Almost a year ago, I gave them a 5-star review. We have eaten in, taken out, or had delivery quite frequently since we moved to the area. Recently one of our takeout items was a salad which after biting into something hard, I found that there was either a nail or piece of metal in the salad. I called to alert the manager on duty who happened to be the owner. She did not seem overly concerned, but did offer to comp me on a future visit since my husband had paid cash. Fast forward to yesterday when I ordered two pizzas and requested the credit be applied, the owner then told me that she could not do that because she showed that it had already been given. Obviously not since we havent been back, and after questioning her about it, it was obvious she wasnt interested in settling this and in honoring her offer. That is a very least I would think that she could do. The bare minimum of customer service. I canceled the order and we wont be back.

It was very busy and I had to wait very long for my Pick up no one seemed to care when I was staying there they didnt even had the Idea to ask or say hello.
This place sure isnt the same as it was 2-3 years ago. Before, the food tasted great but this time, it was just ok. Based on how many other restaurants are out there vying for my dollar, I wont be wasting it here. Big disappointment.
Ordered 14 inch meat lovers pizza this afternoon. Not good at all. Tastes like crust was frozen not fresh, sauce was tasteless and very little. The toppings were all greasy and cheese was very bland. Tasted like frozen pizza. Pizza cost me $22.50 plus tax. Sad to say but Dominoes pizza is better. I honestly cannot see how people gave this pizza place good reviews. I went by the good reviews when ordering from here. Dont get pizza here,

We used to love this place. However, the last two attempts to order from Starz has resulted in frustration with wrong orders and missing items. When trying to resolve the issue, the delivery driver not only did not provide our receipt, but was not interested in either making sure we got our items or a refund. I understand we are in the middle of season, but quality control needs to be reassessed. We will not be ordering from here again.

Terrible, cancelled our delivery order after telling us that they were on their way. After a long day as a nurse, you cancel my order and did not make it right! Apparently you dont need the business! Its 8 pm, Ive been waiting over an hour and 45 minutes, you tell me you are on your way, I go to my door numerous times after I get that message that you are on your way. You wasted my time! Then you offer a 5 dollar credit?

In these times of social separation, Starz still produces food of excellent quality within 30 minutes. I am happy to report that the pizza, wings and sausage pasta was enjoyed by all. The salad and bread is worth the trip and have to add the wings were outstanding. Everything was fresh and delicious!!! Thanks for cooking for us during these times when sitting in is not available!!!!

My parents took me here and it so hit the spot. The lasagna was fantastic. Tried the Beach bread and it was a welcome appetizer to get the tastebuds ready for the main course.
We ordered pizza, wings and mozzarella sticks on our last night in Ft. Myers. We were not disappointed. The food was delish. No too greasy but just really good tasting, good toppings, nice sized wings as well. I had left overs and I took them back home on the trip.
We love this place!!! The owners are nice and Charlie is a delight! Tonight I placed a pick up order and was not happy. The female at the register did not acknowledge me for quite a few minutes. A customer after me was serviced ahead of me. I asked if I was in the right place for pick up and she replied, yes, I am busy! WOW. Upon placing my order I stressed the importance in no meat in my dinner. She assured me. Guess what. Sausage in my ziti! My point here is to inform Starz that as a representative of their business on the front line, I would probably not return if I didn’t know that they are an excellent place for food and to dine in. She is definitely not an asset to the biz. Just wanted to give you some feed back. You are better than this representation Starz!!

A very friendly place to relax and have a delicious pizza. The man who showed us to our table was very welcoming. The waitress as wonderful too. Pizza as quite good. The menu describes how you can request your pizza to be cooked fromBaked to crispy to well done. They also ask if you prefer thin crust. They go out of their way to get your order to you exactly as you want it. We plan to make Starz a regular stop! There isn’t much atmosphere which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Brightly lit. Kind of feels like a finished basement.

Ordered online thru ‘Slice’ via the Starz website.Pizza was not even started until I got there. Paid a service fee to order online. Order not ready. Pizza toppings skimpy for a $20 pizza. Disappointed.
The atmosphere was very Italian. Warmly greeted at the door. Our waitress was fantastic. Always there when we needed. Food, very authentic Italian. I had chicken cacciatore, my friend had their signature pizza for one. We are going to return often!

