Great place to shop! Always a friendly, knowledgeable clerk ready to assist you. Fully stocked store. I always find items I need. Today, I bought a dremel, cant wait to try it. Also bought paint supplies, and garden supplies. So much to choose from! Really a pleasure walking up an down the aisles. Easy to find what you need.

Super helpful. In a world where so many people dont care about making the customer happy, this place is the exception. Had a key made and the guy makes the key, walks outside with me to my vehicle to make sure it fits the doors and works properly in the ignition! Who does that kind of service anymore? Store was also impeccable.

My neighborhood Ace is friendly, clean, and well stocked. This is my go-to place. I prefer supporting them over the larger Home Depot and Lowes franchises. Ace hardware is my favorite!

Often has things I the big box stores do not - things you cannot think of until you need them. Oddball plumbing valves is such a thing.

Ace should put their most experienced people on the checkout line. While a customer may need help in the rows of product, everyone goes through the checkout line. I almost always get a rookie that takes forever to check me out.That would get you 5 stars.

UPDATE: I did get to speak with the owner after he reached out about my issues. He was very professional and helpful. I will be going back to give this location another chance. He embodied what Ace has always been, customer focused.

I was looking to purchase a wood pellet grill and Marci went above and beyond. She was very helpful answering the questions I had before I decided to purchase it. The store at the time was very busy but she was very considerate and the entire time. I ended up buying an expensive Pit Boss grill from this business because of her. I called another Ace Hardware store near Fort Myers beach and was put on hold. No one answered so I decided to call Vision Ace about the grills before shopping there today. The female that answered my call was also very helpful and these are my reasons why I bought at Vision Ace.

Staff was outstanding trying to help me find a piece to fix a broken closet door. However unsuccessful the staff offered other places to help me find what I needed.

Very friendly staff, tidy, nice selection of Traeger grills, yeti gear, power tools and paint. If you’re wanting a nicer version of a Home Depot that’s not nearly as daunting, this is a great option.

My experience with the Gerber shop on Metro Pkwy in Fort Myers was better than great. I cant speak of the workmanship of a repair as my family members car was declared a total. I did however speak with a man in the auto repair biz before choosing this shop. He was delighted with work this shop had done for himIn my situation the car was towed in and assigned to a fellow by the name of Ian. I had a call from Ian before the car even was on the ground. The next day Ian called to describe the process of tear-down and inspection. I drove over and was greeted with a firm handshake. We walked to where the car was parked and Ian pointed out the damaged areas and made sure I understood the reason the damage was greater than the value of the car. The combination of personality, competence, and knowledge is something you dont see too much of today. I also had need of help in removing the licence plate from the car and was provided the necessary wrench by one of the very nice young ladies at the front desk. Naturally I hope I never need a collision repair shop again but if I do itll be this one.

Ordered a basic product online to be picked up at this store. Did not receive an email that order was ready for pick up for over six hours. Finally drove to the store to investigate. Two young men had no idea how to help me. I finally walked over to where my product would be located and showed one of the employees. Brought the product up to register and was told the store was having trouble with the website that day.

Walked in to find a large area devoted to outdoor grills, and purchased a WEBER Spirit II E 210 with free home delivery for a great sale price. Delivered the next day - great service and great helpful staff always. Surprised the delivery crew didnt take a moment and connect the propane tank to the grill, but no problem,

Matt was very helpful, honestly customer service sucks most places I go. Matt helped me find the bulbs I needed and even found me the on sale ones and saved me some money. Very few people take the time to help out like he did, so hopefully the owners see this and throw him a raise.

Pretty decent hardware selection. The staff is hit or miss though. Sometimes you get really good quality help. Other times the staff is standing around chatting. Pricing is a bit high.

I went in last week to purchase a new battery for my Honda’s remote key fob. When I asked if they might help me install it (as I was clueless), DON & CAROLINA were very happy to help me. Unfortunately, when I tried to unlock my vehicle w/the remote, it was still dead. I took it back into the store and asked for more assistance. KRISTEN and SAVANA (sp?) were so helpful and KRISTEN even went above & beyond by offering to test the battery’s frequency w/a special meter she had in the back of the store. It gave her a lot of trouble, but she finally got a reading for me. Thanks so much for that!! CINDY was a very kind associate I interacted with, as well. Kudos to this Ace Hardware!

Go there to get things I cant find at other places...DIY toy store

Plenty of people to help. No wondering around trying to find the right product in a giant building. Always friendly, and knowledgeable. They have a better selection of specialized products instead of a selection of generic products.

I was a fan, until I needed few things in a hurry - called ahead to ask if they had the hardware I needed, received a “yes” after waiting on hold for 5 mins, ran in only to be told, sorry we don’t have any of those things. So much for that. Be sure if you call to ask a question, speak with an ADULT who works in that department and actually knows what they’re talking about.

Check before you go because they dont have all the stuff you expect the hardware store to have. The girl worker was very helpful but they didnt have what I needed and the other workers look like they were walking in her sleep. This store has more than most Ace Hardwares

Upon walking in the store I was clueless on where to go your staff worker Don noticed and decided not to help me instead he went to help someone who wasnt even completely in the store yet I felt very uncomfortable but still I went on my way other employee saw that I needed help and did the right thing to help me. As for Don he will break your business with his ethics.

What happened to this store? Seems to be under new management. No one was able to help me with my plumbing project! The store manager Mike was always so helpful every time I would come in with any type of project. When I asked where is Mike? everyone got wierd and said that he doesnt work for Ace anymore. Not very happy!

Great store! always has what i need at a fair price. Any time i am in a pickle, the store manager Mike always finds a solution. He has been there since the store opened and really knows his stuff.
