Kerry, one of the hearing aide specialists was fantastic. She recognized I had an ear piece that was not the best for my type hearing loss. Changed them and worked on matching the aides to my phone. Excellent value on hearing aides and thorough service.

We love to shop here. That store its clean organized. The staff its friendly and helpful. The assortment of foods . The quality of fresh meats imported cheese etc. I wished Cape Coral had a Costco location..

I love Costco. Great prices as long as you buy the things on their monthly sale. Also sometimes prices are cheaper at grocery stores on laundry soaps and cleaners on weekly sales flyers. They were completely out of toilet paper today.

We absolutely love Costco. Have been customers of theirs for years. This location is a little hard to get into. Very crowded. Wish they would build one in Cape Coral, FL. The City of Cape Coral has huge population and having one there would make so much sense and would alleviate the entry issue to this Ft. Myers location. However, still love Costco.

Costco is great, the people there not so much. Im not sure what it is about Costco but as soon as people enter they forget how to walk behind a cart and leave half the isle free. I would 100% be behind aimites amount of people being allowed in at once. Lets make reservations and set times to shop. 100 people at most in the store. Even if its only 1 day a week.

Clean and Shopper friendly. Young lady Front door greeters are very help. Store is clean and organized. Quick courteous checkouts also helps. Recommended

Management is awful, but the employees are friendly. Hot dogs are a decent deal, but Sams and BJs are just as good as Costco but membership is cheaper. Would not recommend shopping here. Parking lot is designed horribly, trash is littered everywhere, trash cans always full. Inside of the store is clean enough.Overall, I wont be getting a membership after shopping with a friend with their membership. Ill happily stick with Sams Club.

My mother and I stay on Ft. Myers annually. This year, we made our annual Florida trip to Costco. We bought a lot of items to last us for our week vaca. As we were loading the car, Edward, an amazing employee came over and asked to load our car for us. We were so grateful to him! He said, “It is his job to take care of his Costco customers.” He finished loading our car and took our cart for us. What an amazing member you have as part of your Costco team! Words couldn’t say enough of the kindness he displayed. Hope yo see him again!

Love Costco, wish there were some toliet paper last time I went Completely out, and also No Healthy Noodles ( No Carb/Keto) noodle option... But they had Keto Kulture Bread and Hamburger buns 😁

Parking lot is always over crowded. Employees are rude, and then they check your receipt and shopping carr like a criminal after youve spent hundreds of dollars then try to say they check your receipt so youre not over charged?YEAH RIGHT! Ive been overcharged several times by Costco and always had to go back to have my receipt adjusted.This is the worst Costco location Ive ever seen.

Getting food there was no line involved. I payed a kisok and they had it ready as soon as possible. The groceries were easy I had one thing that I couldnt find but I asked someone and they guided me in the right direction. Also have you noticed how many trash cans there are. Holy! Free food everywhere too. Amazing

We have been members for over 20 years. We have had to return very few things, the products are of a very high quality. They back their products, their return policy can not be beat, you are a member. We save so much money. We love shopping there for food, clothes, household goods, and more.

If you have a membership at Sams or Bjs, you have made a mistake. Costco is better than any other store, by a huge margin. Even if you are only concerned with grocery shopping, the economy-of-scale and selection of high quality organic foods is exceptional at Costco. Best $60 investment to be had. I regret waiting so long to do it.

COSTCO has the most phenomenonal deals on plants . I went there on Christmas and spectacular Pointsettia. Also a live wreath. Ive gotten tons of orchid there and bamboo plants. It as just a great place to shop

From gas to groceries to household goods, Costco offers the best deals. The quality of their products is very good and if by any chance you happen to buy something that youre not 100% pleased with, their great return policy allows you to return the item. Their employees work hard and no matter which location I go to or how busy that store happens to be, the checkout process is always fast. I love shopping at and supporting Costco! I especially like this particular Costco because they offer the same prices year round as opposed to other stores that increase their prices during the tourist seasons. When in Florida, Costco is my go to store!

Costco is the king of the wholesale clubs in my opinion. They set the bar and everybody else tries to reach it.Their store brand Kirkland is really good for most items. If you like to buy in bulk this is the place for you.The food court is always busy. Where else can you get a foot long hot dog and a soda for $1.50?Be careful out there in the parking lot as its a madhouse!!!I recommend parking far away from the entrance so you dont have to worry about getting hit by other customers parking their cars who are in a mad rush to get the 20 pound package of ground beef that is on sale 😂😂😂Also a great place for your kid to take a power nap while you shop!

Aug 28th 11am sad to witness guy in black BMW suv verbally abusing the gas station attendant. However the Costco employee and manager both handled the situation with class, even though they should not have to put up with customers like that ever, and during a pandemic. Give those gas station guys a raise.

Went to buy 2 tires for the front of my car. They put them on the back. Refused to fix it said their policy is when you buy 2 tires they only mount them on the rear. What happens to the customer is always right. They should have told me about the policy before I bought the tires.

It looked like a Los Angeles freeway when I drove up. Things sorted out quickly. I was surprised at how quickly things moved along. The gas was at least 20 cents cheaper than at other places that I saw while running errands.

Great bulk prices! That fruit that is presliced in a sectioned container was perfectly ripe! We tried the Jalapeno tortilla chips and the corn salsa... delicious!

