I’m sad to say this, but I would not recommend at all.. they didn’t seal my countertops correctly and when I told them, I was told to go to Home Depot and buy seal and do it myself. I actually have proof of this in text if needed between the owner and I. They also did a terrible job on my sisters countertops, would not make the situation right, ignored her for months despite the pictures she sent them of how bad it was from day one, and then months later when she left a bad review the owner messaged me telling me they aren’t helping her because she left a bad review (also have proof of this) there are many pictures I can include or share where needed

Have done several jobs with them. Most went ok. Last job they broke the corner off and tried to hide it by glueing it back together. They said they would make it right 2 weeks ago, no luck. Sent several messages and promises of coming out tomorrow. To busy with big job. My guys needed time off. Always a excuse. Dont waste your time just to save a couple bucks.

They installed my granite and did a wonderful job. My wife hand picked her exact stone and they cut it the way she wanted it. Happy wife, happy life! When there was an issue, not their fault, they came out and fixed it for us. We get compliments all the time on our large island and counter tops with 2 sinks and 2 dishwashers! Highly recommend!

My name is Mario, Im a contractor with 29 years on the job. Based out of Chicago suburbs, so it happen my very good customer purchased a house in Fort Myers. Me and some of my crew came down to remodel the entire house. I had every trade with me, except countertop people. I checked on many companies and end up with GVM. Exalent job, great product, fabricated and installed to my full satisfaction. Im not a very easy person to please because of my very high reputation I have with my customers. Thank you very much. I would like to share my opinion about GVM. When my contractor first suggested GVM, naturally like everyone today, I looked at their reviews. I asked him NOT to use GVM but he assured me that they have always done a GREAT job for him and to trust him. Well, he was right..... I picked out my 2 slabs of granite, they measured and cut to the specs of my cabinets and when I called and asked to have them install on a specific date, they were there and did an absolutely beautiful job. They held my granite for 3 months because I actually changed my contractor, so that put everything behind. Whenever I would call and speak to the owner VAL, his son Mike or any of the very nice ladies in the office, they would go above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend GVM and know you will be happy with their work. Just so you know, I had never met them before and they dont give me Christmas presents either - in my opinion, they are truly a fine and honest company.

Just had a horrible experience from this company - we ordered a beautiful Level 4 Granite paid top dollar $5k to have it fabricated and installed - what a botched job!! Never seen such bad work - took them 3 days to install the granite and they couldnt cut it properly - all uneven - even notched out a 4 x 4 cut in the granite for no reason as they misjudged the window and then patched it up with pieces.The cut along the window was not straight and completely uneven - so bad it was 1/2 out in certain areas. This company does not hire skilled staff or their fabrication equipment needs much to be desired as the cuts were horrendous - looked they they chopped it out by hand! They couldnt even cut the back splash without chipping it!We are not making the mistake of paying for a job they wont fix properly and replace the bad cuts.I feel sorry for the last review - as they wouldnt resolve his poor job too.GVM placed a lien on my home within 48 hours of my complaint and are threatening foreclosure of my home rather than resolve the situation and replace the shoddy piece of granite they installed! If you want professional work dont call this company as you will regret it.We have installed at least half a dozen granite counters in previous homes and have never had an experience like this - we have always had skilled workmanship, fast and honest and reliable experiences.The only good thing I can say about this company is the lady that works in the office - was very nice - but when I saw the office I should have known the quality of their work - as the place was an absolute dump. This company takes no pride in their work or business at all.

Paid thousands of dollars to have new countertops installed in the Kitchen and bathrooms. New double sink installed in kitchen. After five years and four months the double sink in the kitchen has come unglued and needs to be secured back in place. Called GVM and they wanted $150 service call to come out and fix problem. Hung-up on me! Did not get the name of the female who answered phone. buyer beware!

We stopped by unannounced and the office lady was very kind and helpful with us as we waited for the owner to return and show us around. After his return he took his time and showed us many slabs of granite and explained them well. We selected one and agreed on an approximate two week install, they came out the very next day to measure template. Gentleman was on time and very courteous. Eight days later it was being installed! The clean and polite installers arrived 10 minutes early and in a couple hours we had beautiful Granite countertops. Thank you for the beautiful product and experience.

