Estate Landscaping beautifully redid our landscaping in the front and back of our house. They helped us create a design that fit our style and environment while also enabling us to replant some of our existing plants. Nick handled our project. He was very professional and responsive.

I’m part of approx 196 homes in gated community. My HOA President (who signs checks) & myself emailed Manager with numerous issues. No response even after a month. Manger claims he stopped at my residence stated no one home. He has email & photos of all issues. Staff works hard on grounds. They aren’t told of issues.After a month nothing has been corrected.Same issue for years with this company.Think twice with them.

My HOA contracts with this company to maintain the lawns inside our community, and its lucky I dont pay these guys directly to mow our lawns as they would be fired immediately. The day after bringing home our new car, which was parked on our driveway, the workers from this company were trimming the bushes in our garden using some fairly large equipment. While they were cutting the bushes my wife was on the driveway and saw one of the workers walk past the vehicle with their equipment and squeezed past a gap which was around 8 between the vehicle and the mulched area. After he left my wife went to look at the vehicle and noticed a long scratch on the rear wheel fender which was definitely not their the evening before when we walked around the car with the salesman. Of course the workers denied scratching the car, but since the car had not moved from the night before when we brought the car home we knew it had to be them. I then called the car salesman to double confirm that this new scratch wasnt on there at the point of sale - which he confirmed.To cut a long story short, after numerous phone calls and chasing to get some kind of response, Estate Landscaping have denied responsibility and have said they will not be covering the cost of damage. Now the amount of the damage is only $240 to repair, but to me its a principle, and since I didnt hire them, I dont feel it should now come out of my pocket to cover this loss. So the bottom line is hire these guys at your own risk, because if their workers cause any damage dont expect them to take any kind of responsibility unless you have video or photographs to back up your claim.
