly.

They have good fresh bagels selection but they do not have a grill or cooking surface they cook an egg in a microwave in clear plastic container ..

This place used to be solid. Now they’re cutting corners. I always order a toasted bagel with lox. But these days there isn’t enough lox on the bagel to cover the cream cheese. I wish that I could post a picture because it’s very sad.

This place could be so much better. We got breakfast bagels and watched them microwave a egg that has been sitting in a plastic tray raw, already cracked in the fridge. The egg was so far microwaved that it has become flavorless. The bacon was do overly microwaved as well that it tasted like burnt tissue paper. My husband said his bagel toasted like baking soda, and nothing else. Very disappointed. Threw away our breakfast and walked to Dunkin donuts. Please find a different method for breakfast. This is terrible. I cant believe you charge for this. Im only giving two stars because the ladies at the counter were nice.

Best bagels in Southwest Florida!They have a huge variety to choose from, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Ive turned a lot of my co-workers onto them, and have even had them cater a few breakfast meetings.In addition to great bagels, they have amazing subs and sandwiches. My favorite is the Hot Gobbler, or the Reuben (and Im not even a huge Reuben fan ). Huge portions and freshly sliced meats.Love this place!

Walked in one minute prior to close and was welcomed with open arms. Food was fresh, hot and delicious. Christmas eve, so Angelo gave away left over bagels in bags to each remaining customer. That was impressive. Im from out of town, but I WILL be back to frequent this establishment.

The best bagels hands down

Have tried this place 4 times over 3 years hoping each time we might get actual bagels. Each time, we have served the same pieces of flavorless, cardboard in the SHAPE of a bagel. There is nothing remotely resembling an actual bagel, and therefore they really need to change the name of the business, because right now, its false advertising. People who say they like this place obviously had never had a real bagel. Unfortunately, here is no place in Fort Myers that has good bagels. The only place that we will frequent for bagels is Stuff-A-Bagel in Cape Coral. Since we live in Fort Myers, its kind of a bummer. But my New York transplanted family all agree, Stuff A Bagel the only place serving something remotely resembling a true bagel.

Bagels are just ok....they are best eating them there and toasted. Kind of on the dry side. If comparing to a NY bagel it would be a 5 out of 10. Also a lil small. Very little toppings and only on one side. I found an amazing bagel place on college pkwy, The Bagel Factory in fort myers, 9 out of 10 rating. I wish the owner would be open to improving his bagels. I’ve been coming here for years on and off never being totally satisfied.

I went here to get a couple of sandwiches for which I called in a to-go order. I told the girl at the counter what my order was and she acknowledged that they were right above her head on the shelf. Another girl behind the counter also acknowledged that was in fact my order. After that I was ignored by the three women behind the counter. I felt like I was in a Seinfeld episode with the Soup Nazi. No one told me to step in front of the line in front of other customers. I asked if there was any point in calling in a to-go order. She just told me after waiting in line behind everyone else that I should have gone up to the front. No apologies. Very poor customer service.
