Not sure who I dealt with. Got stuck with a broke down rig all the way out in Tampa, on a Sunday. I called every place within 150 miles that was open hunting for parts to get me back on the road and, sure enough, these guys had three in stock when no one else did. They were even kind enough to bill me over the phone and arranged for me to pick up my parts after hours since I was going to arrive well after they closed. Thanks alot guys!! I do not see everyone speaking well of this place and I do not intend to criticize anyone but I came here with my vin # from my truck, the serial number of my engine, the serial number of my old alternator and in return I received a wrong alternator that made it fail my engine and as a result of it I had to put the old alternator back, I went back to the store to explain my situation and only received an unpleasant and rude treatment from the older man telling me to bring him the truck and he would make the alternator work, obviously defying the analysis that a certified electrician made of said alternator, only for this reason I would never recommend a place like this to anyone ...

Had my nephews truck for many weeks. We called in with no answer, finally got it back still with issues, be aware

Bunch of crooks I had them make me a drive shaft for race car gave them all the parts went over it 10 times and they got it wrong went back. Because they put the incorrect U-joint charge me another $124 one hour of Labor to change a U-joint I would have done it myself in 10 minutes if I knew they were going to charge me cost me $500 I could have bought one that was done professionally 4 less than that

We have been doing business with this company for 30 years. I would not recommend this company for mechanical work. Mistakes were made with our vehicle and even though the mechanic told the owner the part was wrong etc the owner did not listen and ordered the wrong part. This in turn causes excessive mechanical damage to my vehicle which in turn cost me more money as well as over a week of down time. The owner has refused to adjust the bill for HIS mistake.

The guys were all very helpful in trying to track down what I needed including calling all over town to see if someone else had it and digging through their inventory to see if they had something that would work even if it was exactly right.Weve done business with them before and have always had good experiences with them.Aeon Phelps

They told me that they would get somebody working on my truck within a week. 2 1/2 weeks later, they cant tell me when they will get around to moving it onto their lot. Maybe another 2 weeks, or more. If you want somebody to work on your truck, find another shop, unless you are their customer already. New customers are out of luck. Paid to have it towed to them, now Ive got to pay again to have it removed. Expensive lesson to learn. I need my truck, but they couldnt care less.
