RIP OFFSBought the Irize Mattress online.They advertise 1 year refund policy.Tried to return it, found the store out of business.Customer service lied about their relationship with Mattress 1.Now I have to call a lawyer.

I went to Mattress One today after shopping around and met with Gary, who was nothing but helpful. Rather than trying to sell the mattress, he gave me a complete review, differences, and information about the mattresses. He was not pushy whatsoever. He was incredibly helpful in helping us find the best deal within our budget. I highly recommend visiting Gary at mattress one at this particular location.

When we went in the first day we had very good service and Gary was very helpful. He spent a lot of time explaining mattresses. I came into that store exclusively because of the good reviews regarding Garys helpfulness. We bought pillows that we had laid on the beds and then when the pillows were delivered they were not the same as what we had laid on. He insisted that I had laid on them and was rude. We were only able to return one pillow and we paid another $50 to get what we thought was a zippered mattress cover. Thats $100 for that mattress cover and all it does is slip on our bed. It does not have a zipper. He did apologize to my husband for his rude Behavior when my husband had to go back to the store a third time to pick up the cover. This is not what we thought that we were buying. I now own a mattress cover thats in a plain bag with no printed information on it, that I paid $100 for, that I could have bought at Walmart for $25. Which is what Im going to do is buy a zippered mattress cover. When I tried to talk to Gary about this again today, he was just as rude. I will never go back to their store I will encourage anyone not to go to Mattress One. And the bed is much harder than the one I laid on so I will have spent $1,200 on a mattress that I probably will not be able to use and well use in my guest room. Garys excuse is he bent over backwards to help us when he was only nice while he was selling.

​First off, I want to say I have never been treated with such disrespect by a business that I have given my business to. My husband and I purchased a mattress, bed frame and mattress protector (we were strongly encouraged to purchase the mattress protector by our salesman, Gary) about two months ago prior to us moving. We scheduled to have it delivered, at that time we received everything but the mattress protector. I called the store and let them know and the lady that answered was apologetic and informed me one would be getting delivered. The following week came and it was not delivered as I was informed it would be. My husband then called the store and Gary (our original salesman) spoke to him and basically told us we would need to pick it up ourselves. This was not feasible because at the time we purchased the mattress from an hour away and did not feel we needed to drive an hour to pick something up they forgot to deliver. Gary then told my husband it would be delivered this week, by yesterday. We yet again did not receive the mattress protector. I called Gary today to inform him and he told me I needed to go pick it up at the store, or be refunded. I nicely said I do not feel it is fair to make me drive to pick something up that you all forget. Garys reply was, I dont know why it is such an enormous request for you to pick up your mattress protector yourself. I then nicely asked to speak with a manger or district manger because this man was clearly not going to be pleasant to me. He replied by saying that is no one to talk to besides him and hes done dealing with me. I asked him who he spoke to when we were in the store and had to okay a price with (clearly had to be someone above him). He said that was his district manager. I asked if I could be in contact with him. Gary replied stating he is no longer with them and does not deal with matters like this and repeated to me again that he is done with me. All the time, I have remained very calm with him and was simply wanting a solution that was fair, considering this was not my mistake. I immediately called customer service and a nice lady called the store to speak with Gary about his behavior and is filing a report with Garys district manger (apparently there is a district manger, Gary was just refusing to let me speak to him). She is also mailing me my mattress protector, no issues once so ever. While I appreciate their customer service representative out of Orlando, the disrespect I received from one of their sales associates is beyond me.

We recently purchased a mattress form Mattress 1 due to our Sleep Number bed not working for us anymore. Talking to Gary was very enlightening and he was a wealth of knowledge. We have had the bed for less than a week and are already sleeping better than before our purchase. I highly recommend talking to Gary first for anyone who is in need of a new mattress.

Buyer Beware!! Fort Myers location sold my elderly grandfather a tempur-pedic mattress for $6919.31 and told us it would be delivered 2 days later, an hour after the purchase we got a call that the item was not in stock and was likely not going to be delivered for another 4-7 days. Well over 2 weeks later we got a call that they were not going to fulfill the order since the are no longer selling tempur-pedic and that it would take another week for the credit to be issued. Now over 3 weeks later my grandfather does not have the new bed nor his MONEY!!!! Exploiting the elderly and withholding just under 7 THOUSAND DOLLARS of a wounded veteran, Purple Heart recipient on a fixed income. It really is criminal.