Stromboli was amazing buttery cheese, great sauce and crust. I had pepperoni, fresh basil and meatballs. Wow! Will definitely order again on my way home so I can share it definitely too much for one person to finish.
Ordered for takeout tonight. Maybe the problem is that I was too close to their 9:00 pm closing time. But the 14 White Pizza that I ordered showed up and was an undercooked doughy, watery disgusting mess. I tried to call and discuss it with them but of course the pizza was delivered 5 minutes after their 9:00 pm closing time so no one would answer the phone. I think they are better than what I saw tonight - I know one of the guys there was a former seal and cares about quality and about his customers. But this really sucks. Its hard to be great, but its not that hard to not suck - and what you sent me tonight sucked. I will still try them again because everyone can have a bad night - I know Ive let some stuff go out that on a good day I would not have. But come-on. Just because we are in geriatric Florida, we dont have to serve pablum! We can all do better than that. Dont just phone it in. If you want to talk (Stars) Im the guy at 15551. . . We always sit in the bar. Good food, friendly neighborhood bar.I have to add to my review. Still love coming here, good food good service, but tonight we sat at a table in the bar area and a dog was sitting at the bar on his owners lap. If it was a service dog it would be on the floor next to its owner not in her lap. I dont understand why a pet should be aloud to sit up to a bar or table where people are served food.
The food is always good and the prices really reasonable, but every time I order the hot Italian sausage sandwich for takeout, they make a hot Italian sandwich, no where near the same thing. A hot Italian sandwich is just a cheap lunch meat sandwich, and this time they blamed my wife, and never apologized for the mistake. So I gave this place another chance, this time I used their online order option, ordered and was sent an order confirmation email telling me my order would be ready in 30 minutes. So, when I get there to pickup my food, they hadn’t even looked at the online order I had placed, when questioned about this, the owner said I should have called in my order, I then asked if calling in the order was best why did they offer the online option, he told me that it was convenient for customers. Funny how is it convenient when they don’t look at the incoming orders. Again the food is good but takeout service and customer service is awful.
Kitchen hygiene an F!!!!Ordered by phone....picked up a little early so went into the counter and paid the lady attendant.; she said will be ready in few minutes so I stood by counter and waited.Upon waiting by counter, the kitchen area and cooks are visible through the large cut out by the counter.I was shocked to see two cooks with NO GLOVES, NO HATS, NO MASKS!!! and Handling Food!!I asked the lady attendant why and she said that one cook makes pizza and can not wear gloves; she did not know about the other cook!! Total BS!!Another young employee went by the counter and I asked him the same question? He told me he did not know why the cooks were not wearing gloves or masks!!!Finally, the food came out...took it home.... told my woman the story... we threw it out!! Not worth the risk with COVID around !!Totally against Board of Health regulations!!!As a long standing customer and a Dental Surgeon... VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
Food is good, but I got a little turned off when we were waiting for our food. We could see in the open kitchen, and watched the pizza maker wipe his face with his hands,fix his ball cap and hair, play with his phone, and then pick up raw dough and flip it in the air, twirl it, all without washing his hands or wearing gloves. Just glad we didnt order pizza that night.
Great food cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. Had a ten inch pizza and some cheese ravioli they were both great. Staff was very nice and fast service.

Stopped by after a haircut for lunch. Werent many folks there. Ordered the pizza special, 2 slices cheese and a soda for 6 bucks. Pizza was ok, not spectacular but nothing wrong with it. Didnt taste like homemade fresh dough but I cant say if it was frozen or not I didnt see them make it. Sauce was typical canned tasting sauce. Cheese was kinda blotched on the slices, not spread out so there were areas with just dough and sauce. Waitress was friendly but not overly. Bathroom smelled kinda nasty. All in all I didnt dislike my food and visit, just couldnt find anything to rave about.
The food heres is fabulous! The service is amazing and the prices are reasonable.Try the bruschetta and you will love it. Plenty to share too. The spaghetti and meat sauce is awesome and there is so much you will have plenty for lunch the next day!

Ordered online. I arrived for pickup to be told they didnt have the food. The restaurant made no effort to call me to tell me they would not be accepting the order. Staff was disinterested and unhelpful, telling me my only recourse was to send an email to another company to get a refund. Left me with no money and no food.
My family and I have been eating here for years, the food is always good and prepared properly. The restaurant is pretty clean and the staff knows the menu very well. They offer large dinner plates, appetizers, sandwiches, salads, pizza, calzones and desserts all with a full bar. The menu is pretty large with tons of options to select from
After looking for a *Good* Pizzeria, here in Fort Myers (S.W. Fl).I ran across Starz, while driving around.This place is family-friendly. Great Italian Dishes and Pizza. The Staff are very friendly. Starz, has a great variety of dishes and pizza toppings.I have never been disappointed.They deserve all 5 Stars!
Walking in, there is an immediate sense of being at home. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and never have to guess at their menu. I had the veal parmesan this time (in the past, Ive had their pizzas, salads, and pastas) and throughout each and every visit, I become more and more impressed with their menu of authentic Italian foods.

Really enjoyed my first visit. My grandfather and stepmom are regulars who go for the quality of the food and service and I can see why. The portions were plentiful, flavorful, and the food came out quickly despite the restaurant being 75% full. The service was timely, friendly, and treated me like a regular.

Nice, local Italian restaurant with really good food. My husband had a delicious Stromboli and I had the best baked ziti I have ever had, but prices were a little bit high. The place is decorated cute.
Stopped here for a Supreme Pizza. It was really good. We had a couple of slices left over and left them with a neighbor because we were headed out of town. When we got back a week later, she came over to ask where we got the pizza. She loved it, as did we.

I recently ordered take out and was shorted items which does happen, but after being told by receptionist Id get my food soon. What I received was a call from the manager who accused me of misplacing my entree.Long story short they wouldnt deliver my food and I was talked down to by manager.Hows that for customer service.I should have received a sorry instead I got a condescending attitude for manager.Ill spend my money elsewhere.
I ordered for pickup. The woman who answered the phone was very friendly and happy. The stromboli was ok, the only issue was the green peppers and onions were still basically raw and crunchy, definitely should have been sauteed more. Good crust and actually well seasoned marinara.

I grew up in the area but live in Nashville. This trip when I came home I was anxious to go to my favorite spot Ninos, only to find they have since closed down. My family said they had found a new great spot, Starzs.... and they were right. Wonderful staff, great food, good prices and a new favorite.

We had the supreme regular crust and it was good. They were busy so a little slow in the kitchen. Overall really liked it.
Below par salad bar. Crushed red pepper on tables is old. Some food served warm, not hot. We have had better meals here, they just are not doing the little things.
