I would never do business with them. I usually go to Signs by Tomorrow in Fort Myers because they have reasonable prices, but I decided to try this company since I needed my banner fast. The owner replied to my emails and did not provide me with any type of proof or preview but wanted payment. Who does that? Im assuming this is why our admin for the company told me NEVER to order company signs from them. The owner was rude and I will never give them any of my business professionally or personally. Good work but not so FAST. I had some work done here recently that eventually came out great! unfortunately, it took over a week from quote to finish. I called here a week ago to have some More work done based on the same pictures of my trailer that they have which should have made the process even FASTER but Im still waiting for the initial mock up email. I simply needed my phone number changed and my website changed on my trailer. I havent heard even an explanation or apology for making me wait which to me means they simply dont care. As a business owner I just dont get it. how do you stay in business with the name FAST SIGNS when your the slowest in town?
