I recently bought a new car from Scanlon Lexus and had the best experience! Mark Lee was the salesman who helped me from the minute I walked in. Mark helped me decide which car would be best for my wants and needs. Then, he helped me throughout the whole buying process. He was very organized and kept me up to date on the paperwork needed, estimated arrival time of my car, etc. Once my car arrived, Mark took the time to go over every detail of the car making sure I knew how to work all the bells and whistles that came with my RX350. I am so happy with my new car and I cannot recommend Mark or Scanlon Lexus enough!

I had a horrible experience at this Lexus dealer. My wife purchased a Lexus RX a year ago and came to this particular dealer and had it serviced and washed multiple time. However recently she tried to go and get her car detailed but they refuse to allow my wife to get her car wash. The customer experience I receive at other Lexus dealer definitely make you feel special and and you can realize the benefit of owning a luxury brand. Even after speaking to two separate managers my wife was still not able to get her car wash. It’s not about the wash. Obviously we can go anywhere to get our car wash or do it ourselves. It is the service and what we were told as to what are some of the benefits of owning this particular luxury car. Therefore I would never recommend this dealer to anyone or any of my colleagues due to the service!!!!Update: I have a wash my car there without having it serviced at this dealer!!! On multiple separate occasions. In addition I have been to other Lexus dealer outside of the SWFL area and had no problem. I can only go based off of the experience that I encountered maybe there is a reason why we were treated the way we were during are recent encounter at Scanlon Lexus!

Very nice and professional people. Told me that they believed in fair price and long term client. I believe in that philosophy as well. So I bought a new Lexus from them and traded in my old Lexus. The trade-in price was $16000 and they are now selling my old one for over $24000 two days later. Meanwhile friend of mine recently sold a car to Ft. Myers Toyota for $14000, and they are reselling it for $16300.Update: Thanks for the response from Scanlon and its updated price. Again they are professional people. However it is somewhat unfortunate that a little over one year old, 4 Michelin tires from Costco have to be replaced. I replaced the old tires at 52000 miles and now the car has 58600 miles (the tires are only 6600 miles old). Even the Appraiser commented on the good condition of the tires.

I dont usually write these kind of reviews, but I believe the following experience deserves recognition. My Husband and I had been shopping for a new vehicle for sometime and had settled on a new Lexus SUV. The sales person had spent several days of his time on the phone working a deal with my husband. When an agreement had been negotiated we made the hour and a half drive to the Lexus dealership arriving at 6:00pm. We both took a short, quick test drive. After becoming intoxicated by the new car smell and all the bells and whistles we bought the vehicle. Ashley, the very nice paperwork pusher lady spent the remainder of her night with us closing thee deal. On the long drive home, however my husband and I found ourselves discovering issues within the interior of the vehicle that did not meet our needs for one reason or another. We realized instead of excitement, we had been doing nothing but complaining about one thing after another. We decided we were just tired, as it was late, and would sleep on our decision. During the night we could not get over our buyers remorse and ultimately decided to try to return the vehicle back to the dealership the next day. When I arrived at the dealership our salesman was off for the day but the General manager immediately came out and addressed my problems. I was a little embarrassed and was prepared to receive a negative response to my request. But instead (my whole reason for writing this review) the General Manager treated me graciously and kindly. He listened and acknowledged the difficult predicament and wasted no time in getting my old car back to me and sending me on my way pleased and satisfied. It is because I this customer service that will keep me coming back in the future, unfortunately this particular vehicle just wasnt the right one for us at this time in our lives!

Mark Lee, my salesperson knew everything about the car, specifically the changes made between 2017 and 2021. He made every effort to answer all my questions and if he didnt have the answer, he got the answer. I never got farmed off on someone else. He also understood that even people who can buy a Lexus dont think money grows on trees. We worked out a deal with no theatrics, no threats that this is the only car left, etc. Also, I only dealt with Mark. He went to his manager for pricing approvals without involving me. Theyre trash. because the car prices they advertised online for a 2012 prius was fake and it was false advertising. It was a bait and switch. When I got to the lot in Lehigh for Plattners they wanted plus $4,000 and they called it on the lot deal .This time around for me, there was none of that with scanlon Lexus. Very happy and pleased and impressed.I will definitely keep them in mind for a car again at the top of my list.....

Leased a car from Scanlon Lexus in the past, and went back in there today to get some info. I dealt with Joel Ortiz who was nothing less than fantastic. He answered all my questions, wasn’t pushy, and didn’t keep me there all day(the way many dealerships do). 5 premium star experience - Zach was my first point-of-contact at Scanlon and he guided us to the 21 UX 200 model (F Sport) on the sales floor. Sat in it and it was a world of difference against what I reviewed for other cars. No pressure, felt very conversational, and the team, including Susann who I worked with on my financing were personable and I enjoyed actually being at the dealer. Most of the time, Im ready to get in and get out and hope I dont come out with any car trauma. This is my first Lexus (and luxury car), so that fact that this was so seamless and fun -- this alone, says it all. After leaving here, I feel like Im part of the Lexus family. I was helped by Mr. Popp, and I can not stress enough how personal and easy he made my familys experience with this dealership. He had the car I requested to see ready for me to test drive as soon as I arrived. The process took less than an hour to drive and by my new (amazing) vehicle. I could not be more pleased with his help he was very knowledgeable and kind.

Scanlon Lexus is TOP TIER without a question. I just leased my 3rd car from the dealership and have been since 2015! They are the most accommodating car dealership I’ve ever been to and you will not be disappointed. Heather Cotorakas is my go-to person and I cannot express how helpful she is throughout the entire process from helping me pick my car to literally calling my insurance and getting me switched over to every other aspect when getting a new car. I never feel like anyone at Scanlon is pressuring me or just telling me what I want to hear so they can get a sale. They are the real deal and show it. You can just tell everyone that works there genuinely loves their job which is refreshing and nice to see. 10/10!

I leased my 2021 ES350 here on Dec 23, 2020 and the whole experience was outstanding!!Three days before I had called the dealership and spoke with Mike Parkinson who became our Sales Consultant. Mike is very professional, knowledgeable and just a great guy to deal with .... no pressure at all from him and I always felt that this transactions was about my needs and not about the needs of Lexus. Then we dealt with Mike Lawson (Business Manager) who was also very professional and honest ... direct to the point and no BS, very thorough, educational and fun explanation of the whole leasing process.I can truly say this was my best experience ever with a Lexus dealership... (and Ive dealt with four in Miami, FL where I live). I just met these folks at Scanlon Lexus but I highly recommend them!!

I bought a Lexus RX 350 from Scanlon this week. My sales rep, Gary Behnken was outstanding. He has worked at Scanlon Lexus for many years and is a wealth of information. He is also extremely helpful, friendly, and listens well. He did a great job of helping me find the car that fit my needs quickly. He is very straightforward and works hard to take care of his customers. He did a great job of showing me the key payment options and helping me figure out what made sense for me. There were no hidden figures or add-ons that werent requested. Suzanne in the finance office was also very helpful friendly, and sharp and I appreciated her explaining everything thoroughly. The young lady who showed us how to use all the technology was great but Im not sure what her name was, maybe Theresa. I was out the door with my new car less than 24 hours after dropping in for a test drive. I am very pleased with Scanlon Lexus and wont hesitate to go back when I next need a car. I looked at cars at 8 other dealerships and there was no comparison to the quality experience I had at Scanlon.
