I have been here 3 times in the past 2 weeks. Just cannot stay away. Each person I have come in contact with has been wonderful. I love how they move things around, and you see things you didnt before. I have a great collection starting, all come with information papers. Absolutely love my Ocean Jasper and Serpentine. My favorite metaphysical shop by far. The workers are more than educated and helpful with any questions you have. Great selection of unique crystals for a very reasonable price. As well as candles, herbs, books, tarot & oracle decks, etc. I find it very difficult to find quality raw crystals and there is an abundance of them here. I was able to find Larimar here for more than half the price everywhere else offers. I love the energy here and feel at home whenever I visit. I highly recommend.

Wonderful place, loaded with spiritual development books of all kind, Oracle Cards, crystals, candles, incense, and spiritual ambiance for the home. The ladies up front are wonderful and always help if I need advice. They also offer Reiki and Readings and so far I have met with Dawn for these services- It was truly a wonderful experience and I can’t wait to go back!

I live all the way in South Carolina so I’ve never actually been inside the store but I order from the mystical moon website and I absolutely LOVE their products!💕My orders ship fast and the items are always nicely packaged. I typically order candles, incense and tumbled crystals. My favorite is the Dragon’s Blood cone and stick incense! I would definitely recommend this shop :)🙌🏽

My husband bought me a birthday gift. You would think a spiritual shop would understand if you do not vibe with the energy BUT!!! Guess what NO EXCHANGES. And the girl at the counter that said “No exchanges or refund “ says “Re-gift it”.

Love the store but not the energy. I had been in the store for 15 minutes before I was asked if I needed help. Did have some questions but the employees were busy training someone and the others were in and out of the back room. It wasnt until check out that they actually spoke to me but by then I was ready to leave. Because of their selection I will go back BUT not as often Ill stick to The Curious Cauldron.

Id literally rate negative if I could. I paid upwards of $20 a piece for literal plastic. My bad for not checking before I purchased. There should NOT be air bubbles in your polished crystals, if there is then theyre fake! Got strawberry obsidian and opal both pure plastic/resin. Even did a hardness test on them. This is a gentrified store at best.Edit: I had also bought herbs from them and just noticed the mugwort is labeled as can help prevent miscarriage when it is common knowledge that its an abortive. PLEASE do not use mugwort to try and prevent a miscarriage because its been used for centuries for herbal abortion. Thats incredibly dangerous misinformation.

I was super excited to find this place hence their reviews I thought this was going to be an awesome experience well it surely was not and an awkward one at that. I called prior to me showing up and spoke to an amazing sweet woman named Barbra I believe hence why I’m giving 2 stars and not 1. Sad that when I got there it was not her in the shop. I was hardly greeted when I walked in and yet I was literally the only person in the store... not very welcoming or friendly in my eyes. But the worst part was is that the woman saw me kind of lingering and struggling to find what I needed didn’t ask me what I needed or if she could help me find something until I had asked her where the sage and herbs were. She then said over here and said there are many kinds. THAT WAD ALL no other interaction like hey what’s the herbs for did you have any questions for the use of them absolutely nothing... I picked out my things and then went on to candles where I had asked again for help in picking up spiritual candles she took me to an area that had a sale sign on candles and said we have these here and then the new ones with crystals in them they burn longer.. there was no discussion on what I’d be using them for or what I was looking for in terms of candles. See seemed like she just wanted to push me out the store or like I didn’t no anything and she just did not want to be bothered with someone newly beginning their spiritual journey I had asked a few questions and she was smart and snippy with her responses. Sad to say I spent $51 and walked out uneasy and Anxious something you definitely should not feel when walking out of a spiritual shop. I honestly got in my car and went to get my receipt to bring everything back because I don’t want to use things to meditate and center myself from somewhere where I got such bad vibes and energy from, but I surely then realized it said all sales are final so now I’m stuck with my products of $51 and extremely bothered at my experience.and I never ever write reviews but today I took the time too because I was truly this bothered!

My family and I visited the Myatical Moon a couple days ago and I was very impressed with how warming the store was and how great the staff were. They have a wide variety of crystals, stones, herbs and other misc items that are all great quality and very well priced. My shopping experience here was great and I will definitely be returning soon to make some more purchases.

