Had a complete security system, with cameras, installed in a recently purchased home. The guys showed up on time, were professional and the work was first rate. After using the system for a month, I am ready to replace my ADT system in our other home. Throughout the process, Ron and Sons communication was great. I would recommend them to anyone.

We recently moved into a new villa. Yesterday, it seems that lightening must of hit our security system and now each time we open any doors to go outside, the alarm screams out VERY LOUD. Nothing worked to stop it. I called Ron & Sons, Inc and a wondereful young lady answered the phone and walked me through disabling the system. First used Ron & Sons in 1989, to install alarm, intercom & surround sound in the home I was building. When I built a new home in 2001, they supplied & installed a monitored alarm system, and surround system. To date (2018), I still use them for all my alarm needs.I know that there are other companies out there that might be a little less expensive, but I have found that you get what you pay for! In almost 20 years, I have never been disappointed with their work ethic and services.

I paid Ron&Sons in full and in advance to install audio equipment in my home. The equipment would feed multi-sourced audio to speakers that were pre-installed in my home. They would also install surround-sound in the main TV Room. They would also have all of the equipment operate from a single remote control device. Finally, they were to meet me at the end of the day on the day of installation to explain the system and provide instruction. I got to the house on the date specified and the install was done but no one was there to explain how things work. They instead left 2 sheets of hand written notes and diagrams to explain how these two remote control units (not one as specified) would operate my system. I was lost. Further, I was unable to get my MP3 music player to route music to various room and outdoor speakers. I called and implored them to come and explain how this system worked - Nothing; they hung up on me! Of course - they had all of my money; the job was paid in full; what possible incentive did they have to resolve the problem. I was able to get another Audio company to the house the next day (3/1) to help me get this resolved. Their findings: 1.) The speaker selector was not working at all - needed to be replaced. 2.) They over-specified equipment by requiring an additional amplifier instead of a simpler, higher capacity, tuner 3.) The MP3 input was wired to ONLY feed into the Main TV Room and NOT the additional room and outside speakers 4.) They were not able to have all components operating from 1 remote as specified 5.) The wiring was done in such a fashion that it made maintenance or the installation of additional equipment very difficult. No I have to make arrangements for this second company to come in and resolve these issues. More money to spend.

Weve been a customer of Ron and Sons for 3 years. Unfortunately we found out too late that our system didnt work. No communication coming from our system, thus no one notified should we find ourselves in an emergency. After having two scares with no calls to ensure our safety from anyone. I called Ron and Sons who tested our system over the phone. They found that it was not working. I asked if they test their systems at least once a year to ensure their product is working correctly, the answer is no. The customer is responsible to initiate checking their system for accuracy.When one of the owners called to discuss he became defensive and made excuses. He felt this was my fault for not testing the system myself. He didnt like my suggestion to test their system at least once a year to ensure the product is working correctly. Ron expressed hes been in the security business a long time and knows what hes doing.Thankfully our scare at 1 AM was a false alarm. This could have been much worse. The owner didnt seem to care about that fact, he was more focused on being right and proving his point. He said he could send a tech out, however would charge for that. Considering their only job is to ensure homes are secured, one would think they would willingly want to test their product frequently or at the very least, when it fails, send someone out as a courtesy. I dont understand a business mentality when expecting the customer to initiate the job they are getting paid to do.Unprofessional service with no initiative to problem solve.We will be using ADT moving forward.

I called on December 15 2016 to get consult about the price for a alarm system,home theater and etc.someone was suppose to call me back to set the day and time i called back a week before the new year to ask why i havent heard from anyone and it was told to me the my name and information was on the top of the stack and when the tech get a chance or vack in Ill be the first to call. unfortunately today is January 18th 2017 still havent heard from no one yet sad business 🙁🙁

We called this company to obtain a quotation for a security system. We had hassle trying to get an appointment. When they eventually showed up they said they would send us their estimate. They never bothered. This company didnt appear to be very professional and it appeared they couldnt handle the job. They wasted our time.

I email them for a quote directly to their email box and they never even bothered to respond. I was looking for monitoring and a price on home video equipment. If people dont want to reply to potential customers emails or are having issues getting their emails then they should remove the email address from their website. I have not used them for their alarm service so I cannot review that. This is a basic review about not getting a reply from them.

Diligent workers and kind people. Would recommend to friends and family.
