The coin purse I purchased was back ordered, but expected in shop shortly. The owner reached out to let me know and ask if I wanted to cancel my order. I said no, that whenever it came, it would still be appreciated. In the meantime, she looked and saw that I had paid close to eight dollars shipping and contacted me to let me know shed just ship it in an envelope, and would refund the shipping charge. Perfect consumer service, 10/10 would shop here again!
