They are very helpful and go above and beyond to help us dealers out.Be thorough when buying cars because a lot of them have problems. Lots of great deals flow through these auctions.This is the place where Dealerships buy cars. Great source of inventory.

They said it close at 10 pm . I here is 9:40 it is close . bat attention they dont respect the closing hours . waste of time for drivers to pickup .

Dealers BEWARE!PSI there is a joke ! Arbitration department is even worstCar with sludge,shuttering transmission and oil leak for over $1500 passed PSI and they dont even want to refund me a dime for that incompetent PSI report ! ! !I will not do business with this location EVER!Purchased a 2009 BMW green light and i purchased 14 days PSI after receiving the car had 3 major oil leaks (over $1500) it was impossible to drive since all this oil was leaking on the exhaust manifold8 hours labor and over $400 worth a parts car i was able to test drive it and discover that it has bad transmission! All i got from their arbitration supervisor Larry was $300I am attaching the copy of the psi report i received from Larryyou can clearly see what has been hidden !This is the worst auction you can buy cars from!BEWARE!

Honest business good people

Bought a 2007 BMW here. The auction never announced that the car had NO key. I bought the car online. Normally, they disclose whether keys are present or not, but not this time...BMWs steering wheel locks automatically if the key is not present. I had a hard time getting the car towed and the key cost me $400. After I got a new key the car didnt start. Turned out to be a bad engine control module $1,800 dealer part. Be careful. Manheim was a great place to buy and sell but not anymore. Even auction employees agreed with me that they made a mistake but the manager wouldnt honor anything. Stay away.

I wish I could give it 0 stars but it wouldnt let me. I bought a Maserati that had a 4.8 condition report that basically means its PERFECT with no issues or paintwork. After I paid $72000 for it and received the car it had been in a wreck with new paintwork all over the rear of the car. I called to report the issue and the arbitration people told me to get lost basically! They said too bad there is nothing they could do for me. I had the car reinspected in Kansas City by the local Manheim and it came back to a 3.8 CR. Then after that the GM told me to basically screw off also. He said he would give me back a lousy $500 to make up for it. This is a Maserati with only 13,000 miles. This auction is a joke as well as the arbitration team as well as the G.M. that would barely take my calls. This Manheim auction is a joke a embarrassing to Manheim itself!!! Watch out for this auction and to to a reputable Manheim auction PLEASE!!!

Good auction very well run. Small inventory the drives up prices. You def pay more here then bigger auctions like Tampa.

Great place cheap cars and trucks seen 2018 go thru for $3000 nothing wrong and car was a great running car.... did I mention it was a Camaro as automatic with 39000 miles. Great place check it out

This auction is a totall SCAM. I purchased a green light car and paid 110.00 for a 7 days psi it passed the psi and next day Ithe car had an engine noise .When I took it back to arbitration they told me that it was the timing belt and that they couldnt do anything for me because the jov was under 500.00 dollars which was a totall lie. I call every shop in the area and the cheapest one was going to charge me 900 to replace the timing belt kit. The funny part about this auction is that they told me that they didnt care that everybody else charge over 500.00 for the job that they can do it for 475.00 and if I dont want them to do it that I can pickup the vehicle because I owned. I had no choice that have them do it.🤕

Worked in the largest auction in the northeast and had a great 5 years working for manheim.not a bad place to Be employed. Staff and resources are great. From my experience.

Clearly they could care less about transporters. All my cars ready to check out for over an hour across the street, yet only 1 guard. He is only working gate. Wont load out of here again.

Stay Away!!!! Car Towed out to a REPO LOT, Thats how Manheim of Fort Myers treated myself after buying over 60 cars in a 4 month period. They will take no accountability. I was transferred to Nick to Angie to another employee all telling me I was at fault. I saw a seller grease the auctioneer guy. Beware They do not care about you with their $230 buyer fee on a $1000 car. Thats 23%!!!! Much better auctions in Tampa Miami or Sarasota. Dont waste your money here.