I am a bit stunned at some of the dissenting reviews of GVM. I have used them on 5 jobs todate and referred to them to many others without issue. Not only is their work very good with seasoned installers, but their pricing is fair. Owners are easy to work with and accommodating. I have never had a problem with GVM not willing to resolve any issues with their work. Their quick turnaround and attention to detail keeps me coming back.

Too much Frustration to deal with them! After installation of 85 square feet of granite in our home (the price was good), their customer service was horrible. I called multiple times following to notify them that a piece of granite on the side the range was moving and not installed right, there was leaks from the holes of missing silicone by the sink and some more minor things. This was 1-2 months after installment. I called several times to reach a secretary that couldnt help and they kept saying someone would call but never did. They find tell me someone was coming but was a no show.ONE YEAR LATER, my WHOLE SINK FELL DOWN!!! I called constantly and three days later finally reached them. They said since it is after one year, it is obviously CUSTOMER ABUSE. I said How? We only wash our dishes?! Its not like we take bathes in the sink and how many people have sinks fall through like that shortly after a year?! So they made me pay for it to be fixed and did a horrible and sloppy job. They are not worth the frustration.

Dealing with GVM is such a unique but frustrating experience. We have called 7 times to have an installation damage question resolved. Four times we were promised that someone would be out later the same day or the following day to help us. Each time we changed our schedules to accommodate their schedule and then waited with no call or follow-up. We werent asking for a refund or replacement, we simply wanted to see how this damage could be repaired or made less noticeable. All we expected was to be treated with respect as these representatives would want and expect to be treated. No response. Advice, do not recommend this company to others simply because there is no follow-up. Once they have payment in full, it seems the customer no longer exists.

In my protected opinion, the receptionist is a total train wreck. If you cant receive any answers or service before the sale, imagine how unpleasant things would be after (the sale). I would avoid this merchant. Run dont walk. Stay away!

Excellent company!! These guys respond fast and professionally. Have used them on 2 of my house remodels for kitchen, bathrooms, winebars....and always 110% satisfied!

THE OWNER GOT INVOLVED AND PROMPT ATTENTION ALTHOUGH THEY HAD MY OTHER DUPLEX ADDRESS WHICH IS EMPTY AND REASON THEY SAID I WAS NOT HOME WHEN I WAS AT THE OTHER ADDRESS THEY DID MY KITCHEN GRANITE !!! ... CLERKICAL ERROR BUT THEY WERE VERY PROMPT IN COMING AND I WAS SEARCHING FOR THEM BEING I LIVE IN REAR OF HOME AND THEY WERE NEXT DOOR WHERE NO ONE LIVES !!! OWNER CARES I WILL AGREE ON THAT ! GLAD I WENT OUTSIDE... RECOMMEND THEY CALL CUSTOMER PRIOR TO KNOCKING ON DOOR TO MAKE CONTACT BEING THEY HAD WRONG ADDRESS YET I DID GIVE THEM PROPER ADDRESS !FORT MYERS BEACH, FL

I dont believe in leaving negative reviews but be very careful of this company! I hired them to do granite countertops in a fix and flip we were doing. They cut the wrong granite, when I tried to talk with the owner he just yeld at me. wish I could share the pictures of the damage done to the walls and ceiling. I had already given them $1000, and stoped payment on the final payment till they talked to me to work something out. We agreed on a balance of $500 That I paid. Then they put a lien against the property!!! Now they wont even return calls to have it removed!!!!

They did a very nice job the purchase, delivery and install went smoothly and the people are very kind. I have referred others and will utilize again. Thanks GVM!

I made the mistake of paying for a kitchen granite counter top in full. The granite on the island was unacceptable. Three times the owner set up appointments to come look at it and never showed up or called me back. Im sure he would not put that granite in his kitchen. Guess Ill have to take the company to small claims court. Wish me luck!!!

Installed this in one of my customers houses and will not return her calls to fix this garbage install. she is now paying my company to fix this garbage

I ordered a granite countertop for my kitchen, it came very poor quality slab, and worse then that, the business manager refused to give any service or treat it, he simply ignored and disconnected phones when we called - strongly recommend moving away from this supplier and not working with him...
