Terrible terrible service!! They are open til 7.. i got there at 650.. which I understand is close to 7, but they are still open! He refused to look at my battery that he said would only take a few minutes !! I work a full time job and we work until customers are done not close 10 min early!!!

Great Service! My iPhone battery needed servicing. Thankfully, I found Batteries Plus Ft. Myers on Cleveland Ave. They replaced my battery in minutes and even cleaned the lint out of the charger. This was a huge help as we are vacationing at Ft. Myers Beach. Fifteen or so minutes and I was there. Good price, great service, and they had better hours than the other iPhone repair places showing. Went looking for hotspot battery. They had none, looked in computer, told me go look on internet for one. They are supposed to be the go to guys for batteries and bulbs. The attitude of the 3 counter guys really not trying very hard to help.....

Easy online ordering. Order was ready when I got to the store and they took my old batteries in for recycling no questions asked. New batteries were not OEM but fit perfectly and work fine. The pricing was close enough to online prices and the batteries were a name brand I recognized and not some off brand I didnt. A few extra bucks to get name brand, same day service and toss a few bucks towards a local outlet. Worked for me.

I dropped by here the other day to pick up a new battery for my OLD cell phone. They did not have one and the person I spoke with said that none of his suppliers did. He took a look at the battery and identifying marks on the cell phone and showed me which ones I would need to find one online. I went to pick up an order on a Saturday and the clerk left out the most essential item from the bag although it was on the receipt. I called and he just said come back and get it but I was not going to drive another hour so I asked him to mail it. He said he could not and to speak with his manager Monday. Manager agreed to mail it. Now a week later I get a sticker from USPS that is non-deliverable because postage is due! These folks at the Fort Myers store and the manager Tyler could not have messed up this order more if they tried!

I went in to the store to have a battery replaced in my key FOB. I talked to one of the guys who took my FOB and tried to open my doors. The FOB worked great and the told me it was not the battery and I should take it to the dealer. The guy was very honest and told me he did not want to take my money for a new battery when he did not think it was the battery. I went to the dealer and the guy was right. Thank you for being honest.

I was very pleased with the battery purchase. It was easy to match my exhausted battery and choose a new replacement battery. The online purchase with in store pick-up went flawlessly. When I got home I charged the battery and rechecked the levels since it was a flooded battery and all was good. Installed and tested on the bike and all systems checked out OK and within specification. I would like to thank the tech in the back that prepped the battery and the sales person for a very easy purchase and delivery. My 1972 Sportster is back to its old self again.

In my previous life as a Tennessean, I lived very close to one of these. They were always courteous and helpful. The batteries I purchased for a cell phone were bad. Meaning that they didnt hold a charge very long. Upon my resurrection as a Floridian, I was not as close one of these places. I installed a Harbor Breeze fan that had been in the box for a couple of years. The battery for the remote was dead. I was there when they opened on Saturday and showed the remote and dead battery to the proprietor. He walked over to a display picked one up and handed it to me and it was mine for under $5. Now the remote works and I would say that Im a happy camper. Except for the fact that I am inside with my functional ceiling fan. I suspect if I were a camper I would be unhappy. My idea of roughing it is having to unscrew the light bulbs in order to have the fan run. But no more, thanks to Batteries Plus Bulbs.

What a great store! They were a little out of my way, but are worth the trip from anywhere. They brought my pre-paid cellphone charger cable to my car and made sure it was the right one!

Staff was nice enough. I bought a car battery but the person that installed it ruined the installation and my car wouldn’t turn on afterwards. I had to get a tow truck, and take it to the mechanic. Not sure what the outcome will be yet. Wildly inconvenient for a car battery. So just buy it there and get it installed elsewhere. Or just skip going here period.

Went to WalM**t and was told it would be a 4 hour wait to have my battery inspected. Went here and told them my car is having a hard time starting. They checked my battery, told me it was 5-years old, said all the cells were good and volts and amps were 100%. Said it might be the starter. Honest folks. They could have sold me a battery. I will go back there when I need one. BTW, I was out of there in less than 5 minutes!

Great experience! I was having problems with my cell phone holding a charge was getting ready to go get a new one and a friend told me to go there and spend $75 on a new battery first! Im so glad I took his advice I feel like I have a brand new phone save me about $900

Poor customer service. I went in to purchase some batteries. I met with one of the clerks (behind the counter) while another clerk was helping another customer. I noted that the clerk didnt seem very interested in helping me find the batteries that I needed but I passed it off. The phone rang and the clerk answered the call as I was explaining what I was looking for. No excuse me or please let me get this call, he just picked up the phone and tended to the caller. When the clerk got off the phone I continued where I left off and the phone rang again and he answered it. Not only did he answer it he went on and on with the caller and even checked price lists on the wall (golf cart batteries) and then grabbed a calculator to estimate total costs for the caller, while I stood there. I turned and left the store. Seems like the best customer service is received over the phone.

As I write this I am still on hold going on 7 minutes. I tried to order online and pick up in store for an item showing as in-stock, and it would not allow it online (have to order online to get the 10% discount). So called the store to find out why -- was immediately put on hold before asking anything. So cant order online to pick up, cant get the store to talk to me. Note I did not NEED to talk to the store if their web site actually worked correctly. Giving up now, just shy of 10 minutes on hold.

This is the second time I have had to get my phone fixed and Batteries Plus Bulbs took care of my both time, always professional and repaired perfectly both times

In short, your website in NOT customer friendly. I tried to purchase a motorcycle battery on line to waste a half hour filling out the order form at least 4 times and clicked the PAY link only to be told I did not have access. So no stars for the website. I finally called the Ft. Myers store and told them my issue. David said not to worry they would honor the 10% web discount when I came in. He was gone when I got there but left a note for the associate on duty who took care of it. That was a 5 star.

I ordered a car battery online fir pickup and installation. The first time it was done was not the greatest, however i came back and was welcomed with open arms. They helped explain any issues with me and proceeded to promptly take care of the issue. One worker specifically,Corey, was nothing short of fantastic. He really knew what he was doing, and even took the time to explain each step of the process to me, which i really appreciated. Overall great service and i would reccomemd them to anyone

Came in to ask for a refurbished car battery and the employee answer very loud that every other person at the store in that moment could hear, why I shouldnt use a refurbished battery ... not in an educative way but more in a judging tone ... And then started a chat with another customer about silly people who spend 50$ buying an used battery instead of buying a new one for 130$ - as if I wasnt there ...I should have give them no star for having such an unprofessional employee ... the merchandise was overpriced and there are not enough parking spaces besides the huge hole on the right side of the drive in ... however ... the other employee (a girl ) was very friendly
