I visited the PGA store in Fort Myers Airport today on my way back home. I found an item that I liked and was suprised by the ticket price of 9.99 (original price $70), so I found who I assumed worked in the store, asked if she worked in the store and when she confirmed asked what the price said. She said to me what does it look like? VERY RUDELY. I was immediately taken aback and asked why she would respond to me that way and she continued to say Why Not?! She even went as far to say, you should be happy it’s that price. I asked to speak with the manager and she said it was her. I made a comment on lack of customer service skills as a manager and she continued to go back and forth with me.At her age AND as a manager of a retail store she should know better. She was rude as soon as she looked up as saw me. I shared with her, I hope you treat all your customers this way not just the brown ones and she said...don’t make it about that. I’ve never been treated that way in my life.

Always super friendly service and great golf gifts and apparel! I have always had great service there and I always pick up something fun to keep or to share. The apparel and caps are amazing and really unique! I absolutely love this place and I always stop in, of course, end up leaving with a bag of something. Thank you to all of the employees there... I think theyre only a couple...for being so welcoming and always smiling and appreciating your customers!

I recently visited Ft. Meyers and Naples for a weekend. On my exit from the Fort Meyer airport, I encountered one of the worst demonstration of customer service in a long time. I had a little time to kill before my flight was scheduled to leave. I, along with my family walked into the PGA Tour Shop. We weren’t greeted at all. After browsing a couple of racks, the young lady told me, “The store closes in ten minutes, I have to leave.” Shocked by this because I manage several retail locations in my home state, I look for outstanding service, which I didn’t receive. The young lady wasn’t friendly at all and had a horrible attitude. When I asked about a couple of items, she didn’t respond. Several other people had come into the location by now and again she didn’t greet them. I had an awesome time in Naples and Ft. Meyers, only to leave with a sour taste in my mouth. Please train staff to be pleasant, especially when they are seeking to purchase items in your store.