So I was super excited to make a special trip out to this supposedly Mystikal place! I told my daughter and my sister about it and my daughter actually came with me. I was so excited I even brought my chakra crystals for a lesson on how to properly use them. I came prepared to spend whatever money needed to have some of these wonders. Those who read my posts know I HATE to say negative things about establishments. So I will say this. When the sales associates manager (or an owner) called she truly PERKED up...with the person on the phone!🤣😅 She perked up with me too...when she said goodbye🙋🏽‍♀️🙋🏽‍♀️. I ended up putting a lot of the items in my hand back. I purchased sage, a feather, incense cones and a little holder. I probably will try them again ONLY because of the spiritual and pass life regression counselors. Theyre just so hard to find!

Heres my explanation of why 3 stars vs 5: When We walked in, we were not welcomed or greeted in a friendly matter. In fact the whole experience here felt forced and awkward as if our being there was an inconvenience to the shop owner. I will say their prices and selections are great overall but they need to doctor their customer service a bit.

4 years ago I got the most accurate reading ever! I really wish I could remember my tarot reader’s name because I’d LOVE to have a phone consultation! My reading has taken this long to know how absolutely spot on it was because she said big things will happen to you in 4 weeks, 4 months and 4 years and here we are.... she was so right! I highly recommend The Mystical Moon!

I walked in not necessarily knowing what to expect, but hoping I would find some direction. I definitely felt at home and welcomed as soon as I walked in. Not only did it smell amazing but the store was clean, and had a great vibe. Any questions I had were enthusiastically and knowledgably answered. It was a lovely experience and I plan to attend some groups/classes, as well as continue to shop here. As I havent has much experience with these types of stores, I cant speak to pricing or product variety.. but I can say I found more than I anticipated and found it to be affordable for me.

Lovely metaphysical spiritual shop. Laurie the owner is AWESOME! They have so many crystals and over 200 oracle decks.

I love it there. Laurie is usually there and like the rest of the special people there she is wonderful and very talented and accurate. Smells like heaven. Store has all the essential oils and stones you could dream of. I usually get the energy stones, a few at each visit, and a new deck of cards. They have so many. I have quite a collection. They also have a huge selection of pendulums and anything else you need. You can feel the relaxing mood just entering the door. They have Great classes at real good prices. Wonderful place to go.

I had trouble finding this store using Google maps and this should have been my first sign. I called and spoke to someone to find out how to get there and she didnt know the surrounding buildings to be much assistance. Once found the store to be very commercial and the two ladies working were busy stocking shelves and getting the ordering list together. They spoke out loud about what was really selling and it turned me off. I didnt stay long.

Mystical Moon is an incredible place. The energy is always very calming and peaceful & the staff is always friendly, inviting, & helpful. I’ve been to many, many metaphysical shops and this will always be my favorite.They have an awesome variety of items from crystals (all labeled & organized neatly) to soaps (the sage bar soap is my favorite! I haven’t used anything else in over a year) to candles and herbs and books and jewelry. There’s definitely something for everyone.Their prices aren’t the lowest (also not the highest though), but I would much rather pay a couple more dollars for an item in a place like this than get it cheaper somewhere I feel uncomfortable!Thank you, Mystical Moon & staff! I’m grateful to have such a lovely shop close by.

07/06 - Got a couple crystals, big amethyst, and a oracle deck. The staff was extremely friendly and the environment was peaceful. The price was extremely fair with certain products compared to other shops Ive been to + better customer service. I will definitely be back.

Great place and I just got a reading today from my girl Ashley whom Ive known for years. You gotta go in and experience a reading with her its always so unique and unlike any other!!! Shes so great love her!!! Great shop with wonderful items. :) Have had another reading in the past here with someone else years ago and readings here have always been so spot on and helpful.

This is a stellar review for Joanna specifically at mystical moon. It was my first experience with a psychic reading, I came with a friend and her mom on a girls getaway, and we were so nervous. Would we be inviting dark energy? Is this place a sham? What does she know? But Joanna was the complete opposite of our fears. She is so exuberant and bright; she explained my energy so vividly. She mentioned some very oddly specific pieces of information that convinced me she is able to connect with me, my energy, whatever spirit energy Im carrying on a deeper level.I didnt feel pressured to buy anything, but I figured it couldnt hurt. And the prices are reasonable. I would come back to Ft Myers just to see Joanna. She is awesome. I spent the night recounting each detail of my reading with my girlfriends. A friend & I went in to Mystical Moon today to have our palms read. We went in a little skeptical & not knowing at all what to expect. We each booked a 30 minute session with Crystal. She was absolutely amazing at what she does. The only information my friend & I provided her with were our names & date of births, but in a half hour she was able to tell me more about myself than most of my friends could tell you. She read both my friend & I like books. We had a few minutes left at the end of my session & Crystal read my cards. Again she could not have been more spot on. I cant wait to go back & see her for a full tarot reading. I left Mystical Moon today so pleased with my purchase. I would definitely recommend checking this place out & would definitely recommend seeing Crystal!

