Still waiting for Ferrellgas to come and cover my tank up and turn the gas on. It’s been 3 weeks going on 4 weeks since the final inspection has been done. Every time I call I get put on hold then told someone will call me back. They keep setting dates and never show up or call to let you know there a problem. Took 2 months to get the tank in the ground after they took all of their money from my bank account. No one there has any training in customer service. Every time I call and ask to speak to the manager I’m told he’s on vacation.

Very unprofessional needed new tanks installed in my home took over a month to get a quote called several times and kept getting the run around on a couple occasions they said ohh were so sorry I see were you have called and been patient someone will call you by the end of day.....never got calls and finally after a month of waiting they come with some off the wall price of 4000 thousand dollars and had to wait 3 to 4 weeks for install ...well hell I waited a month so far lets wait again another month the most unreliable company ever would not recommend this company to nobody please do yourself a favor stay away

Contrary to what they tell you it cost more to heat with LP gas then with electricity. All you have to do is the math.
