Receiving department opens at 9:00 am, they won’t unload you before 9:00 amEnter from first driveway on right hand side and go all the way back of building from right side, stay on right side, you will see small receiving board at entrance, make wide right turn its very very tight, very difficult backing, this place is for d trucks only

I have been coming to this location for many years. The counter sales staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful to find parts that you do not know the Part numbers for. ( Naomi is the BEST)I love how they are now setting up outside in the morning for people that are just Getting chlorine and acid so they do not have to go inside. I also like the fact that the counter staff has people running to get parts now. So they can deal with customers instead of Looking for parts. Naomi, Tom, And raul work very hard. They do a great job keep up the good work.

Place too tight for sleeper and day cab trucks. Have to jackknife truck to back in dock. You can do it, but its a pain. Other than that the place isnt too bad I guess.

In the past I give them 4 stars but Tuesday I when to the place and the only Lady in there was so rude and unprofessional, grumpy as always, also making faces when I ask her something. I dont understand why they keep her in there if she treat everyone like garbage. This is unacceptable for a big company like this. The other guys are always nice and pleasant but she ruined my day...

The only company Ive ever worked at that discouraged being proactive. Rather I was expected to be naomis personal assistant rather then productive.Even more, this behavior was incouraged by Raul, safe to say they are overly lacking in training capabilities.By far much more detail could be revealed, however this review would be far too long.That being said, the Fort Myers location will continuously struggle finding respectable and punctual employees.Coming from a Corporate Manager position looking for change, not much time was required to dissect behavioral traits. Adding insult to injury, multiple current and past employees freely spoke of gross shortcomings regarding managerial faults.

I completely agree with the other review, the lady that works at the front counter at the Alico branch Fort Myers seems miserable and treats customers as if it were their fault she is there. I try to avoid this place as much as possible.

These guys are awesome. We spend over $250,000 year with them. No one is better than them.

Do not use this company. They provide cheap parts and no warranty. My pool maintenance company replaced my pool pump motor with a new motor supplied by SCP Distributors and it failed within 6 months. My pool maintenance company replaced a small part in the motor but it continued to run hot. The motor completely failed 7 months later. SCP Distributors would not warranty the defective motor.
