Absolutely pathetic. Have been frequenting the store for the past 12 years Ive been in business locally. Now theyve closed the showroom and have nobody there to spec a bearing. They sent me to Bob dean. Dont waste your time with this location or this company, you might as well just do what the rest of the world is doing and support China by going online. We wonder why businesses are going under.

This is a great company they have a huge inventory and there customer service is A-1. Ask for Jaimi she is very good at what she does.

Definitely professional ask for Jamai . If they dont have it they can find it for you.the rest of the staff is also great.. its to bad the City doesnt allow bigger signs so people are aware of where they are.
