I had no wk done yet felt as if UBIF was f-i-n-a-l-l-y a good friend I could trust. Upon researching his answers, I found everything he said to be 100% correct. Amazing store. I had a malfunctioning Google Pixel and Google appeared to be giving us the run around over and over and not being able to reconcile the issue. The gentleman at the store (I feel bad I forgot his name) worked hard with Google to try to find parts and took apart my phone and put it back together trying to fix my issue. Excellent customers service and really felt like they cared about fixing my phone. Fully recommend this store.

Came in the other day to get my s8 repaired, this place was great and easy to find. Great service. Had my Note 10+ shattered twice because my kids were playing with my phone and because it was out of warranty I thought I was lost until I found Ubreakifix. They replaced my phone screen, back, speakers and everything with actual Samsung Parts! The phone is much clearer, sound is louder and crisper and I couldnt be more happy!

Went to Josh at the Hulen store and this man is the greatest! Cool person, easy to deal with, and explains everything that needs to be done with an approximate time the phone will be done, he fixed mine a lot faster than he predicted. I will definitely use this place for all future phone repairs!

This is my second visit to this store to have my phone fixed. I set up my insurance claim through Asurion the day before, then called the next day to verify the order was seen on their side. They informed me that they had lots of orders and were booked through the weekend. They set up an appointment for me, and I was able to drop my phone off during my lunch break. I picked my phone up after work. Everything is always very fast, organized, and easy to understand with them. I appreciate all that they do.

Best price for a screen fix locally and they had it ready to go in less than 4 hours. Seemed busy with the repairs they were doing, but both employees were attentive to customers out front and I was checked out and ready to go in just a few minutes.

These guys got my pixel 4xl up and running under the Google manufacturers warranty. He gave me an update daily or every other day until they had resolved the issue. Great experience would recommend.

I started at another phone repair shop to get my charging port fixed TWICE with no luck. When I decided to go to ubreakifix I talked with Joshua who was happy to answer all my silly questions and give me added information on top of it all which was very nice. After telling me to wait about an hour for my phone to be repaired, I was then surprised to find out that they finished the repair in almost half that time which was awesome. After getting my phone back, the charging now works perfectly and I have absolutely no issues. Ended up having to get a refund from the other place I went to prior, but all ended well. Highly recommend going here if you have any problems with your device. They know exactly what theyre doing.

I went to go get my iPhone 7 screen fixed. I explained all the issues I was having and Rowan was honest with me and told me it was better off getting a new phone. He could have said sure fixing the screen will help but he was honest. If I do ever need any screen fixed, I’ll def go back because the customer service was phenomenal.

Got my note 9 screen as well as rear glass fixed for about $400. Disappointing as I bought the phone used for 400 but new the phone is worth much more. Extremely frustrating that these phones are simply made to break these days, however they did a great job fixing it. Its the equivalent of a dealership of phone servicing. Definitely not the cheapest but itll be done to the highest of quality. I also had the silicone dioxide treatment on the back and front (cell helmet), for the $300 screen guarantee if/when I break it again (Automotive technician by trade). As for the servicing it couldnt have been better or quicker.

Not sure what the point of the appointment my wife set up was? When we showed up to get her phone fixed and were turned away, because too many people showed up that morning. So whats the point of an appointment?? Maybe we will have better luck at the Burleson location.

Phone screen on my S20 Ultra was the victim of an unfortunate accident involving my zero turn lawn mower. Searched for the closest authorized Samsung repair center and learned about uBreakiFix on Hulen. Took my phone in late morning and was able to pick it up several hours later. Friendly techs and super fast service. My phone was virtually new when I picked it up. Highly recommend for any election repairs.

They dont properly fix your phone and when it is not operable anymore they tell you to just make another claim. Do not reccomend this store. Even other locations say this location fixes phones poorly.

Poorly run and poorly managed store.Very rude employee. Wasted a lots of my time on what was supposed to be 1 hour quick fix. To repair cracked screen. After waiting in front of their store for 3 hours. Phone was not ready or even started on by promised time. No one could go out and let me know? Wouldnt be ready till following day. That they didnt have a chance to get to it. Terrible communication for being parked right on front of store for 3 hours.

Good work but took longer than expected

I highly recommend uBreakiFix at Hulen location. I had a mix up with my appointment time and came in a day early. Josh was very accommodating and luckily able to get my phone taken care of. With the pandemic going on, they were respectful and maintained social distancing, and only saw 1 client at a time. I was very pleased with my overall experience here.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the process to me very well. I dropped my phone off on Wednesday in Hulen because they were the only store in my area with the part needed to fix my phone. It was a bit out of the way but it was worth it. My phone was ready the next day when I went to pick it up. The whole process was a pleasure!

Great service! Joshua called me within seconds of me submitting for an appointment on 3/15/20 and asked a few questions over the phone. I came in with a DESTROYED phone ... beyond just a cracked screen. The AT&T store said it was not repairable and everyone that saw it couldnt imagine it being fixed. But, not Josh. Josh was AMAZING! He talked me through the process he wanted to try and really made an effort to fix my phone... and HE COMPLETELY FIXED IT! It works great and is like nothing ever happened. He was the BEST!! Brought in my sons IPad on Friday November 13th and I was told it would be ready by Sunday November 15th and now they are saying it will be Wednesday November 18th before it is ready and with my personal schedule it will be next Sunday before I can pick it up my son is so disappointed that he doesnt have his iPad for over a week and he needed it for school too

My child broke her 3rd charger this month on her iPad. The 3rd one ended up stuck inside the charge port. I brought in the iPad to see if they could get it out and Josh was able to get it out with tweezers and free of charge. My child couldn’t believe how quickly we were in and out of the store. If you dont work on smatwatches, dont take the watch at the front desk and keep it for 48 hours, then wait for ME to call YOU to tell me you dont work on them.

I brought my console in to see what was wrong with it, the guy at the counter opened it for a few seconds gave it a quick look and told me to take it to another store out in bedford to save both he and I some time. I told him what was happening with the console and just gave me some excuse that it was something they couldnt fix. They are good for phone repairs but anything beyond that is a waste of time.

Very impressed. Asked me to explain what was wrong in detail and what steps I had completed to troubleshoot. Told me what need to be ordered, when it would be in, what it would cost, and time to complete all before I was able to drive the 1-1/2 hours to the store. I arrived at my appointed time and they explained again in detail just to make sure I understood. Also let me know that it would be covered by my warranty. Completed on time and the work top notch I couldnt even tell it was done. But they fixed my camera and explained that the water resistant coating was still in place. they asked if I had any questions and reminded my warranty was good thru October if I need anything else. Highly recommend and appreciated. Staff was kind courteous and knowledgeable mading sure I was satisfied.
