Bought a 2016 altima with 93k miles got it on empty with gas light on air filter was filthy had to replace they do no maintenance or look over cars mechanically20 k miles later my transmission goes out 3500$ mind you it was acting up since i got it but you cant tell unless you stare at the rpms while driving they sold it full price and come to find out it had rear damage on carfax and it was a rental car they should of gave me a way better deal i paid 12600 and that was after a 3000 down payment sales men Pete told me to take car out that day felt pressured into a expensive insurance almost 300 monthly only for him to re assure me that i could go somewhere else and get it cheaper i guess he just wanted the money since he wanted car of lot so bad couldnt wait for me to get cheaper insurance

Not only was the service done quickly and professionally, it was done much cheaper than any of other local service centers. Neil provided a great experience, was very accommodating and even had the car driven around and checked for any possible other issues. We were given terrific service and a clean bill of health for the Camry! Well definitely be back.

I dealt with Brent K. He was fantastic. Went above and beyond. I told him I didn’t want him shopping my credit around to multiple banks. He gave me his word he wouldn’t do that and he stood true to that word. He not only got me a deal right away but he got it lower than anticipated. We did this all over the phone. All I had to do was show up, sign papers and drive home in my new car. I would not have bought here had it not been for Brent. Great experience. Never once felt pressured. We would give them 0 zero rating if possible!!! They pushed for 1000.00 deposit that was only a hold on the credit card. That was a mistake we later found out. We told them if the car is great shape as we have a long ride over 3 hours. They said YES its in great shape. Their text stated, We dont sell junk cars. We head headed to their Fowler Ave location. Then after driving 3 hours, we found that the Benz was NOT as described! It was chipped paint, and poorly touched up. the car ran rough and seats were very worn. Obviously NOT in great shape. We then asked outside, to provide us the take it, or leave it price as we dont haggle. The salesman and manager said we must go inside to talk? Ok, we went and then the games began. They raised the price and started with this is a bargain? Then another rude obnoxious loud salesman walking behind us yells That is a great price for that car! as he walks out the office. At this point we gave him one more chance. He started with his BS again, so we said, No thank you. As we left we said, please remove the hold on the card. They said ok, no problem! One week later they, their finance department and salesman were giving us a hard time and the runaround to return our money. We then notified AMEX and they stepped in thank goodness. As of today, 15 days later, AMEX is still dealing with them. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH THIS LOCATION AND THEIR SALES PEOPLE!!!

The team at Grant Motors could have not been better handling my transaction. Carlos in particular stayed right on top of everything including the out of state financing. He went above and beyond what any sales person would have done for me in my home state.I had a little issue with something on the car that was my doing and the General manager (who was also a great guy to work with) took care of the issue. The General Manager also went out of his way to find me a very hard to find Tonnuea cover for me and that was months after the sale.So I guess there is a car dealership out there that really does take care of the customer after the sale. Let me tell you about the car I bought from grant motors. Its sting behind my apartment right now and cant be driven. It was sold to me with a bad transmission. A bad blend air actuator and more. I brought it back just about a week later and was assured it would all be fixed. Surprise it was not fixed. The meeting with the sales rep and manager didnt go well as you can imagine and eventually, I was told the owner Scott was notified of the situation. He apparently told the manager to get me a warranty plan for the car set up that would cover everything and good to go. I came in and I paid the fee and had a single piece of paper from the warrenty company took the van into a shop for the repairs. The warrenty company opted to go cheap on the repair and only fixed some amounts and such in the transmission when they should have replaced the hole transmission. They never did fix anything else. Shortly after the repair was dont o the engine the light came back on same thing bad transmission. I cant find anything about my policy and never recieved any documents in the mail from the warrenty company that had any info about when or where to send pmt to going forward. So i have to assume that they cancelled the policy and now im in the same boat I was when I bought this car from you all a ye at ago. To make things worse then the ABS light came on and now I cant drive the car at all. I am working hard to keep up on payments and insurance for the vehicle and cant see a light at the end of this tunnel. I cant a understand how your company is ok with selling people cars like this and refuse to honor commitments made to buyers. I sit her on a few days before christmas wondering how I will get to work to make the money to make the car payment and rent payment with a car that was a lemon and should never have been sold on your lot. Sitting behind my home stuck in park. How can you be so uncaring a company as to potentially financially cripple hard working families. I now have to face the hard fact that my car may be repossessed if I cant get to work to make the payments on a car that doesnt run.Unless your company wants to help me out of this disaster you have put me in then dont contact me by phone or email anymore. Kindly remove my information from all your contact list and stop reminding me the horrible dealership I let take advantage of my lack of confidence In my financial situation. I could have and should have went to a new car lot and got some deal there. One of your salesmen had the nerve to tell me I was luck you all sold me the car after they ran my credit over 15 times trying to sell me a diffrent car before they got the approval to get the warranty. I will tell everyone I meet how your company handles customer service everytime I am asked do you know any good car lots in town ?Please make sure you forward this on to your owner MR Grant I really would love for him to know how we were taken care of by his employees. From going to name brand dealers to small dealers on the side we were treated terribly here. Coming in looking at a specific car we were told we were not able to see the interior of the car unless we planned in purchasing the day of. Going to name brand dealers that same evening such as Audi, BMW, Mini & Mercedes not once were we told we couldn’t see the interior of the vehicles unless purchasing that same day. With all due respect I can see this business is run by amateurs. As a business owner myself making the customer feel secure and welcomed is top priority having to experience this situation was extremely disappointing. Happy to say I walked away that day with a 2017 Mustang Ecoboost paid in cash at Carmax thank you to their amazing staff. Not to add we were able to see the inside of the vehicle without them knowing we were going to purchase the day of.

This is the worst place ever to do business very rude people including the so call manager Carlos. Tino never returned my call back. The tow truck driver never showed up. And lied about me not wanting them to take the vehicle to get fixed transmission problems all the lights are on vehicle want start no nose at all when turning the key over. Battery is not dead issues after issues. I refuse to deal with these people again. I should have known when I was there looking at the vehicle and not purchase after seeing a customer who purchased from them going through the exact thing. Be Aware!!!! They just want their sales. Mr. Molina likes to put guilt trips on people because he texted me on his day off. I’m sorry you chose this line of work...if you don’t want to be bothered then find a new job. Then I reached out to Mr. Robbins and he advised that he would reach back out to me the next day. Never heard from him ever again. I would highly recommend not buying anything from this “dealership”.

Considering the situation that happened with the vehicle my brother purchased we overcame the situation and worked everything out. Chance, and Carlos handled the situation and my brother left with the vehicle he liked. He left happy and so did my sister in law, I recommended them for a vehicle your looking for at a good price.

Where to start...what company approves a sale ..lets the customer drive away and then start calling asking for more info...why would u let the customer take the car home if the bank hasnt approved the loan or whatever yall had going on. I do not recommend. (happened to a family member not myself)
