Out of all the shops Ive been to. I can honestly say. These guys are my first stop. They are very busy, and you might have to wait a bit. But they do their job right and thats very important to me since I ride 2 wheels and not 4. Keep up the good work. Maybe grow and get extra set of hands.

Had issues from the start with them basically. Neal Quoted me 2-4 weeks on parts that I had at my door the next day, scheduled the service on my bike in advance and was told it would get done. Dropped my bike off the minute they opened. I show up at 6 pm and not only was nothing done to my bike, the 2k in parts I had dropped of to be installed were still sitting on the front counter for anyone to grab and my bike was sitting outside in the rain. Neal was unable to give me a Time, Day or even week they could do the service like it didn’t matter at all to them. I was told oil changes and tires were priority even though I had a appointment to have my bike serviced. NEVER WILL BE BACK, this place has gone down hill since Steve’s retirement. I suggest anywhere else if you don’t want your stuff pushed to the side. West coast cycles however was able to give me exact time and dates.

Trust me this is the place to get work done on your bike. Best prices, best mechanics and all around great people.

I cant ride my bike far because I am huge and it hurts my back. That doesnt stop me from riding nearly 100 miles round trip to see Steve and Don at Super Bikes. The quality of service is second to none and their pricing cant be beat. This is old-school customer service with a small town feel. Also, if youre in Naples and not driving up to see these guys youre getting ripped off. Yes... Theyre closed on the weekends. But, even God took a day to rest.

I recently got my tires mounted here. So happy I found superbikes and ski! They took care of my bike and had me in and out in about 30 minutes. Their pricing is great and the service couldnt be beat. Quick service. Walk right in and get your tires while you wait.very knowledgeable staff. I gained 5 horsepower after some tuning by one of the techs. Im bringing my baby back next week to get a quickshifter installed after a cape coral motorcycle shoptold me that no shop would do it. The owner is awesome and explains everything to you in a way that you can understand if your not knowledgeable on motorcycle lingo. Awesome experience all around. I been to this shop a few times and like everything in life they are human. With that being said anything that I have needed to be done has gotten done at a very reasonable price. Needed a new front tire for my wife’s Goldwing. Don ordered it and when it arrived I took it in. When taking off the front fender, they discovered broken mounting holes. Unlike most places, they showed it to me before beginning work. Totally honest. They had my new tire on in no time and ordered the replacement parts. Great service, great prices and honest. Hard to find one of these three traits these days, mush less all three. Great place.

SUPERBIKE AND SKI ...Steve and His crew are the best at what they do .Ive used Superbike and ski for many years and just recently purchased another bike.I came in for a rear tire and battery after comparing prices . They were still the lowest in town . While Getting the tire installed Steve Personally adjusted my kickstand so my bike leaned properly . Added air to my low front tire . And lubed my chain . I arrived at 10:15 and was on the road at 11. These guys are the real deal just as I remember . If you need performance parts or general maintenance ... this is your spot .Hands down . No comparison .

I have been doing business with Steve And his Brother Don for years. I get my tires for all 4 of my bike from them. Prices are good and the service is mighty fine too. There is almost always a bike race on the tv to watch while you wait They do oil changes there very fast oil changes first come first serve. All in all a good place to have a bike serviced Monday thru Friday they take weekends off just like most of us.

Stumbled onto these guys when my rear tire picked up a screw. The first shop that we tried didnt want to mess with my bike (they get points for being honest) because it has shaft drive.The shop finished the bike in a couple of hours and charged me a price that was more than fair.As I was leaving, I noticed that my kickstand snapped back, instead of having to be pushed with my heel. The guy that changed my tire must have noticed that it needed to be lubed and took care of that for me. Damn, its never worked like that. I noticed right away and drove home with a smile on my face.Just a little detail, sure, but it shows that they care about what theyre doing in that shop.These are the kinds of people that I want working on my bike.

Im not quite sure what happened here. Being new to the area I was referred to Super Bike & Ski. Now this is back in late October of 2017 and when I first called I was told they were backed up with Bike week and all. No problem. So, I waited till early November and called again and at this time made arrangements to get my bike down to the shop. Thats November 5th. Now mind you in the crazy world we all live I know were all busy but after the initial delay of getting a carb kit that was on back order the bike was never looked at and after 4 months of waiting and being told of the countless other bikes in front of mine and another bike week it was glaringly obvious that it was more important to me than it was to super bike & ski to get my bike fixed and that was confirmed by super bike when they agreed it was more important to me than them. So, I had the bike picked up, paid for my carb kit and taken to another shop where the work was done in a 10 day period. Super Bike appears to be a Cool shop, good vibe but geez louise customer service was missing in my visit. Were all busy but if you dont want to do the work just say so. The referral that turned me on to them couldnt understand it either and I still can not. All the best and to much success.

Owner was rude imediately started yelling at me would not listen didnot fix problem with bike and chipped a new paint job in 2 different locations and left grease on the bike. i have been a customer for over 10 years and i i have sent him new business i will never go back again or ever have anything nice to say for them

Worst experience I have ever had the owner was rude, customer service was terrible.... Brought bike in to be fixed and then when I called to discuss the things found wrong like front bolts for the fender and brake line that secures the line to the fender not being on and front LED lights not being installed correctly, steve would tell me one thing and then change what he said..... I also called him on a major chip on the windshield that was NOT there when the bike was dropped off and he once again justified and became aggravated when I discussed my complaints... I have had many years experience with bike shops and this one was one of the worst.... Good luck if you go there...

Prices are great. Hard to beat prices cause Steve does his due diligence and buys the high end tires in bulk and passes the price down to the customer. That being said the service is substandard to say the least. Scotty did the tire change on my bike and two things were not done. One, the dust cover between my wheel and carc bearing was put on backwords so the bearing and internals inside the shaft were exposed to dirt and elements, not to mention all the external dust cover grime was place directly back on carc not on wheel per instruction. Secondly, my new tire was not balanced matter of fact the rebalance was not balanced at all as the original weights were in the exact same place as before. I now get a shake at over +110 miles an hour on the track. Unacceptable for a 185.00 tire. Steve said come back in to make it right but the disappointment in me not taking the wheel off myself and bringing it in goes well beyond feeling lazy. Just once can someone work on something as if it were their own. Really let down gonna find another shop to work on my prized Italian motorcycle. I will also let shops referral know of situation. Scotty, you need to own your work of find something else that wont kill people due to negligence.......