If your looking for good customer service, communication or product delivery DONT go to Mattress One go to City Mattress Our experience started out good. we ordered a king matress & box springs on Tuesday 2/19 & were told wed have delivery Thursday 2/21. Well Wednesday night we got a call from Matt our salesman explaining it wasnt in stock & hed provide an update soon. I heard from Matt again Saturday 2/23 that our order would be in the warehouse Thursday 2/28 & delivered Friday March 1st. My clue should have been their 1st inability to deliver but I understand inventory issues happen. I called Matt on Tuesday 2/26 to touch base & see if we were still on schedule. He said yes & would let me know if anything changes. Well Friday March 1st came no delivery & no call from Mattress One. So I decided I was done & went to their showroom to cancel the order. Thats when I dealt with Gary Mr lack of personality. I went in & he was pleasant at 1st told him I wasnt mad or angry that I wanted to cancel my order cause I was done with them. He started to work on cancelling & I said Ive never dealt with such bad customer service. He told me to be quiet so he could do what I asked & cancel the order. But before he finished he gave me the excuse that he got an email from Tempurpedic Thursday night 2/28 that their computers had problems for 10 days so no orders were received or processed in the whole northern hemisphere. Really I didnt buy that one. He did cancel order no problem. But as I was walking out proceeded to let me know he had colon cancer & surgery next week. I told him I was sorry & good luck. Have no idea why he even said it. BOTTOM LINE IS DONT GO TO MATTRESS ONE On a positive I called City Mattress same day to see if they had in stock what we ordered from Mattress One & was told yes & he could deliver it next day. So thats where we purchased & received timely delivery next day.

Called several weeks ago to get info on Tempurpedic mattresses. Gary was super helpful and informative. Honestly, he went above and beyond on our phone call. Today we came in and purchased our new mattress. He was even more awesome in person than he was on the phone. If you need a mattress, come see this super professional and friendly expert!

Buying a mattress is usually worse than buying a car, but not a Tempurpedic with Gary. Knowledgeable, nice and no hard pressure. My purchase experience was fantastic.

Just as everyone else has stated do not buy from this location unless you enjoy headaches. I order a nectar bed to have delivered from their warehouse to my apartment I was moving into Saturday. Saturday at noon I get a call from Gary telling me I never told him it was to be delivered to Naples and the drive is already north of ft Myers. He then checked and realized it was his mistake, however the driver refused to drop the mattress off even in Ft. Myers so I could pick it up. Garys response was I dont know what to tell you, people make mistakes. I wholeheartedly agree, people do, its how you make good on those mistakes that matter. Gary has left me in a empty bedroom with nothing to sleep on. Make it noted their is no equivalent address in Ft. Myers.

I didnt read the reviews and I should have. What a headache. My credit was ran, we purchased to only not receive merchandise. I went back to the store to get refunded and 10 days later I get a bill. I called the card company to find out that the paperwork for my refund was never submitted. I still have a standing balance and the financing company is having me wait a few days to see if it all goes thru to then dispute if it fails too. Its been a dragging situation and the added stress is not needed. I now have a unnecessary credit card and pending charges. DO NOT GO HERE. GO SEE DEJA AT MATTRESS FIRM.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Mattress 1 One. We purchased mattresses and boxsprings for multiple beds from Luis before our new furniture arrived at our home. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Luis arranged for us to receive complimentary pillows for all the beds as a thank you to us for our rather large order. Delivery was efficient and the mattresses arrived on the date and time we were promised. Once the furniture arrived a few days later, we realized that one of the beds did not require the boxspring. We had not removed the plastic wrapping from the boxsprings, and Gary at the same store graciously agreed to bend policy and accept a return with a full refund. My husband and I greatly appreciate the fabulous customer service we received from Luis and Gary. We purchased from this company based on the recommendation of a neighbor, and would 100% recommend them.

Doesnt even deserve one star. I cant even locate the new store at College and 41, adjacent to Adas on the companies website so I am posting on this store - really doesnt matter because it is not the sales people at the store, they are fine - just making a living. It is the company. I am a business owner and customer service is a priority for us. This company does not care. Just a warning if you buy a mattress from this company. If there is something wrong with it, like the one I just purchased in Jan. 2016, YOU WILL get the run around. Terrible customer service and I am stuck on a mattress that is collapsing. I spend $4000 in the store and I am very unhappy, frustrated and angry. If someone would just return my call and let me know the are gonna do something about it.
