I do not recommend this company to anyone. I thought they were different from other dealerships but they were not clear with me on the loan process from the beginning and even tried hiding vital info which made me super uncomfortable. They were also dishonest about my approval status. Thankfully I didn’t get too far in the process to back out. Don’t waste your money here. They will screw you over just like any other place. Oh and just an FYI...everyone gets preapproved here. That’s how they lure you into the place.

As a first time car buyer, my experience couldn’t have been better! We ended up buying the car out of state so I was in communication with Brad, the most helpful car salesman, before I went through with the purchase. The loan process was extremely straight forward and everything that was stated in the beginning was the same while signing the final paperwork. The staff was very kind and transparent. I could not recommend them enough. While Brad was my primary salesperson, Ryan was also very helpful throughout the process. They were willing and resourceful during my registration (as it was in another state). Whatever I needed to complete the purchase, they were readily available to support me. I ended up completing the purchase for an Audi A4 and I absolutely LOVE my car. Brad had it beautifully cleaned when I arrived and so far the car has no issues. It honestly feels brand new! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DRIVETIME FORT MEYERS.

Yes they will get you approved but at what cost...I purchased my car less than a year ago from drive time. I’ve had nothing but major repair after repair. Very disappointed. A week after purchasing the car I had to have the entire gas tank replaced as well as the alternator. Now my engine is smoking and leaking where the car is not driveable. on top of making a car payment I am shelling out money for major repairs not just maintenance- that would have been caught if drive time truly inspected their cars. I purchased the extended warranty at the time of sale and no one has been helpful. Every person I speak with says the same speech saying it’s not their department, including silver rock. Very disappointed. Now have a large loan with no car to drive nor received help to have it fixed. will not be returning to purchase a car ever again nor recommending.

Complete rip off. You end up paying the same amount for a used car as if you are buying a new one. They charge Daily interests which adds up to $200 monthly to your car loan, so it feels like you’re never ending paying it off. A 2011 Toyota bought in 2016 cost me $33k with all the daily interests added every month to the loan. I always paid on time and still received notifications of past due amount of $8. Just Stay away!

I called to find out what I could do since I had been in the hospital the lady was rude. Told me I have to pay the total of the car of. Left me with me with no car the down payment of 1400 gone . That was not pointed out to me. Under 30 days my money gone and was told they dont develop relationships or help people. Do not buy a car here the fiance company is very rude...

I got in a bad wreck and totaled my car. We were on a tight budget and went to several dealerships to look as I had no idea what I wanted. The people were like vultures waiting in the parking lot, trying to push us into buying RIGHT NOW. Called us over and over, etc. one place even had us drive 50 miles promising the vehicle would be exactly what we were looking for.... it was literally shaking as we test drove it. We were skeptical of drive time, but decided to take a look at their online inventory and found exactly what we were looking for at an unbeatable price. Sherlan was AWESOME! Never once pressured us about anything, was very knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions, left us to check the vehicle out on our own instead of hovering over us, etc. the price was so perfect that me (a non- apologetic haggler) didn’t even try to haggle. We had to come back in with our THREE kids to sign everything.... they played with them, gave them popcorn, and helped keep them entertained while we spent an hour... let me reiterate that : AN HOUR!!! to buy our car.
