Just got finished with a CPR/AED and first aid class with Ryan Russell, safety and compliance specialist. Great class to take. Very informative and basically updated all the information that I previously knew. Ryan was very professional and didnt waste a lot of time with things that we didnt need but explained every other thing in detail. Good class for everyone

Ryan was a great instructor - he was well versed in the subject matter. He made the class fly by while making sure everyone understood the material. We took the CPR/AED course; Ryan added in a bunch of additional information that was very helpful.

I just had my class on First Aid, CPR & AED training this week and I have to say it was one of the most instructional training classes Ive been to. The instructor Ryan Russell was very informational and very knowledgeable and kept the class involved the whole time. Very well done, I think everyone should take this type of class as its more personable and less boring.

On August 4, 2020 Mr. Ryan Russell came to Cedar hammock golf and country club to administer CPR first aid certification class. Ryan was on time prepared and ready to go. His class was engaging, fun, and he made the material intuitive.

It was a pleasure to have Ryan Russell come out to our Country Club Cedar Hammock yesterday in Naples Florida to go over our CPR/AED training. He was extremely informative and engaging. We would highly recommend him to anyone who needs to update their certifications. He went the extra mile to teach us proper heimlich maneuvers for adults, children, infants as well as identifying allergic reactions and anaphylactic allergy reactions. Thank you Ryan!

Cant ask for any better service!!! Our driver and rep Jeff is one of the best! We have had him for numerous years and he is always on top of his game! Pleasant and personable. Always on time and willing to solve any issues that may arise. Told the Ft Myers office if they take him away as my rep, then I would leave. Hes that awesome!

I have not shared the great experience that most others have. Our original driver seems to completely ignore tags and order requests. We have had another driver now so not sure if he is covering for the original one or not. But I have had many issues with missing uniforms, come to find out that some of my uniforms where being delivered to the shop across the street. And eventually stopped getting anything at all. Finally after six months got a new set. All was good. I then needed the pants taken up. Told our original guy that I have pants with the yellow tags filled out. He said I will make sure they get done. Only to get them back the following week four of them not touched and one was a completely different size. So once again I left a note for my stuff. And all of a sudden the stuff disappeared. So I had to go out and buy clothes for work. I had even called the Ft. Myers location to get answers. They had said that they will have the driver contact me. Surprise surprise not one call from him. A month or two later surprise they show up again brand new. Ok lets see how long this last. Put my shirt on this morning to see that our logo was embroidered on the shirt when it is supposed to be a patch. Found it kinda funny because the boss man was just complaining about his shirts came with a patch. When they should have been embroidered. You guys seem to have some very incompetent people working for you. May I suggest retraining, or even figuring out a new system.

Took a Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Class with Ryan Russell. He was very informative, and interactive with everyone in the class. I wasnt bored at all which definitely helps when learning things. Great class, great instrutor!

Ted services us at ABC Supply weekly and is a very kind and friendly person who calls us all by name. He always comes in with a smile and kind words and works around our busy office staff in a very professional manner. We are absolutely pleased with his service.

We have been with Unifirst for about 3 years. We love them. Our rep, Ted, is just wonderful. He is knowledgeable and eager to please. He addresses all of our requests right away. We would recommend them to everyone.

Unfortunately, we have not experienced the same service as so many others describe in their reviews.We have an employee who has had missing uniforms (jeans and shirts) for over a year, with the numbers rising to the point he had 1/2 the shirts he was paying for - service rep was told over and over again with no change. Same employee had shirts with buttons missing, and torn seams - again left NOTES on the items repeatedly. They were returned EVERY week in the same poor condition.The office was called minimum of 4 times in addition to the service rep being told weekly (with notes or in person). We were told theyd let the plant know, yet NOTHING changed.Rugs and shop towels we pay for are sometimes not replaced - someone has to check - its ridiculous and shouldnt be required.I have been waiting for over a month for a credit for the above-mentioned employee and just learned they were issuing a $29 credit. Not even close to what he should be getting for the missing/damaged items and the poor service.We will NOT be renewing our contract with Unifirst, after 20+ years.BUYER BEWARE - THEIR CONTRACTS ARE FIVE YEARS.

Our Driver, Jeff, is the best and single handedly keeps this contract together. As of UniFirst as whole, the company and equipment is very outdated for this day and age, or even the 70s. If you see the attachment of the request to complete this review, I can only imagine the point was to look as dreadful and unprofessional as possible. All correspondence from the office regarding schedule changes look the same. If you dont take the time to make a notice legible, what else are you not taking the time to do? Jeff is the only reason we stay with UniFirst. Even thought the request for a review was barely visible and an embarrassment in itself to UniFirst, I wanted to make sure to take the time to appreciate all the hard work Jeff does for our Team throughout the year. The number of times he has searched dirty laundry for a missing items, and found them!, or catered to any requests we have is endless. He is the greatest asset UniFirst Fort Myers has. Thank you

Ted is the delivery person for Lamar Advertising in Fort Myers. He is quick and efficient. If a holiday falls on our delivery day, he takes the time to go over the temporary schedule. So far, we have had zero issues with the uniforms or delivery.

Had horrible experience, Continually missing uniforms for my guys every week, multiple weeks with only 2 out of 6 uniforms, but charged full price. Called multiple times to complain. Have 9 months of records showing missing uniforms 3 out of every 4 weeks, and when I told them I finally wanted out they said ok. Send a manager down and he says I have never heard you had any problems, and then hit serve me with a breach of contract... Come to find out, they had an employee sign the renewal contract while I was away.

I was very pleased with my original salesman/delivery representative, however he had health issues and was no longer able to service my account. Jeff had taken over for Cecil and I have been more than happy with the personal service I receive on a weekly basis. He is friendly, attentive, and always asks if there is anything else we need outside our regular service. My company is expanding rapidly and he handles my changes very efficiently. I work for a pest control company in fort myers, and these guys are responsible for dry cleaning and repairing uniforms when we need it... However this is the worst uniform company Ive ever dealt with... They constantly lose or forget our uniforms.. Hell most of our guys had been trying to get the right size uniform for over a YEAR!! Before they finally got them... and I personally have been sending the same three pairs of pants back for repairs for 3 weeks.. and they have yet to do so... So glad my company take my momey to pay these guys... just wish it was worth it...

I have been a customer with the Ft. Myers location for 33 years. Bills are inconsistent and the quality is awful. All of my staff have to wear long tailored shirts if you want them tucked in. Takes too long to get them and at an additional charge. One of my employees, every shirt shows skin through the rips by the buttons. This employee has been trying to get this problem resolved since December. Due to their untrained and heavy turn around of staff, no resolve has been made.Sent 3 letters trying to get out of contract with no response.

Be very careful signing papers. I was a new business and told them I would try them for a year (4 employees). There was apparently a spot on the forms where they inserted 5 years! Very sneaky. I would never have agreed to that. I wasnt sure we would be open more than a year. The uniforms were terrible so nobody wears them. They dont even stop to pick up anymore and refuse to shorten the bogus contract. They told me they repair and replace as part of the weekly charge. One of my guys wore a shirt once or twice, ripped a small area and Unifirst wanted to charge me to replace it. They repair and replace for a big fee. They lied to me about that as well. We do automotive work so the fact they would replace damaged items did intrigue me but was a blatent lie. Cheaper to buy your own t-shirts and throw them away when theyre ruined. Its also very expensive if you lose an employee and replace them. I have the uniforms stored to turn in if they ever end the contract because mechanics will ruin them and I find it cheaper to buy dickies at Walmart. I do not recommend this terribly dishonest company.
