Al at Cart Masters was friendly at first. Then he mislead me and took a $ 500.00 deposit from me and was not honest. I never got back my money back. In my opinion he stole from me.I am a honest person and do not hold grudges, therefore I bless Al and his company. I forgive him and have moved on, life is too short.

Thought I needed a new charger for our newly installed golf cart batteries so contacted cart dealers within driving distance, last call was to Cart Masters. Al told me to bring the charger in and he would check it out. Knowing I wanted answers as soon as possible, as I had new batteries hungry for a charge, Al accommodated us and reworked his schedule to fit it in to analyzed the problem. Turns out charger only needed a new charger plug which Al had in his shop and found the time to wire/install.End result....picked up our charger and had our new batteries on charge the same day, time and money saved! Reliable service, fair pricing, an honest, knowledge “Craftsman”. Thanks Al.

Al was very friendly and sold me some gently used tires at a very reasonable price within an hour of calling.

Al finally showed up to pick up my cart after days of waiting. Problem was, he already had a cart on the trailer and could not take mine. After looking at my cart he demanded payment for showing up but, would take it out of delivery and service cost after work was completed. After a month of calling him and leaving messages, he has failed to even respond, never mind doing the work he promised. I should have listened to the reviews that have been posted already as far as his lack of following through. I would recommend finding someone other than Al for any service work. Unless you have cash and receive something from him immediately.

The worst cart repair company. Had my cart for months and returned unfixed after spending over $1400 in repairs!!Al has not idea what he is doing!

Al is a friendly, honest man! He repaired my cart in a timely manner at a reasonable price!!!! Al is my new go to guy for all my golf cart needs!!! Give him a try, you won’t be disappointed!!! 😎

Called 3 or 4 other Cart shops in area and were not very helpful wanted me to bring in my cart even though I knew I just needed my controller repaired or programmed. Al was quick to fill in all the blanks answer questions etc. I am taking my controller to him to get programmed today.. Fantastic...

The sales representative was very unprofessional! He refused to give a delivery date that we stated was very important. Also stated if he gave me a brand new 100 dollar bill i would not be happy!Im in sale for over 45 years and if one of my agents would insult a customer that way he or she would be fired! The shop looked like a junkyard of golf carts.

Not well known, but so far so good. Theyre making a custom order to a Club Cart and its looking great!

My husband and I PURCHASED a golfcart and asked Al to get it in new condition. He replaced the batteries and a few other things. 1400.00 dollars later, he never did what he said. days went by and I had to contact him. He finally brought the golfcart back days after he said it would be done and many excuses later. IT STILL IS NOT RIGHT. It has left thousands of dollars worth of damage on my pavers. His reply the batteries are overfilled. its been three weeks. I havent even checked the batteries because he told me to check them once a month. He filled them last! I will be contacting everyone about this poor service. He needs to slow down, be honest and focus on patrons.
