Great deals, nice employees, but the store seemed in disarray. Boxes everywhere. And only one employee trying to help a store full of people. She did great I forget her name. Ill update when I get it.

The manager is alwats friendly and helpful, interacts well with employees. Employees also friendly and helpful. I shop there 2-3 times a week, and have never had a problem at this store.

Every D.G store Ive ever been to have been run down, under stocked, unorganized, dirty, and loud unpleasant cashiers and noone to help you when you need it, but This is the nicest well stocked dollar general I have ever seen.

So much for all-star customer service. Walking in today at 2pm, my fiance and I were picking out toys to donate to Toys for Tots, as we do every year. We immediately went to the front where my fiance had pointed out to us the toys with a yellow tag are buy one get one 50% off, as per the advertisement on the display table. We proceeded to the counter, arms full of toys for the children. When our total was calculated the cashier noticed the advertised price wasnt being calculated and walked over to a different associate telling her that the deal wasnt processing. Then the associate switched out the advertisements, and told us that that deal ended yesterday.Now I get it, Ive worked retail for several years and that advertisements change, but to blatantly lie in front of a customer about it is egregious. The advertisement was on the display table AND the associate switched it out IMMEDIATELY AFTER she was told the deal wasnt processing. When we asked if we could get the advertised price, she replied I just work here. So we bought the toys because Im not going to let the callous and inept associate stop me from buying toys for unfortunate children.I write this review, not to discourage people from buying from this Dollar General, but to merely let the patrons that frequent it know about the abysmal customer service.Management, you need to train your staff to properly change out advertisements and to be informed daily of the deals going on. Coming from someone who has managed retail, its truly a poor reflection of the brand Dollar General, especially during the Holiday Season.

This location is amazing! I went in today for the first time and it was so organized and clean nothing like the other I have visit that look and feel terrible. The associate that was there Anthonny was so helpful and patient. I highly recommend this store to anyone.

I went in on November 30th I had a lot of shopping to do. I had a shopping cart full of things that I left behind because the girl with black long black hair behind the counter wouldnt go get me another bag of iams dog food that is a buy one get. I always stop at this one. The guys in the morning are very. no customers were in line lady not doing a thing two of them standing back there behind the register. I guess Ill find another place to shop.

This Dollar General is NOTHING like the others. It’s more like a small Wal-Mart with a hometown feel. Many call it the Buckingham Mall. Always clean and organized, staff treats you like they’ve known you your whole life, and I’ve never seen a manger so on top of everything. It’s a great place!!

I would give them five stars except for one critical thing that really aggravates me regarding Dollar general. Their coupons on the app never work right and Ive advised them of this repeatedly for two years now which forces me to believe it is purposeful. Like perhaps you wont notice and so they rip you off while acting like theyre giving you a deal. Its not good when you have to go back to the store because they didnt take off the coupon. It is a continuous issue that no other app I use has which leads me to believe they dont care. So we wait. In the meantime I only buy as much as I want to have to count and argue about...which is less

Pretty much find anything you need here

I was lost..had turned off for the interstate, following the stay in left lane.. I soon realized the signage was misleading... should have been turn at the 2nd left for 95.(terribly confusing signage on all our entering 95 roads!) I had just come down from a long day in Sebring....drove around in circles looking for a familiar road...so frustrated I stopped at Dollar General..the manager? was wonderful...my brain was tired..and felt I would never remember all the lefts and right turns she told me on how to get to Orange River blvd.. She kindly wrote it down for me and wished me well.. minutes later I was on the thru way.... I hope she realizes just how much her kindness meant to this very tired grandmother....

Place is dirty. Every thing is every where no since or rhyme. Its hard to find anything in this store. Dont try.

Can get stuff at decent cost

I live closer to the one beside Riverdale but I go to this one whenever there is a 50% off clearance sale. I stop in with my boyfriend like normal to look around at all the clearance items (they have two stands in the front and one section in the back). Meanwhile as soon as we walk in, we are being stared at by one employee. I see nothing of interest so I walk out the door past all the security detectors (They didn’t go off) when I am told to stop by the same Employee (missing her name tag) she then tells me she wants to search my purse. I Gladly open my purse and hand it over for her to inspect, she just stares at me while fumbling with the stand of DVDs next to the security sensors making them go off as she starts repeating “oh it wasn’t me.” So I’m stuck there moving my bag Back and forth between the security sensor several times to show her. After the whole thing I receive no apology or explanation. She just walks off without a word leaving me feeling harassed.

The manager on duty was awesome