Never had a problem until today. Thinking about canceling my membership. I rather pay more and be treated better than be treated like dirt. Also, I dont buy merchandise to be broken by the staff. Very disappointed.

Employees at this location are friendly and extremely helpful. The parking lot and lanes for gas are packed on the weekends. The parking lot layout is not ideal in Costcos portion of the shopping plaza, so exercise patience when visiting this particular location.

Busy as always but the sales are amazing. The sampling of different foods always make me spend an extra hundred but I actually dont mind it, its not like they are high pressure sales people. Love the great deals they always have on clothes. Parking is a hassle but it comes with the territory. Getting gas a few cents cheaper is an added bonus. Coming back for some tires next week. Ive always gone to other tire stores but Im going to try some Bridgestone tires here and report back. This is in Naples Blvd, Naples Florida.

Have really liked Costco for many many years, used to have a membershipback in the U.K, before I moved to the U.S. quality is high and prices are verygood. Now I dont have a business account I still go a couple of times a month. Do wish now, I am so downsized that they did smaller portions onmeat and fresh produce. But they are a winner. also last word, handlingCovid precautions very well.

What can you say about a place so big you get lost in it

Its a great place to buy champagne and packaged organic food. I will drive the 40 minutes because of the high quality. My typical purchases include the Beyond meatballs and organic frozen cherries.

If you dont already know... COSTCO is the place to buy vodka. Their Kirkland brand vodka is excellent, smooth and CHEAP! A huge bottle is $12.99 compared to the times that amount for competing brands. Most all of my friends use this vodka.

I go here often when I’m in town. The selection is great, Cosco obviously has a lot of the stuff you want seafood fresh bread fresh milk in bulk buying product in volume. The one thing about this Cosco is the staff is really great. Parking be kind of tough but if you go to the left by OfficeMax staples you’ll find more parking. Overall great place no complaints Tom in eyewear is great!

Costco has become a big part y American life. They offer some super value deals but I must fight impulse buying. Pharmacy is the best.

With this mandatory mask continuing even with ZERO proof that masks work against COVID I will NOT be renewing my membership. Sam’s does not enforce it so I will be going there from now on. It’s disappointing that we have to suffer under corporate tyranny and that you are not for the people. I hope that more people realize this and will stop shopping at your stores.

Took several minutes for the 2 employees that work in the computer department area to even acknowledge that my wife and I were waiting for someone to help us. Eventually one of the employees walked over and answered my questions (or I thought) as I found out later at check out that I was misinformed about the Microsoft Office package that comes with the computer or in this case does not.I purchase the laptop as the price was the best I found locally .

I like many of the products, but I wish that they had a better system to enable the customer to find the items. They relocate them quite often, plus many of us are senior citizens and cant remember.

Overall, experience was good. I was hoping to obtain tropical fruit mixture but no dice. Thought the store setup was strange also. However, fresh fruit was a pleasant surprise.

Bought a layer of 12 canned mushroomsSeveral are heavily demaged and some popped open. I called them and got the answer I should being them back. I live far from costco so we go only every 6 or 8 weeks. So keeping the open ones are not an option and keeping the good ones left me without any. Not to mention the smell when I opened the package I would spend more on gas an toll bridge to return it. And its not about the money. I expected to be able to send the picture and get refund for the damages ones hassle free special in times like these were you avoid contact as good as you can. A very unhappy customer now.This is the first time I ever complained.

This Costco is fantastic! Great service, friendly people working there. So much good stuff to pick from. Coming from a person who loves Grey Goose vodka, try their brand. Do the Pepsi challenge with Goose and Kirkland Signature (the French brand tall bottle). It cost a few dollars more than regular Kirkland vodka (which is also good) but half the price at least of Goose and its great.

E employees need to stop having conversations while at the register. Second time missed items in my cart. Then I have to look like a fool. And have to be taken inside to pay for the item they missed! STOP TALKING!!!!

I like Costco. The gas prices are real good. The store carries these gigundo sizes. Too much for me. We target what we get. After a while I cant afford to save so much money.

I love costco to death but I had the worst check out man, Bill. My kids went to costco to pick up groceries for me, Bill was very rude and proceeded to call the supervisor over without telling them what the issue was. The man putting the groceries in the cart was respectful and told them that they need to be on the account with a card of their own. When they asked Bill if they could call me he said “ok cool” and when they told them they’re on their father account he said “ok cool”. Moral of the story, stay away from Bill!!!

I visited this costco tonight just by being in the area . I had dinner at the Bahama Breeze because I love the place and I am driving from Naples.. Now the service threw the self checkout wasnt that pleasant there was a tall white guy call us over and didnt sat Hi or anything just started scanning and thats it and almost threw my receipt at me and then walked away like we were trash !!! Wow this is Costco service in fort Myers .. No Thanks I will stick with Naples Costco off airport pulling at least they have better Customer Service and I would enjoy spending my money there !!! Do better Costco Fort meyers !!!

Friendly and helpful service. They have treated me and my family with such care. Staff is attentive and patient. Even when it is busy I see staff organizing and keeping items organized.

This store is amazing. It is clean and such a variety of things to purchase.The meat department was in order with products always stocked. Garrett was extremely professional and courteous with his knowledge of meats and seafood. I will always get my meat from this store. The pork loin is a must have!
