Excellent little place - our server was eccentric and entertaining, and thats the vibe of the whole shop! The appetizer of flash frozen cereal and popcorn was a blast to munch on, the flavors were vibrant & unique, and watching them pour the liquid nitrogen into the stand mixer to make the ice cream fresh was so fun. Will come back when were here again!

Amazing EXPERIENCE!! It was not just a visit...... Homemade ice cream as you wait !! Nothing pre- made in buckets, but mixed in front of you. We are vegan and got the plant based choice and added oreos! It was delicious. We also had the cotton candy bowl with it. Sugar overload but it was a really fun experience. Definitely need to share it if you get what we did!

This is a nice quiet little spot that opened up quick during the aftermath of Hurricane Irma! Everything here is handmade and a cool looking nitrogen tank is used to cool the ice cream. Really colorful environment as well! 5 stars!

This would be 5 stars for the ice cream and decor, but there was a 40 min wait for our two ice creams after we ordered and the table area could use a little cleaning up. But still worth a visit to try their one-of-a-kind ice cream in a cloud. The employees (owners?) were friendly and nice.

Wrong prices on the website. Delivers and charges items that have not been ordered. Promises a refund that never came. I call this defraud!!Never ever again!!!

Now, she is expanding and have 2 locations open in Fort Myers. There will be another one opening in Sanibel.

Loved this store, but with the pandemic in full bloom and no masks for employees. No way to self pay so you must hand your money / card to a mask less employee. Love the store but won’t go back there till the pandemic is over over. You do you, but I’ll return when it’s safer, maybe 2022?

Pros: You can have anything you want mixed in when they are freezing the ice cream or added afterward, so you can essentially make any flavor. They have TONS of toppings options. They also have a pretty cool decor, and the staff is very nice. Cons: It takes a WHILE to have the ice cream made since they make it with frozen nitrogen while you wait. However, it would be a place great for people with nut allergies because you can watch them wash all the parts behind the counter that they use to make the ice cream. They make it each and every time. My parents like this ice cream better than coldstone, but I prefer the density of coldstone ice cream and the lower wait time. Overall, Loveboat might still be the best.

He was arrogant and bragging about how no other ice cream compares to his. I think “roll roll icecream” tastes better, made fresh on the cold plate. He was also bragging about how he has never read a book and basically saying the world has no use for books, and it’s all about experience. I think this message could be portrayed in a different way. The place was also a bit unsanitary/ untidy.

Natural ice cream made without artificial flavors, at a reasonable price. Even included a free appetizer... at an ice cream shop!! The liquid nitrogen is worth the visit alone, the ice cream will make you go back.

Where to begin ???? The absolute best ice cream ever.. I mean in the entire world. Made right in front of you with their huge nitrogen tanks making it happen . The espresso ice creams I couldnt believe the guy fresh coffee beans....grinded them up then added to some contraption all before HAND WISKING it into the ice cream.

I was greeting with rudeness and attitude, I sat in like for 15 minutes patiently and when is was my turn he said what do you want? Then i asked a question and hes said we dont have that, I said okay and I left, maybe they have good ice cream, but the service in my experience was shitty😒

We planned our whole day around going to this shop with our kids. We got there and it was closed even though the open sign was light up and should have been open according to the hours. I called their number and it said the number was disconnected. The kids were so disappointed. I would never ever recommend this place!

We Googled dessert places near us, passed a couple of generic places and came across this gem. The entire experience, from walking in the building seeing all of its beauty, choosing what we wanted, trying their DELICIOUS FREE appetizers of dragons breath (popcorn, cereal and cheese balls hit with nitrogen, when you chew it smoke comes out your mouth) to the look and most importantly the taste of what we ordered. You can tell it was made with Love!! It is not just an ordinary Ice cream parlor that makes ice cream, they create ART. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT THERE! Alicia and her young lady staff help did amazingly. Well definitely be back & have recommended so many people already ❤️

Yum. Really good ice cream in many great flavors, some the usual, many different. Probably a dozen choices of waffle cones. Wife had medium to regular waffle with 4 scoops ( regular, not huge) praline pecan and dirty turtle. I had 6, thats six, scoops in a large cup, coffee toffee, pralines and cream, and heath bar crumbles. Wife had to have an empty cup to hold all of hers. Total, before tip, $11.50. If you havent had a waffle cone with a couple of dips lately, that was really inexpensive. I tipped $3.50 because the waiter was extremely helpful and nice, unusual for an ice cream shop. But, THIS was no ordinary Ice cream shop!. We went outside and ate the whole thing. It must have been healthy food, because it tasted SO good, and its now4 hours later and i cant eat supper. Yum. Good.

Well I wanted to go somewhere that had great ice cream while on vacation! Well I found it! Yes, you do have to wait as the owner is the only one making it but so worth the wait! The popcorn mix is so good n my girls n I had so much fun eating it. We laughed so hard! Little pricey but the portions are big! We will be going back before we leave!!! It is a must try n u must have patience! Shop is very tiny but so cute!

WOW!! This place is great! Ray was fantastic. He was so welcoming, kind and hospitable. They literally make everything from scratch; I’m not talking Coldstone scratch. I’m talking like scratch. Ray froze our milk, added the ingredients and made the ice cream. No scooping or anything. We were given little frozen appetizers while we waited that made smoke come out of our mouths. The kids loved it! We rocked out to Uncle B on the open mic and had a great time. Highly recommend.

We were there mid-afternoon with another couple and it was not busy. Took a little while to read the menu and make our selections. Atmosphere and staff were nice. One order was served after a medium wait. The other order was served after a very long wait. Ice cream was very good however, plan on spending a long time in the shop. For some it’s worth the wait, for others the wait may way too long.
