If you are considering a sign for your business, US Sign and Mill would definitely be the way to go. Our business was moving to our bigger location. From the moment I signed the contract, this company immediately sprung into action! Nancy diligently worked with Lee County on permitting and worked through the issue that Lee County had with our new location. We had to do nothing since Nancy handled it all and got our signage approved. US Sign and Mill went to our old location and removed our old channel letter sign. They even brought the sign to our new location and asked me what I would like to do with it. The next thing you know, it was time for install. The US Sign and Mill truck showed up with 2 installers, Grant and Sean. They were so courteous and professional and their attention to detail and taking such great care in installing our signs was second to none. After the install, we had a couple of issues that we were not happy with. Once John the manager got wind of our couple of issues, he came to our store to address them and immediately got the crew to fix those issues and make it right. The end result is we have great professional-looking signage, and I could not be happier! I would like to personally thank Nancy, Grant, Sean, John and the entire behind-the-scenes team at US Sign and Mill. If you need any signage, I would highly recommend this company.