Every time I go in this shop there is a feeling of peace. I love the selection of stones and tarot and oracle cards. The nice thing about the cards is Laurie allows you to see the cards before you buy them. She has Demo decks that allow you to get a feel for them. There are some books, but not a huge selection. She has some teas, candles and incense as well. They have multiple classes and there is a calendar to help you pick the one for you. Laurie has done a great job collecting a group of talented people to help you in your spiritual journey some have over 30 years of experience in tarot. She also has the astrologist, Ray Sette, from NYC come at least once a year. She has 2 locations one in Ft Myers and one in Bonita Springs.

Staff here, so sweet and their selection of dried herbs and crystals is good. I havent tried any of the reading services they offer so I cant speak to that. The shop is clean, small, and the people will treat you like an old friend when you go in there.

Wonderful place. Ive been coming here for years, and to their other shop off College for years before that. They have another store in Bonita but Ive never been there. Everyones very helpful and serene. Just walking in calms my entire body. I think its the atmosphere. Like I said. Its a wonderful place.

I have had two readings so far, and I am not one to say much, I like for the reader to tell me. So I am throughly impressed and thankful I found this place. MaryAlice and Laurie are both so unique, from the way they speak to how they present the readings. Additionally, the store is so inviting and I can feel my energy re-energize when I step through the door. So happy to have found another sanctuary in Fort Myers!

Friendly, clean and nice. Went to 2 other stores who said they were open online but werent when we got there. Not only was this one open like they said they would be they also answered the phone when we called ahead.

Stopped in to pick up a couple of aromatherapy scents. The staff was friendly and courteous. She was able to help find exactly what I was looking for and even made a few recommendations that were very helpful.

I really love this store, its a little more pricey than the labrynth but the energy is so much better. I was able to find what I needed right away, the store is kind of small and tucked away from Daniels so it felt so intimate and nice. Almost like it was a secret. 10/10 would recommend

OK, just to start with I just want to say that my girlfriend of 14 years and I had broken up and it looked very bleak for us getting back together so I went to 3 readers at the mystical moon and I asked all 3 the same question to see what they would say. The first told me somethings some of it was true some things did not come to pass. The second one I talked to seem to be guessing at what was going to happen which I could have done myself but the third Mary Alice I told nothing to and she told me things that no one would know and she more or less gave me the exact date we would be reunited. To say the least, I really wasnt holding my breath. So the week before that date my ex contacted me ( through text )and said maybe we could talk next week? So once again,I thought well I am sure thats the last I will hear from her. Then 3 days before the date Mary Alice had said it could come to pass my ex contacted me and set up a date to meet which happened to be 3 days later ( now I have told my ex nothing at this point). We met and talked then surprisingly we got back together and have been working on our relationship ever sense. So to say the least I will be going back to Mary Alice. Oh by the way yes I did notice the 3s that kept coming up.

It feels good just to walk in here. The store is small, but they have a lot of products. Found a jasper bracelet on this trip. Cant wait to go back and get some stones.

I had a tarot card reading with Mary Alice Warren in late September. Full disclosure I went into the session assuming that it was all fake, but after listening to the recording I took of the session I realized that a lot of the things she said were true. The number one thing that stood out that she said to me was that I was going to be moving away from Sw Florida within the next 2-3 months and meeting someone who can mentor me and help me with my career. Keep in mind I’m 19 so I don’t have enough money or enough credit established to rent a place out of state, but less then a month later my father gets a call from a well endowed entrepreneur family friend who wants to give me an opportunity to work for several of his companies in St Louis, Missouri. He owns multiple apartments up there and offered to put me in one for a percentage of my paycheck. I’m moving November 1st. Thanks for the great reading Mary Alice.
