Eli demonstrated customer obsesión today, and I was impressed. I initially arrived to pick up a 6x12 cargo trailer and the registration process was smooth. However, when I went to connect it to my car, we found out the trailer would sit too low, so I decided to get the smaller 5x8 cargo trailer. I went in expecting some friction, but to my surprise they happily replaced one with another. Finally, I was able to leave the u-haul location! Unfortunately, I arrived at the pods warehouse and my pod had not arrived. I the. Drove back the near 2 mile distance and Eli did not hesitate to process my request and issue a credit back. His understanding of my unique situation and flexibility were enough to earn my trust. I will come back to this store any time and will highly recommend it.

I have been renting from this location for 10;years .Marc had always took care of me .Now Eli is the man he always greets my wife and I like we are family always helpful goes over and beyond top notch!!!!!! Miss Judy in the office always pleasant and witty and gets us in and out !!!!! And I cant forget Nigel outside just a pleasant guy always ready to help me good hard worker ..This place keeps my business I drive past four other U-Hauls from my house to go to them because the customer service makes a difference to me!!!I would give 10 Stars if I could for this location!!!!

The van I rented was infested with German cockroaches. It only takes a couple of these to infest a whole house very fast.I didn’t realize that they were under the rubber floor until I was almost 2 hours away. UHaul stated that they would let me change out the van if I drove it back to the same location (Cleveland Ave, Fort Myers) otherwise I will have additional fees.I wasn’t about to endure another 2 hours of trying not to touch the floor. I was hit with fees for returning vehicles to the wrong location, and I had to pay even more to get another van.Word to the wise: Check EVERYWHERE and EVERYTHING before renting from Uhaul in general. And keep in mind, if cockroaches are visible and the staff didn’t catch them - think about all the bed bugs they are probably spreading.

Great place great costumer service they are not unprofessional at all the GM Mr. Eli is very polite very knowledgeable of his job Ms. Judy provide great and above and beyond Costmer service Nayo is the best doing his job checking in and checking out the trucks and equipment overall this is the very best Uhaul location in the Entire country I can say that because I have seen it all when it come to Uhaul.

Great location, good selection. Marc took my call and assisted me with the appointment to install a Hitch on my car. The service was amazing, James answered my questions, and Marc was very informative and pleasant. I am very happy with them, and definitely will recommend them !!!

Good for inexpensive moving supplies. Attitude towards customers is VERY selective. Regardless if you are polite, people are treated differently. Do not let the images for this location fool you. Marc unable to work his system...its not the computer, its you. Check your transaction. Cashier unable to manually calculate.

Customer service was good, the problem was with the truck. There was a fuse blown, which I understand and accept. My second issue was a bit more troubling, at some point in our trip the truck wouldnt start, while waiting for Roadside I just decided to open the hood to see if there was anything obvious and found that the leads to the battery were barely connected! This type of problem should have been prevented with a routine once over. Dangerous.

Was so worried about using this place due to reviews but it opened the earliest and was closest to me, so crossed my fingers and was there waiting at 7AM. The guy came about ten mins early, had the truck ready and we were outta there in less than 5 minutes! It was a very pleasant experience and will refer friends to them. Thanks!

Chantal is a superheroine. When it came to returning the vehicle and Id lost my credit card Chantal and Amy and the others went out of their way to help get me to the airport. What a great bunch of people, a real pleasure to do business with.

This is for a hitch and wiring installation. Go to the end for the review UHAUL on 41 in Fort Myers.On Thursday, 9/14, Jesse at UHAUL on Peachtree installed a hitch and wiring. After I left the shop, some of the dash warning lights turned on. Thinking I could have a coincidental problem, I had a mechanic read the computer for error codes. He found one, an error in the stop light circuit. I called UHAUL and described the problem. Jesse said he was sure he installed the wiring correctly, but after I described what I’d found, he said would make an appointment for the next morning, Friday, at 7 AM for his manager, Dion, to check the installation in case the manager might find something Jesse missed. Jesse called again and the manager was unwilling to check the installation, but Jesse said he would check it at 12:30PM on 9/15. Jesse had already said that he had installed everything correctly and was sure the problem was not his installation, but Jesse had no other ideas. Since I was not sure about what would be accomplished by Jesse, I called UHAUL on Peachtree on Friday, 9/15, around 11AM to talk to Dion. UHAUL’s answering service took the message. As of today, 9/23, Dion has not returned my call.We were in Atlanta, hiding from Irma that had hit our SW FL home. We were anxious to get back so we left on 9/15 and returned to FL. Our Atlanta mechanic said the error was unfortunate since it meant the ABS and traction/stability systems were turned off, but the vehicle would make it back to FL. Fortunately he was correct. I explained to Jesse several times that we wanted the hitch on Thursday so we could leave for FL on Friday, so UHAUL in Atlanta was aware of our situation.In Fort Myers, I went to my local UHAUL, explained the situation and asked if they might be able to help. Instead of washing their hands of the situation as Dion did in Atlanta, they said when they got power and Internet back, they would be glad to check it and would certainly be able to fix it. A few days later, they did. They discovered the problem to be an incompatibility between the UHAUL wiring harness and the Philips brand replacement LED brake/taillight bulbs for this vehicle. Changed to standard filament bulbs and problem solved.So a giant raspberry to Dion and UHAUL on Peachtree Road for this one for just washing their hands of even trying to help. I guess as long as you are SURE that nothing will go wrong with your installation, they are OK. But for any assistance if something goes wrong, forget about it. If they had helped after the initial install, this would be a 4 star.HUGE kudos to Marc and Chace (hope I spelled those right) at UHAUL on 41 in Fort Myers. It was a puzzling problem but they got it straightened out and did it cheerfully.

Horrible customer service. Rented my truck a week in advance and checked in beforehand. They know that the end of the month is a busy time, but they were still understaffed. Stood in a 15 person line for one hour before it moved, because they only had one person at the register and two people in the back.Also I called the Uhaul customer service line and they actually hung up on me. I would understand if I was being loud and offensive but I was calmly asking if there were any other locations or a regional number they could give me.Very disappointing. Go to the Fowler location if possible they know how to help customers and the owner actually stays on site making sure things run smoothly

Had reservations to rent a tow dolly but once we checked out the location of this facility knew we would never be able to pull in and turn around. Okay if you have a small car but not feasible if you have an RV.

For starters I called and reserved a U-Haul pickup truck for Saturday morning and was told that it was 19.99 plus $0.59 per mile, when I arrived I was told of my reservation was for a 15 foot box truck and the price was 2999 and $0.99 per mile. MARC told me my estimated bill would be $137 and that when I return the truck, figures with being deducted from my account
