The service is terrible, others put an article, and the next day the price is almost double, others the person who attends you, speaks Chinese and can hardly communicate with her. If they ban two blocks before in the flower they have much better price on any item in addition to the attention. if the system could not give it a single star. in my opinion I do not recommend the place to anyone Horrible experience, people are rude and short with the customers, only want to take your money and rush you out the door. I stopped in there place was empty horrible prices. Walked in there with intentions to buy a gun when I saw how rude he was with other customers I decided to take my business elsewhere. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone! Hope this helps if anyone decides to go there beware of rude people!

If you are doing a FFL transfer avoid this place like the plague. I had to call them every other day to get them to simply send their FFL after I provided all of the information for them. It got to the point that the manufacturer was about to cancel my order due to how long it took to get the stores FFL (one month). I cannot speak for how well they are when you purchase a firearm from their store, but it was an expensive, annoying experience pestering them to do their job.

Really nice people. No pressure to buy. Found the pistol I wanted to exact details. Unfortunately it had some scratches on it, but I still got it because Bob offered to discount the weapon. If that isn’t great customer service I don’t know what is. Bob was also very knowledgeable and offered to find other weapons I wanted if I was interested in a special order. I have been to every single shop around here and no one else is doing special orders. You need to go to Guns Galore even if you are just curious or window shopping.

I used this place as my FFL for fla firearms transfer. I called ahead of time and was promptly taken care of. I actually got a call from guns galore before I got the notification from UPS that my firearm had arrived. Wow what exceptional customer service. I will definitely be back and I appreciate your amazing level of service.

Went looking for a buffer tube for an AR-15 build my son was doing, they didnt have the buffer tube he was looking for. However what they did have was a Sig Sauer M18, new in the box for much lower than what we have seen on gunbroker.com. On there asking prices range from over $550 for just the Fire Control Group or F.C.G. to over $2000, and up for the gun. So when I pointed out to my son that they had not only the M18, but the M17 and the P320, the smile he had was great. They allowed us to look at all three guns at the same time so my son, and me could really examine them to see the differences, not many places will do that for a first time customer. The price was fair, and so much lower than what we have seen online and in person at some other stores, and gun shows. My son was then really sad because his paycheck had not come in yet and he told the nice lady that I would love to buy this gun but my check hasnt come in yet. her reply was we have layaway here, with a small deposit we can hold for you, this way someone else dont buy this gun from you. My son then gave her his ID, CCW and money. Next day check came in, cashed it and picked up his beloved new M18.So in closing they didnt have what we were looking for and thats just fine, because they had what others didnt have for a more than fair price! I would absolutely say check them out...on second thought, stay away, I want to keep them for myself like a secrete fishing hole. lol

I have been here a few times now. It’s your quintessential family owned gun store. Small selection, but fair prices and good people behind the counter. Bob had a glock 20 I had been searching all over Lee county for. And the price wasn’t jacked up like all other stores around here who are taking advantage of the current “gun panic” situation. They offer CCW classes as well. Great little place to find a gun.

This shop is great. The owner is nice and knowledgeable. The shop also has some of the lowest prices I seen so far in Lee County. The selection is awesome. If its not in the shop, he can get it for you. I recommend!

I’m new to the area but certainly not new to firearms. I visited another local shop to inquire about purchasing a gun that was listed on their website and I was treated like they just wanted to get rid of me. Not sure if it’s because I appear young or if they truly just couldn’t be bothered.When I walked into Guns Galore, I was greeted by Bob. He was incredibly friendly, and let me browse a bit without using the typical gun shop salesman technique of “buy something or leave”. When I wanted to take a closer look at a 1911, he pulled the gun out and we had a quick chat about 1911s. I bought that gun, and when I came back to pick it up I ended up buying a second 1911. Bob took some money off of both guns and gave me a deal on some ammo without me asking.I am incredibly happy with my new 1911s, but just as happy with the service I received from Bob at Guns Galore. They also offer CCW classes right at the shop every week. I called yesterday to sign up for the class so I can practice my 2nd amendment right. At $65, it’s a no brainer to take the class here.My highest recommendations for Guns Galore. You won’t find a better shop in the area. Trust me, I’ve been to all of them...Thanks Bob!
